North America's biggest and most popular ski resort, Vail is an alpine village in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Long a favorite of serious skiers and jet setting celebrities, Vail now also draws a younger, hipper snowboarding crowd. Skiing is king at Vail Mountain and the Blue Sky Basin, but the area's vast splendor is perfect for hiking, biking, snowmobiling or scenery-gazing at any time of the year.

Spencer in Bully Ranch did an excellent job. He has a great personality and demonstrated excellent leadership skills. He is very knowledgeable of the Vail Colorado area. He was extremely entertained, sure knows his wines and other beverages.

The property was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The game room was fully equipped with a variety of games for every age. We used the fitness center which was well equipped and extremely clean. The pool was heated perfectly and the hot tubs were a real treat. We were treated as if we were the hotel's only guests. Excellent experience.

There was no room service. We called each morning, multiple times and let the phone ring for a long time in hopes that someone would pick up to order coffee and breakfast, there was never an answer. The bartender in the bar was great. The valet staff was great except when loading the luggage upon leaving, after I tipped him, he left me, a 60 yr. old female to load a good amount of luggage into the SUV,

We love staying at the Christiana - so close to the Gondola for ski in-ski out, charming rooms, and amazing large pool- size hot tub. They offer great breakfast options in the cozy and quaint restaurant, great housekeeping service, and Debbie at the front desk is super sweet and helpful.

Located in the center of Lions Head Square, just steps from the gondola, the Arribelle is an amazing Hotel in & of itself, with beautiful architecture & classic furnishings. But what really impressed us was the hospitality, professionalism, & warmth of the staff, from the baggage & valet crew in the Porte cochere, to the cheerful front desk clerk, to the food & beverage staff in the restaurant to the guest room attendants, & spa therapists. We checked in on April 10th 2022, & stayed for 3 wonderful nights. Here are some examples of how the Arribelle staff went above & beyond for us. We wanted my wife's skis waxed, but it was late afternoon & the ski shop was closing. The valet attendant told her not to worry, that he knew the ski tech, & would personally run her skis over to the shop, & bring them back in the morning. Sure enough, when she went out to valet the next day, her skis were freshly waxed, & serviced. We loved the breakfast buffet, but I wanted some of the soppressata mixed into my omelet. No problem! They took care of it for me. Our guest room attendant brought us slippers up to the pool when I forgot mine, & made sure our water was stocked, & ice bucket was full. Samantha, our massage therapist, was nothing short of stellar. She delivered the best massages my wife & I ever had, & that's saying something because we've experienced massage from all over the US & Asia. Samantha was the BEST! I can't wait to return this winter for more wonderful pampering by the great folks at the Arribelle Hotel!

At the gateway to Vail Village, Four Seasons Resort Vail presents a fresh interpretation of a grand alpine hotel. With 121 guestrooms, 19 Residence Club units and 16 Private Residences, the Resort features amazing mountain views, a signature restaurant, Flame, and full-service Spa with 13 treatment rooms. The heated pool, flanked by a fireplace, is open year-round. In winter, skiing is a breeze with the Four Seasons Ski Concierge at the base of Gondola One. In summer, families discover dazzling outdoor enjoyment, with an abundance of activities including horseback riding, fly fishing, zip lining, rafting, biking and more. With the largest guestrooms in all of Vail Valley — each with a soaking tub and a stone fireplace — you may not want to leave the room! Yet the Resort is just steps away to Village nightlife, shopping, al fresco dining and the renowned Village "apres" lifestyle Vail is known for.
Pretentious front staff. Food at Flame’s restaurant slightly above average but overpriced for its quality. Remedy bar closed but drinks at Flame’s watered down due to slow service. Location is very good and facility is well appointed but the overall experience was not memorable as it should be for a Four Seasons Hotel.

Welcome to Vail's most iconic hotel. The Lodge at Vail is Vail's first hotel, and remains the cornerstone of Vail Village, located just steps from Gondola One. Revel in the proximity to the slopes, savor exceptional on-property dining at Cucina and Elway's. After a day on the slopes, relax in the lounge at Pool One, peruse the plethora of shopping options along Gore Creek Drive, and enjoy authentic Rocky Mountain hospitality, all at Vail's original hotel.
The good: great location and reasonably priced. We had a double queen. The room was clean and spacious and just as advertised. Check-in was easy and friendly, as was the valet. The bad: we had a phenomenal breakfast at Cucina, years ago, and that was a factor in why we chose this hotel. This time, our experience was just the opposite. The menu was considerably limited versus what appears online and they attributed it to supply chain issues. Service was very slow. Wife ordered basic scrambled eggs with bacon and toast (not on the menu but obviously an option since the ingredients appeared in other items.) Her plate arrived with scrambled eggs and garnish. After an additional request, the bacon eventually arrived after she was halfway through her eggs. She never got her toast. The ugly: the only bathrooms for the restaurant is downstairs. The men’s room was gross enough that I went back upstairs and used the restroom in my hotel room. While there, my daughter came into the room for the same reason - the women’s restroom downstairs was disgusting, too.

Here, you'll get to experience the adventurous side of Vail, CO, with easy access to Vail's Eagle Bahn Gondola, Lionshead Village, and Betty Ford Alpine Village.
This hotel could not be in a better location. Even off season they had at least one restaurant, a beautiful bar, and a coffee location open. Food was very good. The only reason for the deduction was I checked in around the same time as other guests and they all received a complimentary glass of wine or champagne which was directly behind the employee checking me in. I felt disrespected as a guest. Give it to all or find another way to show thanks to guests. I felt like saying “is it something I said?” That was poor judgement in MHO.

This hotel has an excellent location, however, it is severely understaffed and the beds are terrible! Haven’t been able to sleep well because of the poor quality of the mattresses and pillows. If this issue was solved I would give it a much higher rating, but not having a comfortable bed makes it very hard to enjoy our stay.

Stayed President's Week. The bottom line, we were very happy with entire experience at the Grand Hyatt Residences at Cascade Village, and Vail in general. We stayed in a Liftside Unit (A72), 4 adults, 2 teens, a toddler and infant. Plenty of room. TRUE Ski In / Ski Out condo, steps, yes steps, from the Cascade Lift and no lift lines. Skiing back was easy and got us right to the back entrance of the building. Very clean, well furnished. This unit was modern, renovated and had all the amenities. Underground garage fit a GMC Yukon XL with no problem. Checked In / Out w/ 0 issues at the Grand Hyatt Desk. We used Trip Hero to ship our gear, it was an easy process and the Hyatt retrieved our gear quickly from storage when we arrived, and took it from us when we left. Great ski room with large wooden lockers that fit a family's worth of equipment, boot drying racks / with tons of space, coffee maker and fireplace, which topped it off. The Sales Associate we worked with was extremely helpful & competent during the entire sales phase, including ALWAYS retuning calls over the course of the year while we planned, including giving us some great local restaurant recommendations, months out, which certainly helped with reservations during a holiday week. Shuttle worked fine, came about every 15 minutes, so we did have to allow for extra time when using, easy option for Lionshead and Vail Village. Hyatt had solid Apres Ski with guitar player at bar, low key. Overall, really no negatives. We would return and stay at this condominium again.
