Bakery/cafe, Using only natural and organic ingredients, cane sugar, real butter. No artificial coloring or flavorings. We use natural plant-based colorings if needed.
We liked this place for the friendliness of the staff and for how delicious the food was. We weren't there for lunch, but the lunch options looked really good. All homemade pastries, great flavors. Loved everything we tried.

We were a table of 5 and each of us had an excellent meal. We were treated to their Cajun Shrimp & Grits, the Swedish Meatballs, the Shrimp Fra Diavolo, their pork chop and their special, grilled swordfish. I also had their French Creme Brulee and their Chocolate Bourbon teas. The server was very personable and enjoyed her job. We had a marvelous time and hope to return soon for their tea service. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation!

Stopped in for a cup of tea and a bite to eat. We thought the chicken salad sandwich was full of flavor and was served up nicely toasted. Definitely will be a go to in downtown Anoka.

Went on a Wednesday our Anniversary thinking wouldn't be that busy and it so busy waited 30 minutes but ended up to be worth the wait. Let's start with our server. She was at our table right away and, after telling her it was Anniversary she said she was a newlywed and hoped she would be married that long. Suggested a drink that was so good and brought us a blooming onion to start the celebration. I ordered sirlion and husband the ribs and shared so we could try both. The food was served steaming hot steak perfectly cooked and ribs very tender. Our server checked back on us making sure our food was good and drinks were full. When we finished she brought us a sundae to share too! I have to say we will be back and asking for Courtney again.

We reserved a 5:30 table for two couples on a Friday night. Our waiter, Scott, was absolutely wonderful. The menu is mid-priced with lots of variety in both traditional Americanized Italian food and authentic, less pasta based Italian meals. They offered many specials, the only down side was the price of each was not given to us. Their seafood chowder was fantastic. Shrimp scampi, chicken parmesan, lobster ravioli and pollo Saltimbocca were the entrees that we ordered and they were all delicious. The portions are nicely sized, but not overwhelming huge. The atmosphere is small and quaint and perfect for a special evening out. They take reservations and I would recommend making them as this is not a huge restaurant. This was our third time dining there and the first for the couple we were with and we all just had a wonderful meal and evening out. They have a full service bar, a nice wine lists and a nice variety of bottled beers.

Relaxed cafe dining atmosphere - meaning tables and chairs, no couches. They have decent espresso drinks and self serve coffee. Good place to set up a a laptop, next to the window and people watch as your work. Reasonable prices. Great breakfast, cafe style (ie. Frittadas and quiches) - the Denver Frittada was quite good! Parking in front of the building is only 2 hours so keep that in mind. And of course - amazing desserts, the owner has won awards for her concoctions and they are not to be ignored. Friendly service. I'd definitely go back.

This diner is one of the best in the area! Always dependable and consistent service and food as well. Love the pancakes and the breakfast steak as well. Easy and convenient parking near by.

Family owned and operated BBQ Joint. Striving to set the standard of BBQ in the Twin Cities. Serving classic style BBQ from across the country and several of our own creations as well. We start with only fresh high quality Midwestern meats and serve the sauce on the side.
Wow! What a gem right in little Champlin, MN. So happy I finally tried it. Price is comparable to most BBQ places - pound of brisket will run you 17.99 for an idea. They have sandwiches or ala cart and combo options. We went with the 2 pound combo, with ribs, brisket and pulled ham. Amazing! The rub on the rib made for a nice tasty bark - same with the brisket. Meats were tender and smoked with expert attention. The pulled ham...... wowza! Never knew ham could taste that great! The baked beans have chunks of meat in them with flavor bursting fatty rinds. Delish! Then the potato salad. When I thought it couldn't possibly be that good - wrong! It was a delightful surprise that it was so delicious. Will definitely keep this spot in rotation!

Got a selection of tasty treats to enjoy for my birthday this year. Really loved the "bee sting" and the cheesecake. Also had some cupcakes, which weren't great. Wouldn't get them again. However, the other stuff would have me going back and trying a few new things too. Service was quick and friendly.

Quaint mom and pop BBQ joint, also featuring burgers , specialty sandwiches and exquisite breakfast on the weekends.
I'm not sure I can say enough good things about Jellybean and Julia's. This cute little BBQ joint is in a strip mall, probably has seating for 35 or so. We grabbed a table and pulled out the paper menus in our condiment and silverware tray. I settled on the Brisket Single platter($14) with Coleslaw and my friend had the Pulled Pork sandwich($10) with mac n cheese. We were in the blue hair dinner rush around 5pm but our food came out fairly quick. Everything was fantastic... the slices of brisket had a bit of burnt ends offering up some extra flavor. Their Apple BBQ sauce was amazing. The Coleslaw was good, more vinegary than mayo which kept it fresh and light but the star of the sides was my friends Mac n Cheese - You must try it! Service from our young model looking waitress wasn't as amazing as the food but was good. The only downside of this place, and I think just adds to its charm is that the bathroom is 5 doors down the exterior of the building in a little Mexican market. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone looking for BBQ or comfort food in the North west suburbs.
