The service providers were pleasant and attentive, even though they were all young. And they all seemed to actually be working together, not standing around chatting or on their phones. We had a chicken sandwich, fries, tacos, soft drinks and a blizzard. Everything was quite good and we were very satisfied.

Family owned restaurant with a fun friendly atmosphere and 2 dining rooms available. Hand cut steaks, chicken fried steaks, burgers, ribs, fish & hand battered onion rings are our specialty. We offer a full bar including frozen drinks, as well as domestic and imported beer in bottles. TV's in dining room, and its ok if the kids want to holler "order up" when the food is ready. Come see us and become part of the family.
This place is clean, friendly and the food is great! Huge portions, I could only eat 1/2. 4 pc catfish, 6 fried shrimp4 thick hand battered onion rings and loaded mashed potatoes. Husband had large chicken fried steak and it is big enough for 2 to share or take home for another meal. Home made rolls too. No room for desert. Open Tuesday through Saturday. Will go back to try the steak dinners as they are served only after 5 pm.

Now serving a Seafood Dinner Menu Wednesday thru Saturday! Unique Restaurant with HOMEMADE SANDWICHES, SOUPS, SALADS. AND AWESOME DESSERTS!!! Step back into the 1800's and have fun looking at the old west decor and relax in our easy, comfortable atmosphere. Fresh Food not Fast Food.
Seems like since the new ownership the service is not quite as good, we waited 30 minutes for our lunch, at a not busy time. The Chicken Salad is good, though a half sandwich is on the small side. The crackers served with the soup were very good, sprinkled with seasoning then possibly baked. I usually eat there one time each year when I visit friend in Buffalo, do not go if you are have a time frame for lunch !

Good food at decent prices. Most food on the buffet was good but the shrimp was on the warming table too long.

This place has a good shrimp cocktail, and all around their food is good. Plus, the prices are great, especially for a family. It's a little less than haflway to Houston, so it's perfect pit stop distance. Sometimes we go for lunch on the way down, and sometimes we go for dinner on the way back. We love it, and the kids to, too, so it's a perfect fit.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch after traveling for a few hours. We still had a few hours left on our journey so we decided to get a pizza.
The place is only tiny. My husband was skeptical of watching at Mickey's due to the look of the outside, but I decided to take give Mickey's the benefit of the doubt due to the good reviews.
Our waitress was a young girl who wasn't friendly, but she wasn't rude either. It seemed like she didn't enjoy working there. She was also not very attentive, but more on that later.
There was a man who greeted us when we walked in. I assumed he was the owner since there are photos of him and his kids in the restaurant.
We ordered some cheese breadsticks and a large supreme pizza.
The cheese breadsticks were okay. They weren't great, but they weren't bad. The sauce for dipping them tasted like tomato soup.
Our pizza arrived, and it was huge. They don't skimp on toppings here so that's a plus. For $20 though, I'm glad they didn't. The pizza was not very good though. As far as restaurants go, both chain and independent, this one was the worst. It didn't taste disgusting or anything, but it just didn't taste of anything. The crust wasn't that good either. It was just bland. (However, once we got home and heated the pizza up, it tasted a little better).
On the plus side, the guy who I thought is the owner was the one making the food. It's good to see managers/owners getting involved with everything.
This place also has no atmosphere. There's a tv, but it is muted. There is no music playing either. It is just quiet.
Back to our waitress, she wasn't attentive at all. We waited and waited for her to come back so we could get a box for our leftovers, but she never stopped by our table. It wasn't very busy either. There were maybe two more groups of customers which weren't that big. Finally, the older gentleman sat behind us asked if we would like a box and told our waitress. I guess that man is a friend of the owner or related to him.
Our waitress never used the register. The owner was always the one ringing everyone up for some reason.
The owner is nice though, and the place was clean, so it has that going for it.
We won't be going back, nor will we be recommending Mickey's pizza to anyone.

outof the way in Buffalo texas. great food, Mexican owned and Mexican cooked. We were heading to east texas and looking for a breakfast place, GPS kept taking us to vacant building when i saw this little place. 6 or 7 pickups and a couple of cars in this little town, I'm in. I had the biggest, baddest Old WEst Omelet, that almost covered plate with Hash browns GREAAAAT. Wife had Huevos Rancheros. Three days later on return trip, we had to eat lunch somewhere and Buffalo was on the route. SOOOO. Frances had a Chile Relleno, not as good as some, but better than most. I had Stuffed Fried Avocado. This was a treat as I had never experience that before.
Great service, great food and great $$$$

It was my very first time visiting there. I'm pregnant and I have cravings. I guess grilled onions, extra pickles, mayo mustard all the way was a but much to them. They put regular onions on the sandwich along with grilled onions. I know it was purposely done because the grilled onions were under the cheese and the regular onions were mixed in with the lettuce. We waited half an hour and we were the only people in drive. Then, to top it off, they spit in my drink!!! We weren't rude, nor did we rush the food!!! I am a highly unsatisfied customer.

THM is one of the VERY few coffee shops between Houston and Dallas and Austin and Tyler. In fact, some say we're the ONLY ones! He have 5,000 books in our bookstore, something for everyone, with prices you just won't find in the big city. And our lattes and cappuccinos are described as the best espresso drink...ever. Check us out and verify!
I love the Horse's Mouth Coffee shop and bookstore..It's a lace I meet my friends..have great coffee and snacks..They also have an open mic night which I enjoy as well...lots of books to choose from too..Great atmosphere..like the new decor

Pulled into Buffalo late, hungry, and tired. We reluctantly came to Subway after 2 (east coast) disappointing visits. What a nice surprise! The young lady behind the counter (also doing the drive through) helped us with our subs, put great effort into making them well, and made our night!
