This little restaurant is a real gem. For almost 10 years we have passed by on Route 206 heading to or from our house in the Poconos. This year we finally decided to stop here, and wow! We been missing some truly fine and authentic Mexican food!
The restaurant is delightfully decorated, clean and comfortable. But you'll keep coming back to Riviera Maya for the food, which is authentic, fresh and amazing.
The tableside guacamole is definitely the way to start your meal (though an excellent margarita also works well). Fish tacos are delicious, Cochinita Pibil is outstanding and the enchiladas traditional and tasty, whether made with chicken or pork (those are the ones we've tried). Our 13 and 10 year olds love their meals here (burritos and tacos usually) and the Mexican soft drinks. The key is that the food is well prepared, subtly flavored and always fresh. Can't beat that.
You wouldn't expect to find the best Mexican food in NJ to be in a place like Branchville, but hey, having found it, we're stopping here every time we can from now on.
Just be aware that it seems that everyone in Branchville, and everyone who passes by on Route 206 knows about this place. So you may see a line at the door. Be patient, because good things will come your way if you wait ...

The Chatterbox Drive-In is a family owned fifties and sixties style "drive-in" restaurant that will bring you back to the"good ol' days," even if you weren't a part of them! From Memorial Day through Labor Day on the weekends (except Saturday Cruise nights) we have "Car-hop" service where you simply pull in and you will be served in your car by one of our servers! Inside the restaurant is a large circular dining room with plenty of tables for both you and all of your friends! In the center of the seating area is a stage that usually hosts a classic car, hot-rod, motorcycles, or anything else of interest. Make sure to come back often as the display is always changing. Our menu has something for everyone, from salads to seafood to wraps to our awesome 1/2 pound Angus burger and pulled pork sandwich! Make sure you don't leave without having one of our original specialty desserts or without eating some premium ice-cream! Check out the "Menu" portion of our webpage for a full list of our offerings.
Came here for the first time at the beginning of this summer for the Saturday car cruise and have taken the 45 minute drive back four more times since. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, fair prices and good food. When there was a wait, they took...MoreHappy to hear you enjoyed what we do here! Thanks for stopping by. Hope to have you back again soon! Best, Don Hall, Owner

This location has a wide selection of bagels to choose from. The only disturbing thing is that although the waitresses wear gloves while handling the food they do not remove them when handling money. For this reason I wouldn't return.

Despite the constant long lines and few servers, how could anyone say they don't like Dairy Queen. It is a classic! We also stop for the soft vanilla chocolate swirl.. so tasty!

Roseline's Farm & Bakery is a 'hidden gem' in the beautiful farm country of Sussex County, New Jersey. Directly across from Skylands Sports Complex, Roseline's boasts of - and we can attest to - the genuine home cooking that produces wonderful scones, muffins, pies, soups, sandwiches, country breakfasts all in a clean, comfortable, friendly environment. Mr. Lin and his team are amiable, talented and will happily 'cook to order.' Roseline's is definitely worth the visit.
Roseline's is the recommended eating spot across the road from the Sussex County Sunflower Maze. We placed our order at the counter and it's brought to a table when prepared. My wife and I ordered fresh peach compote on pancakes and well-done bacon. The pancakes came just cooked. I should have ordered mine well-cooked. My wife enjoyed hers. Then they brought the bacon which was well-done to a charcoal crisp -- awful. I asked if the contents in small paper cups were real maple syrup. Response, "oh yes, it's Aunt Jemima's" -- so much for 100 organic! The coffee was superb and the bill for two came to over $29 (for breakfast?).
We shall not return.

Done properly, antique browsing/shopping can wear you out. This is the perfect/only place to take a break amid all the local antique businesses. The atmosphere is rustic and homey, the service is fast and friendly, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. Pretty much, my only "complaint" is their tables. They are exactly what I grew up with, and they are great - except that, at 6'5", I no longer fit under them. Oh well. I like the place and I'll be back.

I literally pass this place every day on my way to work and never knew it was there! That won't happen again! A friend introduced me to this place for a recent breakfast and I was blown away by the friendly staff, wide selection of menu items, the colorful tie-dyed shirts/uniforms and the unbeatable prices. The psychedelic look of the shirts and the decor had a bit of a 60s vibe. Very fun, good food and well worth stopping. I will be a repeat visitor.

Sweet waitstaff who make you feel at home; good food served fast; an authentic diner experience...This was our first time at the Victoria, which we tried on the advice of friends. We loved our breakfast here, and we can't wait to come back for another meal.

Stopped here on the way to Pennsylvania for a quick bite. Terrific sandwiches and vertical reasonable prices. While we didn't order any cookies, we had a few samples. They were delicious! You can also get ice cream and other refrigerated items.

Been going to Yetters for years and have never been disappointed. I started coming before my kinds were born and they are grown up know and we are still going. Nice size servings and very clean. The workers are very polite and make you feel at home. Always stop in for a bite when in the area.
