La Maison Fleurie is established since 1986 and created by great passion for French authentic cuisine. The interior design is based on a rich classic style with very romantic surroundings. During summer time, the restaurant offers you a tremendous garden for relaxing evenings. Ideal for wedding, private parties, baptizing and other private events & anniversaries! The restaurant is awarded in 2017 & 2016 with a Certificate of Excellence for the great reviews earned by guests. In 2014 Tripadvisor awarded the restaurant in the Top 25 Fine restaurants of Europe with the Travelers Choice Award! It has been also distinguished in various gastronomy Exhibitions worldwide and in the most well known Travel Guides as Conde Nast Traveler, DK Travel. The DK Travel Guide of "Top 10 Cyprus" honors since 2004 and every year the restaurant as the 1st Top International Restaurant and probably the best restaurant on the island. Every Tuesday & Friday, the restaurant delivers directly from France, Fresh Tsarskaya Oysters (Gold medal 2017 in Paris) & Seafood, Great Specialties on Duck, Goose Foie Gras, Wild Boar, hare, Quail, Grouse and Deer!
The venue is refined but still a little tired.
It seems overly pretentious because, although the service was acceptable, the quality of the food, sadly, left much to be desired.
Lamb was unavailable which ruled out three items. I didn't want chicken, duck or mouflon which ruled out another 6 or 7 items.
So, I had a lacklustre apple soufflé and a very apologetic (but burnt) creme brulee for dessert.
Having said that, the starters were not so bad.
Sorry, I just cannot recommend this restaurant.

Offers the best in fresh, fine Mediterranean cuisine. In conjunction with the renowned Cypriot Chef Andreas Mavrommatis, based in Paris and building on the success of our 10 year relationship. Mavrommatis' recipe for success has always been based on the simplicity of market fresh Mediterranean ingredients. Open for dinner only, also outdoors during the summer months (May to October). Vivaldi by Mavrommatis Restaurant is voted as the Best Hotel Restaurant in Cyprus by the TimeOut Readers for 8 consecutive years.
The service, menu and food quality all indicate a great attention to detail. The main menu has lots of options, but I would recommend that unless you have an enormous appetite, the best way to experience more than 1 or 2 courses is to go for the 4 course "taster" menu, which gives you more courses from the menu but in smaller portions. A delicious variation on a caprese salad to start, a mouth watering porcini and truffle risotto, choice of beef or fish for main, and then your choice from the desert menu. Superb.

As usual read the reviews and decided to visit. Nice restaurant good choice of meals, quick service and really friendly staff. We chose the ravioli and moussaka. Both were really nice and we can recommend either. There was live music as well, not really my cup of tea but some people might enjoy it. If you check the photo he bears a likeness to the legend that is "Ron Jeremy"?

Opposite Four Seasons Hotel
While driving along the southern coast of Cyprus, I stopped to walk around Limassol. I wandered in to Venezia for a late lunch. I ordered the grilled octopus, and it was incredibly good. I'm used to getting just some octopus meat when ordering this, so was a little surprised to receive a whole octopus, but I was certainly glad to have all that after tasting it! The only downside was that it was served with french fries, and the ketchup they had was way too sweet. I ended up eating the fries with vinegar, which was okay, but not my preferred way of having them. Next time I will see about substituting a different side.
The service was fine, although nothing really spectacular. There was only one woman serving, but since it was pretty late for lunch, the restaurant was almost empty. However, she was preparing for dinner as well, so would sort of disappear from time to time. Fortunately, when I did need anything, she was around and I was able to get her attention.
I certainly wouldn't hesitate to eat here again the next time I'm in Limassol.

The award winning Sailor's Rest Lounge Bar Restaurant was re-launched in summer 2008 after an amazing re-creation of Limassol’s favourite ‘hot spot’. Situated in the unique location of the St. Raphael Marina, offering spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and yachts, the restaurant serves an array of gourmet cuisine with fresh fish, meats, salads and pasta, not to mention mouth watering desserts and ice-creams that are available throughout the day.
Highly recommended. We went for Sunday lunch. The restaurant is spotlessly clean including the washrooms. Food and service equally excellent. Portions are generous even for a very hungry man!. Crowed is mainly local families Highly recommended however pricyDear Elena C, Thank you so much for finding the time to share your excellent experience at the Sailor's Rest Lounge Bar Restaurant. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed your meal and will look forward to welcoming you back soon. Our best regards,

Known and acknowledged as the best fish and seafood restaurant in Cyprus for more than 30 years, Limanaki is literally only a few steps from the water and has been recently fully redecorated. Its success is based on the assurance that the fish you are served in the evening was swimming in the sea that morning; and there’s an expert on hand to tell you all about the wide array of oysters, fish and other seafood on display.
Arrived at the Amathus early evening so after a tiring day travelling decided to stay at the hotel for dinner.
Limanaki is a beautiful modern outside restaurant close to the sea. The food is incredible and the olive oil they put on the table to dip the lovely bread in is just like no other olive I have tasted - fabulous. The white taramasalata is simply a taste sensation.
The rest of the food was excellent too but a measure of the food quality is when such attention is given to the relatively small things.... and of course the service was impeccable.

In a beautiful environment, away from the city hubbub, enjoy traditional dishes of home-made food made by hands who care about tradition. Agios Epiktitos tavern, is a family business which took its name by the occupied village Agios Epiktitos of Kerynia. The desire to return to Agios Epiktitos village did not disappear over the years. However, Stelios Chadjistyllis' love, the owner of the tavern, led him to the creation of a traditional place that honours the village. The owner's wife, Constandina Kleanthous, prepares cooked food with fresh local ingredients in a daily basis. All meats are grilled on Cypriot carob wood. Lountza in wine sauce tzatziki, tahini and pork with wine are our production.
Good food and an excellent atmosphere! Really friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for a large group. Also the view is well worth the travel!

Great village feel as you drive up, easy to find. Staff are friendly and accommodating, lots of variations of pizza and a variety of starters including seafood.
I had the garlic prawns, baked in the oven. Just incredible really delicious full of flavor not over powered in any way. You can taste the freshness in this simple but we'll executed dish.
Garlic bread was also the best over ever had. The garlic butter served separate to the warm bread just delicious.
Now for the pizza. Tastes even better than it looks. OMG took me to cloud nine. Great variety will be back to have another one before I leave. Best pizza I've had in a long time.
Highly highly recommended. It really is that good :)

This famous Chinese restaurant has the undeniable accolade of being the best in its class in Cyprus. Chef Kenny Keung and his team provide an unrivalled selection of Cantonese taste sensations. Open for dinner only every night but Tuesday.
I hadn't expected to eat Chinese cuisine on a trip to Cyprus. We normally focus on local cuisine wherever we go, but this was a worthy exception. The food was just exquisite, and the menu offered some more authentic Chinese dishes in addition to the ones that we would have expected. The service was first class. The prices are quite high, but not out of keeping with the quality of the restaurant in a 5 star hotel.

"Da Franco" opens in december 2016 from an idea of two italian brothers Andrea and Maurizio. Limassol finally had an 100% Italian restaurant, in particular from south, with soul, treating guests to a brand new culinary experience, making them feel instantly at home. The richness of Italian cuisine lies its diversity and its heritage of good food cooked from the heart. Renowned for being simple, fresh with flavours, the food of the south is the soul of Italy and counts for a great past of history of italian cuisine; centering around the high quality ingredients and the treasures found in the sea that surround it. Our aim is to create an environment that cozed serenity, permanence and the timeless luxury for all. our kitchen staff come from Italy and make dish from classic italian cousine, in particular from Calabria and Sicilia, with 100% italian ingredients. DaFranco offers to you the real experience of fresh handmade pasta (ravioli, lasagne, cannelloni, trofie, tagliatelle, gnocchi),the original taste of italian fresh fish recipes (tuna, swordfish, mussels, clams, seabass, seabream, red prawns, shrimps and more) and fresh handmade italian desserts. in the end, the winelist has only D.O.C./I.G.T. italian wines (white, red, prosecco). the pilosophy of Da Franco is:fresh, handmade and italian.
In general it is difficult to find a good restaurant in Limassol.
Then we saw a quite new restaurant/ristorante opposite of the Hotel Four Seasons and decided to give it a try.
Before we bought some bottles of wine in a small super market behind this restaurant and talked to another customer.
This was Maurizio and it turned out that he belongs to this restaurant.
We informed him that we will visit them a few minutes later.
Inside this restaurant looks cool not to say a little bit cold.
For my taste in interior design it has not a warm atmosphere and especially not a typical Italian atmosphere.
But as we do know this is not most important for the success and also for beeing satisfied in a restaurant.
So we got informed about the menu from Maurizio.
They do not offer daily specials.
The menu is looking quite small with standard offers.
The wine list is not up to date and we got shown individual wine bottles.
Out of almost 10 offers there was only one interesting wine, a bottle of Brunello de Montalcino which was offered at a price of more than 70 €.
We ordered Pasta with sausage (typical Calabrese from Italy) and a Filetto di Manzo ( beef filet) with potatoes and pepper sauce.
Before some bread and salad was served.
The presentation, quality and preparation as well as taste of all meals was good.
The prices are fair.
I can recommend this typical Italian restaurant.
My individual personal rating:
Service: 4 points
Ambiance: 2-3 points
Price/value for money:
4 points
Quality of meals:
4-5 points
Preparation of meals:
4 points
