Little restaurant near the church. Nice Terrace with jasmin and flowers, home made kitchen, fresh products and lot of care. We like spices and herbs from the garden. Nice ambiance.
We're a NYC based, foodie family of 4 and this meal was outstanding. It's a tiny place tucked into the hills of Serra de Tramuntana. We had 6 courses (degustation style) and each was sublime! Exquisite presentation, fresh and flavorful ingredients and charming service. Courses included an incredible tuna tartare with miso, soy sauce and ginger with a tomato sorbet; John Dory with black garlic risotto and parsley foam and a dessert creation of manchego cheese and peach ice cream. The chef and his team of 2 are warm, and passionate about everything they do and it was a magical experience. We'll be back next year..

Very famous, but very simple restaurant. No website and is visited by word of mouth.
This restaurant is hyped as being one of the best lamb restaurants anywhere according to Rick Stein. We visited with friends last Spring and the drive and views were spectacular. The food was at best mediocre, the service eccentric and frankly the cleanliness was awful.

Absolutely fabulous. The food was delicious and both our waitresses and our waiter were extremely engaging and lovely to chat with. Definitely recommended getting the tapa version of a few things, as you'll want more than one thing as everything is SO DELICIOUS! We'll be back next year :)

There are several areas for meals depending on the time and weather. We had dinner outside overlooking the valley and also had dinner and breakfast inside. We had breakfast outside on the covered Terrace watching young sparrows being surprised by the rain.
Compared with food we've had in other areas of Spain we felt the food in Majorca was of a much higher standard.

Great ice cream, especially the chilli & chocolate. Friendly owners & nice place to sit and enjoy it. Did I mention the chocolate & chilli?

We feel so lucky we took a chance and tried out this "cafeteria"... the name belies the amazingly flavorful food that comes out of this kitchen... this is a family run business, with Maria in the kitchen churning out the fabulous dishes with impressive consistency, and Filipe providing the service, stoic and professional (after a few visits, you can get a proud smile!). Paella is stellar, Arroz Brut in season - the best we have had, lengua with capers - super fab... and on and on... The prices cannot be beat for the quality you get here. We come back time and time again. We highly recommend you do not miss it!

After exploring the pretty village of Valldemossa we craved a sweet treat, and found the recently opened branch in Carrer Marques de Vivot. There are a few tables on the pavement outside, a very casual and relaxing ambiance.
Of course they offer the renowned range of ice creams as well as coffees, cakes, cold drinks, and some snacks. We were tempted by the offer of a slice of torta mallorquina and a café con leche for EUR7.95. The coffee was good, but the real pleasure was the beautiful cake made with ground almonds. It was served with yummy almond ice cream and whipped cream. Utterly delicious!
Our waitress was German, but of course spoke Spanish and some English, too (not sure about Mallorcan). She was very friendly and chatty, although that slowed service a little bit, but that didn't diminish our enjoyment. Lovely place for a short break.
This review is about the new branch in Valldemossa.

Stopped off here for lunch and weren't disappointed. The baguette came with a thick slice of warm pork loin, bacon, tomato, lettuce and cheese plus chips. Good value at €6.50 and very filling. The goats cheese salad with pineapple and pine nuts was also enjoyable. It's nice to sit outside in the busy square and people watch.
