We chose this because of the Trip Advisor reviews, when we approached the bar we were a little put off, but we have fun anywhere we go even if it sucks, so we figured, let's give it a go! We were absolutely blown away by this place! Super crowded, only 6 tables and the bar, which is sizable, but overall it's a small place. Well worth being packed in there, I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the food was some of the best for we've ever eaten! Top Chef worthy for sure! My husband had New Orleans and I had the Opah (fish). The food was fresh, presented like it was a high class restaurant, and so very delicious! We don't get to this area often, but here is a reason to go back! Soon!

I stopped in to order two box lunches which we planned to eat at Algoma's kite festival. North Water offered great sandwich choices accompanied by chips, a choice of potato salad, and dessert. While I was waiting for the lunches to be prepared, I had plenty of time to look around. Wow pretty much sums it up. Their desserts are tempting, they offer a wide selection of breads and buns, and their cakes are reasonably priced as well as pretty. The deli case has top quality meats and interesting sides, there are cold beverages, and a variety of ice cream sold by the scoop. It definitely makes for an interesting stop if you're in the area.

Out on a Sunday drive and arrived in Algoma, WI a little after lunch. Decided to give Off The Hook Coffee a try.
It’s located in a 60‘s bank building, not much for lake shore ambiance. Patio furniture tables covered by themed table cloths with 2nd hand chairs. It was clean though.
Family had breakfast, which they serve anytime. Wife’s omelet looked good, she enjoyed it. Kid’s had basic items, pancake, eggs, bacon, it was all average. I had their signature burger, two paddies, lettuce, tomatoes, grilled garlic and cheese. It was tasty. I guess my complaint would be if you only have two choices with your sandwiches, potato salad or chips, you shouldn’t be out of potato salad. When I asked if the chips were homemade, our waitress/owner said “They only did healthy meals, nothing fried.” What is healthy about a lunch size bag “Ruffles”? Throw a pickle on the plate or something with the bag of chips!
Next time in the area, I’m trying someplace else.

This little gem is a classy place in a small little town. It was a wide variety of beverages to please most everyone. It has a comfy sofa area plus nice table sitting. It's a great place to sit, sip & chat with friends. I gave it a 4 only because I feel the prices are a bit high.

My group was up for a fishing charter and had dinner at Red's on a Saturday night. The place was clean and service was very good. We all order the Saturday night Prime Rib special.
The salad was cold and very tasty. The prime rib and potato were also very delicious. The only comment we had is that the prime rib was served cooked a little bit more that what we are used to. One in our crew ordered rare to medium rare. When served there was not much "pink" and no blood. Maybe it sat in front of a warming light? Still very good and price well. Would recommend for sure.

I usually think you can tell when reservations are highly recommended that it can be a sign of a good restaurant! This is sure the case with Moe's! Their specialty is boasted chicken and it is their specialty on Wednesday nights! The food is excellent!
You can go without a reservation, but I don't recommend it, as you get your name on a very long list. You wait in the bar, which if you don't mind that, it helps pass the time. WI. does have an smoking policy in public places now, so smokers need to step outdoors.
It is kid-friendly, great food, good service! If you are in the area, you won't want to miss dinner at Moe's! Call ahead for hours and the days of the week they are open, as they are not open daily!
Bon Appétit !

We had a great server who was super helpful and gave us thorough information in a condensed timeframe. They give you a piece of paper to customize your burger any way you would like, they also have signature chef burgers which they ask you don't modify, understandably! There is a kids menu as well. Their coleslaw is outstanding, I actually got two more orders to go. Their house thousand island dressing is superb; A great addition to any burger, their everything bun is so soft and delicious! The burger is huge, super juicy and more than enough to split! My husband had a chef burger with pulled pork that was super flavorful and juicy! A must stop! So delicious!!

Small locals cafe with excellent view of the lake. Try the hashbrown sandwich. Rest rooms out back, thought that was odd.

I started out thinking their pizza was great, but they are inconsistent, so thus the 4 stars. Can't say anything else about the food, except the brochures are pricey for a bar. They should have some breadsticks or something a little cheaper. Busy bar.

The Philly Cheese Steak sandwich is awesome! We've always sat at the bar for lunch and drinks, and never had any issues with the staff or the food. Very friendly people - from the other customers to the people working there. We go back at least two or three times each year.
