Paul's used to be good, then it gets to busy and fails expectations. Changes ownership, is good for awhile then goes downhill again. I personally find their food greasy and not good.
The last time we were here we had a child's birthday party and it was a large table of about 15. The restaurant was packed. We waited forever to get drinks while other tables who came in later were already getting appetizers. We waited forever to get appetizers and they came out randomly while other tables were already finishing their dinner who came in after us. We waited close to 2 hours to actually get our entrees from the time we sat down, the kids were hungry and crying...no bread was offered or anything to tide us over. We were told the kitchen was busy but they'd try to hurry it up..yet more tables who came in after us were getting their orders.
Plus, TONS of pizzas were leaving the kitchen in take-out boxes..obviously take-out orders took priority over seated customers. I was ready to leave after an hour and go to Diary Queen but since we hadn't opened gifts yet I stayed.
The owner walked around and pretended to look like she was concerned not that she was actually doing anything. We finally got our food and mine was a mess. Was supposed to be their special - Rouladen..hahahaha! Funniest thing ever. It was the shaved beef they use for beef dip sandwiches, all dried out with some gravy on it..I think they attempted to roll it up like Rouladen but it was a mess. Not even tasty...I sent it back.
We told our server we wanted to speak w/the owner, she didn't come over. We had to actually approach her and bring her over and then we all shared our discontent with her. Her solution? Give us gift certificates for next time..hahahaha - there is no next time sweetheart!
She didn't even say sorry, didn't even seem sorry. Just 'Here's some GC's'. No thanks. Been over a year and we haven't been back and never will.
We've given this establishment many 2nd chances over the last 11 years...both when they've changed ownership and times where quality was just sub-par but we are done supporting them. If you get too busy that your current customers aren't being served properly...tell Take-out it will be at least an hour and quit Seating people who are at the door. During this whole escapade and being told they were short-staffed etc they kept clearing tables like crazy to let more in....make sense? I think not.

Premier casual dining establishment. Great for business meetings or family functions. As all the meals are freshly prepared,it may take a while. We recommend that you come in for the evening and enjoy the experience. If you are in a hurry, please mention that to your server and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We were looking for a place to have supper with a granddaughter in Airdrie. We selected Peppercorns. It is located in an urban shopping center with ample parking.
Service was good and the food excellent. I had the lobster Balinese which included lobster, shrimp, clam and mussels in a coconut broth served on rice. It had lots of flavour and plenty of seafood. The others had the beef short ribs or steak. They offer gluten free options.
We had a good visit as it was not to noisy so we could carry on a conversation. We were also not rushed to finish our meals which we appreciated. It could have used more decor as it was a pretty plain setting.

Pretty disappointed in our meals. The fish tacos were absolutely terrible. I'm not a picky eater!! The manager was great and our server felt terrible, they bought 2 our meals and drinks which was super nice. However, the other 2 people didn't think their meals were that great either. Unfortunately this is not the first time I've been disappointed in the food there.

Not sure why the other reviewers have recently complained about the amount of fries - I was visiting from BC and found the portion to be as much or even more than I receive on a normal basis.
The service was friendly, the food was terrific as expected, and the restaurant was very clean.

We booked a table several weeks in advance for my daughter's family birthday diner (at her request). The waiting staff were very attentive and professional, however no one made any mention of her birthday, and even after mentioning it as the waiter was filling our waters, still no mention was made.
When the food arrived (main meal after 75 minute wait time) we found many disappointing elements with the food. First of all the greek salad (which had no cheese on it due to allergies) had one cherry tomato cut in half with two black olives and a bed of iceburg lettuce. Not sure what part of Greece they are going for...but the worst Greek salad we have ever been served.
The main meal had overcooked rice, with perhaps 6 ounces of overcooked lamb, with 3 beautiful prawns UNSEASONED and several meatballs.
The bill came out to $145 for our family of 4. Sadly the last time we frequented Paros on Main the food was very good...
WHAT HAPPENED?????!!!!!!!!!

Stopped for lunch on a Friday. First of all the service from Aundrea K was very good. TGreta meal choices, my friend had the meatloaf mac & cheese and said that it was OK....I had the burger with a side salad. The avocado burger was huge, great toppings, the side salad was very fresh and I highly recommend

The ultimate Italian experience awaits you upstairs with a traditional first class Italian feast prepared table side. Live entertainment and dancing every weekend! A fabulous and special dinner out for adults to enjoy!
We booked last minute for Valentine's Day and we weren't disappointed. The setting was very romantic. There was live music and the owner even joined the musician with singing! Our appetisers were amazing. The bruschetta is SO GOOD! Also had the soup which didn't disappoint. Our main courses were fantastic. We both had on of the nightly specials and they were so delicious. This place is a real gem in Airdrie that does NOT disappoint. You get a high end, quality meal without a ridiculous price. We will definitely be back soon!

Stopped in as I had read about all the great reviews. I was not disappointed. I had the lemon grass chicken and fresh veggies. It was was better than expected.....super fresh veggies, tender white chicken breast and rich. As I am a diabetic.....I asked if they could make this without sugar.....the server checked with the kitchen and they said it would not be a problem and it would taste Great even though it would not have sugar. It was excellent. The restaurant is very clean, bright and their ate numerous choices. I highly recommend this restaurant. The also have lunch specials every day.

We had the all you can eat sushi on Wednesday ($20) and it was phenomenal. Look over the menu, all specialty rolls were included. We tried the nacho roll (I wouldn't necessarily recommend, although it wasn't awful it was slightly odd) but I would however highly recommend the rainbow rolls! Filling, great service, great food, we will definitely be back and make this our number one sushi stop in Airdrie!
