Located on the east coast of Belize at the mouth of the Belize River, Belize City sits on a peninsula jutting into the Caribbean Sea. As the nation's main port, the city is a hub for cruise ships and is often a jumping-off spot for excursions to other parts of Belize, including the Cayo District's caves and Maya archaeological sites along the Macal and Belize rivers. Belize City boasts the only manual swing bridge in the world and the oldest Anglican cathedral in Central America.

Convenient location on the pier of the Belize cruise ship port. Downstairs offers great cocktails and light snacks, the upstairs is a full restaurant offering the best of Belizean cuisine. Conch, shrimp, fresh fish. Everything is made fresh daily. A great place to spend the day, to relax, or get up dance and party with us.
If you like extremely loud blaring music, lots of cigarette smoke and slow service...then this is the place for you. We had the tostones (good, but not great). Fish sliders were just a couple of very small overly breaded pieces of fish inside three huge hamburger buns with bland cheese. Hardly edible at all. Over spiced fries that gave me indigestion.

Good local food! The cab driver pointed it out. It was near my hotel so I stopped in for breakfast. Had sausage with eggs. Simple and good. The onion condiment was tasty! Great friendly service!

We ate here as part of a group. The location was beautiful. The drinks were excellent, the food was amazing - especially the Conch Civiche! Service was also excellent. A great experience all around.

This restaurant is around the corner from the Belcove Hotel and has the best authentic food in Belize. It definitely deserves a spot on your site!
Came in here on a suggestion and got a chance to rice the traditional stew chicken with rice and beans. We were only one of 2 tables there and service was relatively expedient. Food was very reasonably priced. They only accept cash and there is no AC. You can drink either soda or beer.

The restaurant has outside dining, but after sunset the better choice is inside. Menu is quite varied, and food is prepared in the Belizian style. Service is excellent, and the place is very clean and beautiful. Not overpriced! At first, when you see the prices, they seem a tad high, but they are quoted in Belize dollars, which are half of the US dollar. What looks like an investment at $50 is actually a bargain at $25.

We stopped into Anna's after being dropped off by our airport taxi and waiting for a morning water taxi. We sat at an outside table and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast that arrived promptly and was very reasonably priced. Service was extremely friendly. The breakfast menu offers eggs, burritos, sandwiches and the like. Free wi-fi

To me, a bit nicer than a 'tavern' but still with that relaxed pub feel. They have a great selection of burgers and they are delicious. Decent price for the quality of food you're getting here, good sized portions. Belikins are priced right too! On a nicer day the patio would be a great place to sit, however, the view is a bit dismal.

I go out of my way to leave generous reviews, and to find some redeeming quality concerning the restaurant but ... we went there in spite of some bad reviews and because it's nearby. One review said owners were arrogant, aloof and unresponsive. TRUE. We were "waved" to sit anywhere. There was NO ONE else in the restaurant at 6:05pm. That should have been our sign. We were eventually given menus. Prices were relatively high and the menu appeared to be huge. Nope. We were left long enough to read it over and over. It repeats itself only to take up room on pages. One page repeats itself on the same page. No matter. We were hungry. She finally came back to take our order. No word on specials or suggestions. None. OK. I love lamb and I love spinach. What could go wrong? I received a bucket of cold, green slop with bones in it. I tried to eat it, but totally not edible. I couldn't even pretend. Naan and white rice was ok. My friend's dishes were just so so. But over all, the worst meal and service I've ever had. Ever. A lady poked around in the slop and said there was "meat it there" and acted totally rude. She was really too busy on her phone to be bothered with my concern. Disgusting experience. Would NEVER go back.

A unique experience to the regular bakery you would find in Belize! We describe our self as a Portable Eatable or Grab & Go establishment with a little mellower pace. We are well known for our wide variety of breakfast items such as our huge johnny cakes with numerous combination of fillings, panini, patties, quiche, the challenging Mann breakfast, danish, muffins, cinnamon twist, THE BEST AND WIDEST SELECTION OF CROISSANTS IN Belize, our can't get enough of BANANA BREAD, and much more items as we are constantly baking and putting out new items as the day progress. Did somebody say its time for a SUGARFIX?? Well, we have a large selection of desserts to choose from such as another favorite...BROWNIES! scrumptious cheesecakes, oversize cookies, selection of cakes and the best Gelato you will find that is personally made for us by a master Italian gelato maker from Gelateria TuttiFrutti in Placencia and then flown to us. We invite you to come in and 'TASTE THE LOVE IN EVERY BITE'
We almost decided not to go here due to the arrogant responses from Sugar fix to previous reviews. But we decided to go anyway because the croissants got good reviews.
We had croissant and coffee. The croissants was very good, eventhough it didn't have the crisp flakiness that we are used to from "other croissants. Coffee is at best average.
You can sit in the place and eat, but the surroundings and the shop is not very exiting.
Wi-Fi is very good though and that is a plus.
