We stopped to see the bridge before entering Arta and we had a refreshing coffee at Protomastoras cafe. The service was fast, the price reasonable and the shade under the huge trees unbeatable.The best place to avoid summer heat.

Πολύ καλό φαγητό και καφές super!!! Ωραίος προσεγμένος χώρος, ζεστό περιβάλον, άψογη συμπεριφορά καταστηματάρχη και προσωπικού, φοβερή διακόσμηση!!! Με λίγα λόγια τα είχε όλα, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

This is a really nice taverna clost to the Castle at the bottom of Averoff. Lovely Greek specialities and friendly service. Outdoor Seating and good location for watching the world.

A pastry making workshop downtown where traditional Greek pies meet the French croissant and Italian calzone. The materials are perplexed and playing with traditional and modern recipes. Handmade products prepared in front of the client-passer with love, fresh ingredients and years of experience.

We had spotted reviews of this cafe on trip advisor and sought it out. It is on the first right hand turn after the hospital and there is no signpost or name as you approach it. The restaurant is superbly positioned and we were the only people there at about 14.30 hours. A small bolttle of Fix beer ( 330 litres) was 3€ . We were given some nice mezes with a second beer. However €6 for just over a pint of bottled beer is too much. The beautiful loos had no seats in spite of up to date marble furnishings and lovely wash hand basins.

The place is packed with people of all ages. A squad of youngsters provides fast, friendly and efficient service. Lots of positive energy..
The food is great and the prices are quite friendly. The music is fantastic. Very fresh and tasty seafood, amazing fried prawns, mussels in white sauce, grilled calamari and cattle fish. On the negatives: too much acidity in salads and too much salt in almost everything! Saganaki with prawns in red sauce a little too rustic and too heavy. Around 20-30 euros for a great meal.

The quality of food and drinks is great but the stuff has always a long face. I mean they seem bored and unfriendly. You will never see a smile on their face.

Excellent food,extremely clean,high standard WC,very cosy interior.Very polite,quick and effective service.Nice price.Almost 24/24 open.Happy to be there and eat great ''gyros'' and other delicious plates.

Αρκετά καλό τσιπουράδικο ο μεζές θα μπορούσε να ήταν και καλύτερος και ποιοτικά αλλά και σε ποσότητα είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από τη λαϊκή αγορά της Άρτας.

We were kept waiting for two hours to be served. The restaurant was not full. The atmosphere was stifling beacause the management would not open the window nor turn the aircondition. The food was mediocre. I won't visit again.
