Established in 1853, the historic 7 Mile House is a family and dog-friendly restaurant, sports bar, and live music venue providing the Bay Area with free entertainment every single night! Proudly serving homestyle Italian, American, and Filipino comfort food.
Went here for dinner after many reviews and friends said to try it..l well worth the trip from eastern bay, dinner 7 pm Saturday night, got seated, met the very friendly owner who was near the front door, very welcoming! Got a seat on the side near kitchen, but had viewing angle to see the band and stage around 8 pm.
Servers nice, friendly, helpful, menu had too many great choices, since I do travel to the Phillipines often for business, it felt like home. Shanghai lumpia with sweet and sour sauce was Yummie, garlic fries was only on a hunch, sisek beef on lettuce wrap was a winner, drinks were nice and soda had free refills, food came out promptly and hot.
Saw owner working hard with her crew, band started after 8pm, and enjoyed a good set of talented musicians, the accordion player was exceptional! Diff band on diff nights, so they mix it up nicely. Parking on street, small walk to front door, easy and safe.
Next time will try adobo chicken, and perhaps a tropical salad, prices were very reasonable, tables small, but cozy and friendly. Will return with friends, love live music, this place has it all, with a lovely Pinay as the owner.

We visited with a family group of 7 on a weekend evening. We did have reservations and were seated and served promptly. Our party (including someone with some dietary needs) ordered a variety of items from the lengthy menu. Everyone seemed to like their choices. Of particular note were the caprese salad (appetizer), clam & linguine entree, meat filled ravioli with marinara, veal parmesan and eggplant casserole. Our table also enjoyed several desserts: a beautiful berry tart with a Chantilly cream layer and an abragato (yummy vanilla bean ice cream served in a medium sized glass tumbler with espresso and whipped cream on top) were two of them. A very minor nitpick - their parmesan cheese was the pre-grated type just put out in a small bowl for the table; we would have appreciated the freshness of on-the-spot shaving. Overall we really liked this traditional establishment.

Being from Seattle I have a pretty high expectation for coffee and this place meets and exceeds those expectations. The coffee is full and rich. They also offer sanwiches and various breakfast its. I had the breakfast wrap and it was fresh and delicious! If you any where in the area I suggest you stop.

Fishmonger and professional cook focused on the elements of the sea.
Working as a fishmonger at the Santa Cruz Harbor and Bay Area Farmers Markets
ignited my passion for working with fresh, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
Don and his team were wonderful! Been meaning to do this review a lot sooner, my apologizes. We reserved for two couples and enjoyed ourselves so much. Food is absolutely delish. Treat yourself to an exceptional meal at a very reasonable price. You are dining privately with about 20 people. It's a great experience and the meal is off the hook! Cheers!

My wife and I got lucky today! We walked into Mitchell’s Ice Cream store and only had to wait 10 minutes to order one of the most delicious ice cream I can recall tasting: espresso toffee crunch! The texture and flavor was awesome! And the selection of choices was mesmerizing!

We visited for dinner on a Friday evening with the kids. We were greeted by the owner, who also entertained us at our table with some magic for the kids. Really lovely. Servers were very pleasant, the food was very good. We will be back!

We’re here seven days a week. We want you to feel comfortable coming in any time. All of those days. For breakfast, lunch or dinner. We want to be the place you come to for an omelet and coffee before work, a cocktail and appetizers after, a quick bite for lunch or dinner, or a burger and a beer before or after the movie. We want to be the place for a dressed-up meal when you’re trying to impress that special someone. And we want to be the place where you hold your business meetings or celebrate life’s milestones — birthdays, graduations, engagements, weddings and more.
I had just arrived in SF after a cross-country flight and was starved. I was looking for some traditional ‘American’ cuisine. I saw the online menu at Jack’s and walked over from my nearby motel. I’m glad I did. I thoroughly enjoyed the meatloaf which was served atop mashed potatoes, topped with crispy onion rings. I ordered a side salad which was very good. My server, Jonathan, was most professional and friendly. The atmosphere can be described as an upscale diner. Prices are not cheap, but fair for the quality and amount of food received.

I only had the breakfast buffet and the selection was great. Although they had scrambled eggs available for the buffet, if you wanted your eggs cooked differently (e.g., over & easy, omelet, etc.), the chef was very accommodating. The buffet is a little pricey, but considering the good quality real food & variety, not to mention the convenience, the buffet is actually a pretty good deal especially when comparing the cost of meals in San Francisco.

Not always open when needed. They close when the bread runs out. All that said One of best sandwiches in the area.

A super friendly family run place with attentive and quick service. We have eaten here several times and always come away happy, full, and with lots of leftovers. Generous portions at a low price. They recently added new interesting menu items that are excellent, such as the spicy Szechuan Dan Dan Noodle and Sandstorm Prawns. Our stand-by favorites include Mu Shu Pork, the flavorful soups and many of the appetizers, like the house-made pot stickers.
Easy free parking, seldom any wait. Highly recommended.
