This restaurant should absolutely be in the top 15 of Moraira. What a surprise! Food was excellent. We had the langoustine & melon cocktail and the Thai style beef strips as appetizer and the oven roasted cod with spinach and bacon as main course. This all together with an oaky Chardonnay .... You need more? Well, staff super friendly, service fast but time enough to prepare the main course with love. Price / quality is unbelievable as is the rest. Bathrooms clean, location perfect, next to the sea.... Conclusion very simple. We will come back as this is another hidden gem. Cheers to Nick and his staff.

We wanted to visit this restaurant as we had stopped for coffee and thought the decor was very traditional. Friends had given us mixed reviews of the food quality.
We booked for a Saturday night. This seemed unnecessary as when we arrived at 2030 only one other table was occupied.
We ordered two steaks and two lamb (the speciality of the day). One lamb was ok the other sent back as far too dry. One steak was ok the other so tough it was 75% inedible (but our cat enjoyed it).
A great pity as the interior is lovely and the staff friendly. In truth this saved this review from getting a poor rating!

Great food! Located in a large British/German expat part of Spain.
Food is not as good quality and huge price hike. Duck and prawn roll up from 2.75e up to 3.85e , chicken dishes we get from 4.75e now 6.75e
Every dish has price rise of 30-40% and seems like the quality of the ingredients like the chicken and especially prawns are a lot lower.
Also no take away menus we compared receipt to old menu when paid
Lost our weekly trade, won’t go back

When your visit is so welcoming, the staff so lovely and attentive and the food so impressive the evening can only be described as perfect. Lovely additions to the new Spring Menu, the lamb was cooked to perfection, just melted in the mouth and the...MoreThank you for your lovely comments and so pleased you liked our new Spring Menu. It is always good to get the opinions of customers especially when introducing new dishes. We really hope you will visit us again soon.

This is a great place on the main square
Traditional Spanish Restaurant very busy on market day. Service was with a smile and a joke but very efficent. Set lunch menu plenty of choice and great value. House wine included very acceptable. All in all a very relaxing lunch in a lovely Spainish town dont miss it if visiting Teulada

BonAmb will be closed for holidays until the 1st of February 2018. We wish all our clients a merry christmas and a very happy 2018!
Obviously I'm exaggerating, and probably demonstrating my ignorance, but we were quite turned off by the tasting menu here. Everything semed conscientiously prepared, but to our palates, most items were bitter or metallic in taste, heavy in consistency, and pasty in texture. I dined here a la carte a few years ago; while I found the recipes a bit too eccentric and daring on that occasion as well, I was satisfied ehough to want to give the place a second try. This chef seems to have set off in his own direction--fine if you like it, but we won't be back!

Tried to get in the previous Sunday but it was fully booked. We had the 18 euro menu del dia. Starter was 5 different tapas which were all very good. 4 or 5 choices for main course we all went for Lamb for main - well cooked and very tasty. No potatoes which is possibly good for those of us who are overweight.
Choice of 5 Deserts. House flan very good. The house wine was also quite acceptable.
Good friendly service. Think those who gave a negative review on this must have been to a different restaurant.

Chillers Restaurant & Bar serves high quality Latin street food and fantastic wines, beers & cocktails.
Well placed near the beach and getting good Sunshine for exterior dining. The menu was quite different which made a pleasant change but meant taking more than the usual risks when deciding what to order. However, food was both good and interesting at the same time. Very pleasant staff and the final bill was less than anticipated. Most unusually the wine was opened at the bar and just left for you to pour. Probably not a problem but very unusual in most decent restaurants in Spain.

We’ve visited this restaurant many times in the past and have always enjoyed both the meals and the occasion. Unfortunately this was not the case when we visited with friends on a recent occasion. The selection of choices available for each course was limited and unappealing. The starter choices were pate, salad with salmon, fish soup & sweetbreads. The latter were served diced in a bowl and were quite strange in terms of both taste and texture. From the main course choices five of us chose the pork dish which was a stir fry with mostly soft aubergines. The tiramisu served for dessert appeared to be a dish of cream served with a sponge finger . Not sure what was going on in the kitchen on this occasion... The service was excellent as usual.

Bistro and wine bar tucked away in the heart of Moraira specialising in international gourmet tapas dishes made for sharing. Accompanied by fine wines, cocktails and specialist gins Cava is the perfect place for a relaxing evening.
Loved by the locals for its fabulous, varied food, superb wines and excellent service, we strongly recommend an evening at Cava. Always busy so be sure to book.
Chef Claire’s menus are a trip around the world - tapas portions of Japanese tempura, authentic Indian curries, Asian specialities plus Spanish and English favourites. Something for everyone.
Paul’s choice of house wines mean you don’t need to choose anything higher, though you can if you want to.
We love it!
