Carroll's Sausage & Country Store is proud to offer good country cooking, quality meats, and flavorful sausages just like your grandpa used to make.
Past this untold number of times while traveling I-75. Finally stopped in. What a great surprise. You can't leave here without getting something. It all looks, smells and tastes so good. Love their sausage.

Great fresh southern BBQ. Our food was pulled right off the pig. Side orders were average. Was not clean. Staff were sup friendly. Good place to stop.

This restaurant needs to have a giant overhaul. Organization and cleanliness are two real concerns. Only if you are desperate should you stop here. Ice Cream is flavorless and toppings are miniscule. Bathrooms are a mess.

We have been serving South Georgia and Ashburn since 1998. We have everything from smoked Boston butt and Brisket to Fried Chicken to Hotdogs. We are sure we will have something for everyone.
We just got lucky and found this while passing by Ashburn on I-75. We love BBQ so we had to hit this place. The people were very friendly and the Brisket was really good. I am a BBQ snob from Texas and this place is...MoreWe are glad you enjoyed it. Especially a Texas native. It is hard to beat Texas brisket. Thanks.

Went with friends to eat Mexican and it was the first time for all of us, and we loved it!! Everyone had something different and no one was disappointed. Generous portions, fast service and friendly staff. And the price was right too. Recommend this restaurant for Mexican food if you're hungry and after true Mexican flavour.

The food here is very fresh and tasty. The staff is always very kind, considerate, and caring. The restaurant is very clean and roomy, you don't feel like you're sitting on top of everyone else who happens to be dining when you are. I love their Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuits.

This Shoney's looks to be fairly new. I did not realize there were any still open in the south. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. We had the breakfast buffet on a day when it was quite busy. The food was fresh and constantly replenished. Normally on a buffet the eggs are over cooked and/or dry. That was not the case, they were fresh and moist. The fruit was also fresh. Good value.

The waitstaff was excellent and the food was really good. We had our 2 grandsons and they enjoyed the tv for them to watch until the food arrived at our table. I was surprised that hardly anyone was there eating. Everything was excellent and we recommend.

This is a local spot where they have a large menu selection. You can choose items from a buffet style area or there is a large menu on the wall. The staff is friendly and if you want to get local flavor and meet locals this would be a good place to do that. They bring your order out when its prepared and there is plenty of seating. I would recommend this place unless you have a problem with Styrofoam plates like I saw one reviewer did when reviewing. I had a hamburger steak with gravy and peppers and onions, lima beans and cream corn with biscuit and my drink was $6.99 plus tax. That's pretty reasonable.

It shares it's small parking area with another restaurant and a gas station, there are no spots right in front of the store at all and be careful walking across the parking lot as there is no walkway or sidewalk.
