We had 3 dinners from Bee Happy and enjoyed all 3 very much. Mr. Happy arranged to pick us up at our place and also the transport back to our house.
They also do home Delivery.
The food is very tasteful and it's priced fair. We tried many different dishes and all of them tasted good.
The place is very much how Thailand looked like 20 years ago. Very old fashion and I actually like it.
I would very likely to recommend this place to give it a try.
The only reason for not give Mr. Happy 5 points. Is the WC. I understand that he want to keep everything as it original but sometimes somethings have to be improved in order to please all the customer.

Bali Pizzeria has Thai and Western food, with a wood fired Italian oven for pizzas, ribs, lasagna etc. We make our own desserts and Gelato ice cream. It is an open Balinese style restaurant with a view of the sea.
Very nice atmosphere at the Villa Bali Eco Resort. Waitress spoke good English and was friendly and helpful. It is a shame the kitchen takes such shortcuts on quantity and quality of ingredients. The crust and sauce were average. What they used for cheese was, far below average. The pepperoni was actually pepper salami. It's sad that the food was not a God match for the location.

Great somtum place with obviously outstanding somtum and grilled chicken, let's not forget to order the grilled pork neck - it was out of this world. Unfortunately only Thai menu, but don't let that stop you from going here. Talk to the staff at the hotel and let them write down their favorites. You will leave happy!

Established in early 2007, Tequila Sunrise was one of the first restaurants in Mae Phim serving western food and fast became a popular meeting point among the local Thai and western community. Located right on the beach we offer our customers a great variety of international dishes and delicious traditional Thai food. Enjoy our speciality of the day, such as Wednesday’s double schnitzel or Saturday’s imported fillet steak. If you are not sure what to eat our friendly and English speaking staff will gladly recommend something for you. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, we have it all.
Great location on Laem Mae Phim beach with tasty European food and beer. Could easily relax here for a few hours.

This bright and airy all day dining restaurant offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Thailand, providing both indoor and al fresco dining. The breakfast buffet exudes freshness and offers cooked to order items. The a la carte menu kicks in at lunch and dinner, centered around the wooden oven that bakes fresh pizzas. The ambiance is radiant and lively during the day with natural light flooding in through the doors to ocean view windows. As the day turns into evening, a sophisticated atmosphere takes over. The menu, the wine, the sunset, paints the mood for a classy dinner.

Situated at the water's edge, Fish Bar is a specialty beachfront restaurant and bar featuring fresh local and imported seafood, perfectly prepared and grilled to order. Inspired by the philosophy of serving traditional fresh fish, this contemporary seafood restaurant and bar offers seafood prepared in the simplest style possible. An open kitchen and bar allows guests to witness culinary action in full view. A glass showcase displays today's freshly caught fish.

There is no doubt the seafood here is fresh but unless you want it very Thai style then be careful. We had trouble ordering as the staff speak very little English but we did get there in the end and the food was delicious. Cooked to perfection and although limited in the choices it was great. My only concern was that we didn't know how to ask them to de-vein the prawns and they arrived still unclean. I managed to get a knife and do this myself which wasn't an issue but if you need to be careful with your seafood this maybe isn't the place for you. It's quite a basic little coastal restaurant and I'm not sure how many tourists they get here. If it's a very local experience you want then this is spot on and sea-to-table fresh fish.

There are seafood restaurants lined up next to each other for several hundred meters down Mae Phim Beach. But for my money Xing Xing is still the best.
My son and his family, including three granddaughters are visiting from Australia, so we ended up there today for lunch. The kids opted for fish and chips, which turned out to be large servings of boneless fillets in tenko breadcrumbs and deep fried, with chips and a salad. It was thumbs up from each of them.
The rest of us shared a selection of Thai seafood dishes, including a spicy salad with squid, a large plate of oysters with two different dipping sauces, and whole squid stuffed with prawn meat and served with a spicy sauce.
But we all agreed the highlight were king prawns on a satay stick, deep fried in tenko breadcrumbs and served with a tangy tamarind sauce.
With four bottles of beer and fresh young coconut drinks for the kids, the bill came to THB 2,200.

Restaurant is right across from the beach, we were there before but wasn't real happy with the steak so we stop 3 years ago, we went back again this year order burger this time, it wasn't worth the price, you have to buy everything separate, I got chicken tender for my son and he won't even eat it, he normally love them, it has different taste. Singer was great, My younger son who is 5 was dancing to the music. It hard to get attention from the server here. I don' know if i will go back there again but they are not many choice in this area so we might try something else next time.
