Here at the Grouse we pride ourselves on our first class customer service & food. All of our food is locally sourced and cooked fresh. We are located in the centre of Ballymena right beside the tower centre car park. We hope to see you soon!
Second visit here with friends. Its town centre location is great as right in middle of the shopping centres. The food was delicious and they catered for the vegan and vegetarian in our group who loved their dishes. The service was pleasant and friendly. Hannah and Craig served us and looked after us very well so need a special mention. The selection of gin is amazing and we tried a parma violet cocktail - yummy. Will be back.

Great food after a relaxing two hour spa session.
Between us we had prawn cocktail and ribs to start, then burger, salmon and curry, all meals were lovely and very filling.
Service was great even though it was busy. Live music from the next room and a great atmosphere all round.
Would definitely recommend it and would also go again.

My friend and I have had the most delicious 3 course Christmas Lunch today, lovely little cosy pub with gorgeous food at great prices. Big thanks to the staff who literally couldn't do enough to help. Highly Recommended ?

Depressing ,disappointing . Have reviewed this bar/restaurant before back in the good old days but its changed and not for the better. Quality of the food has gone down hill. Smaller portions of disinteresting food in an ambience that now seems flat. Modern service served without a smile. Sad. Used to love this place. Hopefully just a blip

Enjoyed dinner here Sunday evening, had booked so seated quickly.
Staff pleasant, restaurant decor very nice and lovely and warm! Menu wide ranging, well priced and varied.
Selected Rogan Josh excellent, balti excellent, chicken special very good and a veggie masala also very good with sides and naan, all very good indeed!! Portion sizes good, no complaints, my mum had food leftover so got a box to take it home... no problem.
Prices were good... 4 mains, sides, 2 naan and 4 drinks £70.25.... I think that's good value!!
Would recommend and would return!
Thank you

Was at a retirement lunch and this seems to be a problem for a lot of restaurants - the main course is set out and its ages before you get the side orders and portions were small enough for this venue - staffing issues probably and this was my 1st visit and people have raved about this venue.

Treated family to a meal. Small queue when we entered but given menus whilst waiting and on arriving at table food arrived almost instantly. Nothing 'fancy' but food freshly cooked and offering very good value for money. Service is excellent.

Really long very slow queue,I know it's very popular.Christmas lunch was excellent last year so we didn't mind waiting. But boy were we disappointed...no sprouts...no cocktail sausages...just about warm.No great flavour ..Really felt let down,as I was treating my family. At nearly£11 a head...I felt robbed.I've had a better dinner at£6 elsewhere.

We took my fiancees mum here while she was visiting from England and she really loved the food! We had booked online and were seated immediately, they got our drinks quickly (the only bad part was that they didn't have a rioja wine that the future mother in law loves!)
We ordered the sea bass, the lamb and a tomato risotto - all were so tasty and portions were big enough to fill you but not make you stuffed. We then all had a dessert (chocolate mousse, pannacota and pistachio cheesecake and then shared the tiramisu), we all enjoyed out desserts but wow, the pistachio cheesecake was amazing, I'd come back purely to eat the cheesecake again!! My future mother in law actually said the sea bass was nicer than the fresh caught sea bass she had in Spain!
We live in Larne so no doubt we will be back to visit here again, it was a nice spot and the grounds around the restaurant are lovely!
