Want an PBnJ sammich? How about a hot dog? Got your little ones with you or your grandkids? This is a great little place in Hoschton. Wonderful owner and staff - friendly and as sweet as the ice cream.
A great place for a sandwich and ice cream. Best? Chicken Salad Salad and BLT on White plus sweet tea just like your mama made.

To celebrate our 40th anniversary, we tried the cc. Got there at 5:00 w/reservation. Asked to be seated by windows. Was told all tables were reserved for 5:30. Only one table at window ever used the whole time we were there. :( After selecting our dinner, our waiter had disappeared and another guy came up and introduced himself stating he would be helping our waiter. Husband says we're ready to order-still no sign of waiter as we all look around for him. Helper waiter says OK and begins to take order. Now of course waiter sees this and comes up to table clearly annoyed. Helper waiter starts to explain but waiter walks away in a huff. Very uncomfortable for us. Maybe because we were early in the evening, there were a lot of wait staff standing around waiting for the crowds which meant we had way too much "service". Hate that. Food was OK but between all the above I was ready to leave as quickly as possible. Don't want to repeat this experience.

I stayed in Braselton for a week and ended up here twice for dinner. The pizza is wonderful! The Pinot noir by the glass is delicious, too; surprisingly tasty for a house wine! I can't wait to go back next summer.

8 family members visited this fun place. Awesome value for the money. Very, very reasonably priced.
Ice cream is fresh and coloring is all natural.
Special adult flavors are also available.
Clean place and "soda jerks" behind the counter make this our new favorite ice cream joint. This is a place that makes you feel good with great ice cream and prices that won't crush you.

Every year we treat ourselves to the Thanksgiving and/or Christmas buffet at Chateau Elan. This Thanksgiving the buffet feast was as wonderful as ever. In a beautifully decorated setting, the buffet offers a huge variety of choices in an extensive menu that includes many items of traditional food as well as a wide array of exotic and gourmet items in several courses. You will not be disappointed. Growing numbers of people come, as couples, families, and large groups. It makes for an elegant, enjoyable, but peaceful and joyful occasion. If you have a taste for savory and spicy food, there is much to choose from. If you love desserts, you will love the entire separate room of sumptuous desserts. Make reservations.

We've been 3 times now over the past year, and this place get better each visit. It's not as formal as some traditional English tea rooms we visit. For example, they don't have lots of teas to choose from, no sugar cubes, the scones are served with butter, not cream and lemon curd. Most tea rooms have fruit with the desserts too. I'm spoiled by those places. But the food at Fergusson's is good, and I love taking family and friends here! The broccoli cheese soup, pimento cheese tea sandwiches, and roast beef tea sandwiches were my faves this last visit! They also have some hats, boas, etc for "dressing up". We like to sit at the table up the stairs. The staff is very friendly too. We'll be back again!

This is a great spot at the Elan Chateau to have a casual dinner, good food in an Irish pub atmosphere. It was nice to have the shuttle take us to and from our hotel which is on the Chateau grounds and would be a great walk in nice weather.

My daughter suggested this for our Wednesday night get together. Being that I don't drink, I probably would not have chosen this for myself. However, it was a nice meal. Paige, my waitress, suggested the wings and they were good- but spicy. My daughter had the grilled chicken and she raved at how good it was. The service was fast and friendly.

I went here with my 80+ year old parents. I always like to judge the clients of an establishment by what they drive. The parking lot had plenty of everything a Mercedes parked next to a Kia, Infinity SUV next to a Nissan Cube.... when you walk in find your own seat, they are busy busy busy.... the waitress was quick to visit us and what a doll, southern sweet as iced tea. Our food was excellent, and prepared just the way we had hoped. The baked sweet potato was delicious, my chopped steak was totally southern. My mother had the ribs, which were also savory and excellent! This place is definitely for insiders as you would not stop here if you did not already know about it. The owner, Jack and Holly stopped by our table. They are definitely from the deep Deep South.
