I have heard alot of good things about this restaurant but had never stopped for various reasons. Finally did and was really impressed. Ate the chicken fried steak and it was excellent! Gravy was excellent as were the hand cut fries and the homemade rolls. I highly recommend this place.

One Stop also has some of the best finger food around. Wings, stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon. The smoked sausage is my favorite and it is awesome...be careful I find it additive. Also, last time I was in there they had four different home made pies. Coconut Cream, Banana Cream, Chocolate Cream, and Lemon Meringue(had to look up how to spell that). My wife and I split a piece of Coconut Cream. The owners LInda Lou and Barry are just "good people." They have really made this an awesome local place. Baseball season so now the Rangers on the HD TV if they are playing.

Dos Chiles is family owned and operated since 1998, come have lunch or dinner at one of our four locations in Boyd, Bowie, Bridgeport, and Graham. We have homemade salsa, chips, flour tortillas, premium fajitas, street tacos, chimichangas, enchiladas, salads, delicious fried catfish, and steaks, a variety of food for different taste buds. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service in a family atmosphere.
Stoped in for lunch and ordered a chicken burrito, wet. The port in was large but the overal flavor was bland. It was smothered in sauce and cheese but it wasn't enough to disguise the boring cubed chicken inside. I'm kind of picky about my salsa and chips and I would say a bag of Tostitos and taco sauce would be a pretty close comparison. In a small town they do ok but I would head to nearby Julios in Chico for a better meal.

This is a true hometown café; you can’t go wrong by stopping here. This is the only place I have been that has a Frito Chili Pie on the menu, and it’s GREAT, I also believe they serve the best Club Sandwich Basket around. Service is always friendly and quick. If passing through Paradise, TX give it a try.

The people who work there are friendly. The ice milk is overly sweet. We have tried their mango smoothies, but far too sweet and prefer McDonalds smoothies. The ice cream (milk) in the cones are rather expensive. $3.80 for a large dipped cone.
The burgers and fries are ok, but a little greasy.

This restaurant is located in the former Chico firehouse, relatively hidden on the town square. Julio's is not a fancy eatery, but you aren't there for the scenery. The menu is relatively small populated with several variations of a few dishes. The lunch specials are a great bang for your buck.
My personal favorites are the enchiladas, but the smell of the fajitas being delivered to the table next to you can certainly make you question your decision. No matter what you order, you'll be pleased.

Long wait if you get there past 7:00 p.m. on weekends. Good food, service, and margaritas. They have many different rooms so if you do not have children with you and want a little quieter then you should request as this restaurant is family friendly and usually has many children. They are flexible with substitutions like if a meal comes with 2 enchiladas you can substitute one for a taco. We have eaten here many times and always have a good experience.

Sometimes it feels like there is a state law against Mexican food. If you don't want TexMex you are out of luck. This place is a welcome change. The owner is super nice. You can tell he is proud of what they making. Quacamole is made when you order it. It's good. Very good, just not amazing. We will go back. It's a reasonable price and the ingredients are good quality.
