Stretching 160 miles through Utah, the Wasatch Range makes a rugged, glacial backdrop for the 85% of the states population living within 15 miles. Mount Nebo is highest at 11,928 feet, but the peaks around Alta and Park City are most popular. "The greatest snow on earth" falls on these spectacular slopes. Lone Peaks granite outcrops provide top climbing. Canyons and valleys are loved by fly-fishermen and hikers. After all that adventure, retire to a hip restaurant or enticing hot tub in chic Park City.

I had researched some of the hotels in the Park City area for a while, and came across Westgate. It was a great choice for a ski vacation. The location was right at the base of the Canyons. The hotel had plenty of amenities for skiers including valet service, ski rental, etc. I didn't even take advantage of all of the items available at the hotel. I did need to compliment the valet service as they were excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to get around a few places in the area. When I really needed it to get medicine for my spouse, the hotel quickly arranged a shuttle and took me to the pharmacy which was in one of the shopping destinations the shuttles goes to. There are several restaurants around the hotel, and the ski mountain has several places to grab lunch if you're skiing on the mountain. The hotel had a large indoor / outdoor pool, as well as indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There are other amenities including a spa, locker room, etc. Everyone was friendly, service was good, and the family had a great time. Thank you Westgate!

My wife and I recently spent 2 nights at this incredible hotel for our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel had upgraded us to a suite to celebrate our anniversary. My wife enjoyed a one hour massage in the luxurious spa, and felt totally pampered. We couldn't be happier with our stay. The in-room dining was fantastic, and we were very close to Park City and all of the wonderful attractions that are there to enjoy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Newpark Resort is set in Park City nearby ski areas while offering modern rooms and a variety of amenities.
This was our second time staying here on the 4th floor(first time was comp’d bc of electrical issues w/hot tub), and I can definitely say it was worth it! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and just the right size for two people. The bed was fairly comfortable and we really enjoyed using the robes provided in the bathroom, while we were there. It had a kitchen set up, with fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, sink, and dishes. The gas fireplace was an extra special touch too. Great place!

I was there for nearly a week for a work incentive trip as the Event Specialist on site. My room was absolutely amazing with a full kitchen and hot tub that was prepared for my arrival and stayed warm every day. The views were jaw dropping. We were lucky to get snowfall one day even in late May. We were impressed with both the restaurant and catering food. I've worked events for over a decade and sometimes the best resorts are lacking with their banquet food. This was not the case. Even their buffet for our welcome reception was on point. Utah alcohol laws took a little getting used to as you have to be sitting in a chair to get served and can not go to the restaurant/bar for just drinks. You have to order food. We were disappointed that some of the restaurants were closed for renovation/ between seasons and had not been advised prior to signing our contract that this was going to be the case. In fact we were told that would not be an issue. Room service was extremely pricey after all the fees. One omelet for breakfast cost me nearly $45 after fees and gratuity. Opted to walk to the restaurant and take it to go to save myself the extra charges. We had some issues with the room assignments and front desk staff telling us rooms were ready but when some of our attendees arrived, including our C-suite/ CEO, they were told otherwise. Otherwise the rest of the staff, including banquet and sales staff were great. Complimentary shuttle service to Main Street was great. We were advised that Ubers from the resort were not reliable. Had a little trouble figuring out the a/c the first night as did other attendees. Once I figured out the second night if I adjusted the living room thermostat instead of just the bedroom thermostat, I was much more comfortable. Room service was prompt. House keeping did a great job and I enjoyed the turn-down service each night. Would love to come back in the winter with family.

Wow! I cannot say enough great things about our stay! Prior to our arrival the concierge team reached out to know about our visit, family, etc. I shared with them that we were celebrating our 12 year anniversary and celebrating the end of school for our kids. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the staff and were told we had been upgraded (Hilton Diamond member) from a standard two queen room to a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and two bathrooms. This was a huge upgrade and so nice to have some extra space. Upon arrival to our suite they had set-up an Anniversary celebration (sign and a bottle of wine) as well as gift bags for the kids with a few of their favorite things. At the front desk they set the kids up with a lanyard and guide for the scavenger hunt to earn pins. My kids loved this game and were eager to earn all their pins. Nightly they have s’mores set-up in the lobby and we enjoyed these every night! Honestly, we were blown away with the service and every person we encountered. My only request would be that the staff wear name tags as I met so many people and would of liked to know their name. This was our first visit, but we will absolutely be back! Thank you to the staff for making this trip so memorable.
