The outside doesn't give a clue of the charm inside. There is nothing fancy, but it gives you the feel of grandmas' house. Mildred has a great salad bar, fish, country fried steak, and hand breaded chicken tenders. I've also had their hamburger and fish sandwich that were very good.

This little place is the best! It's a family owned business. Good Christian people. Their philly cheese steak is awesome to say the least! Home made soups and salads are all delicious. They also have home made desserts and cakes. You don't want to pass them up!

This is catfish and steak at it's very best!! We had 8 people and we were seated and waited on promptly. I had an 8oz ribeye and fish filet that was wonderful. They have a very well stocked small salad bar with many choices. The Friendship House has been the place to go for 30+ years.

We were in Aberdeen checking about the Spring Pilgrimage. It was lunch time so we asked a local lady where she would recommend. The Cottage Tea Room was a suggested place. It could not have been a better experience. Obviously a local favorite for good reason. First I was expecting it to be a little pricey by the name and the fact it had cloth table cloths. And home cooking..what a surprise when I opened the menu and saw it was very inexpensive 6.50 for lunch entree....The food was very good and the staff could not have been any better friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stop in here again and recommend that you give it a try if you are in the area.

Great home restaurant. Friendly, fast and good. The steak sandwich is awesome! Plate lunches are great, and all menu items are great too! Never had a bad meal. Love to eat at Kim's, and love it when it was Town and Country too!

You know it's good when the locals eat there. Fresh menu items. Club Wrap with wine & cheese sauce is my favorite or maybe the Taco Salad (served on Fridays). Whatever you order, you'll be pleased.

Have tried just about everything on their menu. The steak is the best I have found in this area. The staff welcomes you with a smile and are very accommodating. It is not an easy place to find if not from this area but well worth locating. The prices are very reasonable which makes the trip even more enjoyable.

Wonderful cafe from the 60's era. Booths and patio tables available. Service by very friendly ladies wearing smiles, and the food is delectable. My favorite is the open face hot roast beef with creamed potatoes (mmmm), but the burgers are great also, and I don't know how they do it, but the burgers have no bone or grizzle in the meat. Excellent home-made sweet tea and lemonade.

I was passing through and wanted to try their new chicken strip combo. Was greeted promptly and the order was as expected. Chicken was fresh and the fries were good but didn’t taste as fresh. What I was most impressed with was speed of my order, which was ready before I could fix my drink. I appreciate the great customer service and flavor of food. If I lived closer, I would eat here more often. Other fast food restaurants could take a lesson from this location.

Enjoyed a cup of their Mocha coffee at breakfast. I drink a lot of coffee. The barista made me the best cup of coffee I've ever had! Went back for lunch and got another cup for my dessert. Great little hometown coffeehouse. Worth a stop when you are near!
