My wife and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend. It was absolutely fabulous! Great staff, clean spacious rooms, and great amenities! I am currently booking another stay with my family. It is the only place we will stay when we come back.

Stayed here 2 nights and had the soundwaves package. Our room was in the Garden section with an interior atrium view. Great location. This resort is HUGE and you can get lost in it. Lots of connecting sections. The water park was great and would definitely stay here again...Only wished they still had the amusement park.

We have had a reservation for this place for a family reunion since October 2021. They called and told us they had double booked over 70 something rooms They are ruining over 70 family vacations!!!we are 7 days out from when we should be checking in. 7 DAY NOTICE I called my brother called we all did to see what was happening all they would say is sorry. They did say if we stayed with them next time we would get a 15% discount this is a joke. They offered nothing else no tickets to any shows no nothing this place has really disappointed us. We stayed there 2 years ago and it was nice but we will Never go back to a place with such poor customer service!!

A really fun place to stay if you like to golf, hike and enjoy the mountains. Full working kitchen which we used for all meals. I used the grills provided and found them to be clean and in good working order which I can't say about many other resorts. Overall, a really good place to stay.

We had a great stay here. The rooms are very comfortable, the balconies are a great, we were on our balcony and spotted 3 bear cubs in the parking lot. The facilities here are wonderful and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet, we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again.

The rooms are great...the service was questionable...one bar tender for a class reunion with 300+ people coming...in addition to the other guest and a golfing event the same weekend...I can't say enough about the one lady tending bar..she rocked..the manager doesn't have an alcohol license?...and didn't pull help from any restaurant to help her....poor choices..also last call at 11 in a hotel bar ..also poor. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfy...having to pay for internet... something I wouldn't expect at a nice hotel.

Avoid at all costs! I purchased the 4 day/3 night package for $199, agreeing to attend a 2 hour presentation at which time I would be refunded the full amount. Before purchasing, I was informed that I had 18 months to book my stay, and was also promised that the stay would be at the resort property in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa, at no additional charge. I was further told that since I was a valued Platinum Elite IHG member that I would be able to get a free upgrade at the time of booking (additional night stay, show tickets, dinner comp, etc). I made careful notes of everything discussed on the call, and against my better judgment agreed to purchase the 4 day/3 night stay. A few months later, I get an email stating my package is set to expire, so I call in to explain that I was told I had 18 months to use, however, the representative I spoke with simply stated that was not accurate and I would need to pay $39 for an extension. After arguing with the lady on the phone for quite a while, they finally agreed to waive the fee, however this was only the beginning of lies I was told. Fast forward to the next spring when I am ready to book my stay, the agent i am working with informs me that my stay is not at the resort property, rather is at a local Best Western motel and the only way to stay at the resort probably is to pay another $200 (or more depending on the dates). I informed the agent that this was not what I was promised and urged him to go back and review the call log to verify, but he simply responded by saying the resort is reserved for paying customers. Finally, I inquired about getting an additional night stay as a Platimum Elite member (also as promised), but the agent laughed and said they didn’t get to be such a successful company by giving things away for free. Simply put, this company will flat out lie and say whatever they need to go get you to purchase the package, but will not follow through on any of it. Unless you want to stay at a Best Western and sit through a half day sales pitch, AVOID!!

We just got back from a 5 night stay at The Retreat At Center Hill. Our first night the AC went out on us, but Tina and Jamie took great care of us. They allowed us to stay in different Cabins until our AC unit was fixed (which was incredibly fast considering they had to install a whole new unit), and allowed us to keep our things in our original cabin so that we did not have to move everything. We were only slated to stay for 3 nights but due to the AC mishap they put us up for another 2 nights on their dime. We loved our stay and had a great time in the pool with our girls as well as cruising Center Hill Lake from the convenience of our private boat slip. This was not our first visit to The Retreat and it will not be our last. Also, Anthony does a great job in housekeeping and has a great passion for my Tennessee Titans!
