Expensive holiday but well worth it. Great food, attentive staff and a great range of activities (in addition to skiing). The live music on the terrace in the sun was banging! Awesome atmosphere. Kids activities were phenomenal, as usual. Our kids were never bored and we all made some great memories on and off piste. Staff were all fab; hard working and fun (so well coordinated). Ugo is the best kids entertainer I’ve ever known! Waiting and bar staff were great/ Mehmet had huge attention to detail. Took fleshed to high (and eco) standard every day. Beds could have been softer. All in all, one of the best weeks we’ve had! Thanks to the Chief and all his hard working staff

The resort of Serre-Chevalier is home to the Village, designed as a large hamlet of about fifteen chalets. Its typical rooftops and facades in wood and stone, is in total harmony with the decor. Inside, the spaciousness and warm decoration of the lounges in the style of family rooms create a holiday location. Everyone can thoroughly devote themselves to their favourite activities, whether in the Snow Garden, on the slopes of the ski domain, in the indoor swimming pool or in the Club Med Spa*.
The overall ClubMed experience was both fun and relaxing if a little idiocyncratic to those used to more independent travel but we got used to it and eventually thoroughly enjoyed the "show" at the end of the week. The integrated and all inclusive service was just as promised and virtually faultless - removing much of the hassle associated with ski trips (passes, hire shop etc). The staff were friendly and helpful and although the hotel is not new but it is comparable or better to much of the ski accommodation on offer elsewhere. The food and drink served are perfectly adequate (even occasionally superb) and of a surprising variety given the scale of the overall operation (feeding 700 three times a day). Unfortunately one of the adults in our party contracted a serious stomach bug on the last day, which given the "family friendly" buffet did feel slightly inevitable but really spoiled an otherwise delightful holiday. As repeating that illness is not a risk we would accept again this was disappointedly likely to be our only ClubMed holiday but still hope to return to Serre Chevilier again.

Placed in only 500 m of the center of Megeve and 200 m slopes of Jaillet, Les Loges Blanches welcome you in a decoration which conjugates subtly comfort, refinement and modernity. Composed of 5 independent chalets around an outdoor swimming pool warmed all year long, they are 61 Rooms and Suites perfectly equipped and decorated, with balcony or terrace, at the heart of the mythical "Pays du Mont Blanc".
The staff at the reception was very pleasant and accomodating. The room was cozy, clean, and functional. Having a fridge was very useful. We loved the heated pool and the 10min walking distance to the center of the village. Was a perfect stay!

Good on piste location. Very easy access to slopes. Food good if a bit crowded in the restaurant. Nice room. The major downside is the number of lifts. We had to take 3 lifts to get to breakfast and probably took 20-30 lifts over the course of the day.

In this large mountain chalet, which has combined tradition and comfort for three generations, you will find the charm and conviviality of family hotels. The simplicity of the materials, such as wood, thick fabrics and stone, give the chalet a reassuring and warm atmosphere. Each room in the house is a pleasant and friendly place to live, which you instinctively make your own for a personalised stay or weekend. The rooms have a contemporary atmosphere and most of them open onto a balcony with a view of the village or the mountains and sometimes even the Aravis mountain range. In the evening, after a long ski descent or after having hiked the trails and enjoyed the benefits of the spa with bubbling bath, sauna and swimming pool heated to over 30°, you can meet at the restaurant La Table du Chalet. An opportunity to taste the flavours of the land with local and seasonal products and a selection of Savoyard wines.
We’ve spent three weekends here in January and February 2022 with our family of four, including two kids of 3 and 6 years old. We love everything about this place: the rooms are beautifully renovated and provide every comfort, the food in the restaurant is really very good, the lounge area is charming and perfect for apéro, the swimming pool and jaccuzzi are really nice to relax after skiing, and the hotel is a short walk from the bus stop en route to the telecabines. It has everything we like and need as a family to fully relax and enjoy a weekend of skiing.

Dear Guest, Upon discovering the Ubaye valley a few years ago, we quickly fell head over heels in love with the area. It offered unspoiled landscapes, babling mountains strams and magnificent peaks. Here, nature is omnipresent yet tranquil, imposing a pace of life all its own. The gentle pleasures of Provence and the majesty of the Alps are flankedby that great floral showcase which is the Mercantour Park Setting up home since twenty years along side Lake Lauzet at 900m in altitude, we have created a venue offering a lively, relaxing and yet festive atmosphere, a place where a warm welcome always awaits, where the food is tasty and attractive, and where there is always something to see, with the whole team on hand to act as your guides and as ambassadors to this fascinating area. Head of to discover Barcelonnette la Mexicaine, not forgetting the largest lake in Europe at Serre-Poncon and traditional mountain villages with rich local architecture sporting all the color of Italy. We look forward to welcomming you upon your return, to share the fun and above all to ensure you total well-being during your stay. See you soon at La Lauzetane! Kind regards Agnes et Jimmy Champalou
We were 2 couples staying for one night and it was enough! We’ve booked directly to the hotel and the person on the phone told us that it’s their last 2 rooms available and giving us the details about it. She even told us about the floor ; about the rooms (that they are renovated and etc). So, we decided to booked it. P.s The person was really kind on the phone. After our check-in we went to our rooms and that was a really bad surprise : it wasn’t even similar what we were expecting. The rooms were really old with a strange and strong (bad) smell, which is also in the corridor as well. We went back to the reception explaining the situation, but the person at the reception wasn’t able to sort it out our issue by saying: “ I can’t do nothing” 85€ per night for actually not a 3 stars HOTEL’s in the best way is HOSTEL’s 1 star room.

Arrived on Saturday - still waiting for our room to be cleaned on Wednesday! Rubbish, dirty plates/glasses left in hallway for days. Communal toilets are disgusting, overflowing bins and no toilet paper! Only one lift working for the whole hotel. Food is average at best. Not very accommodating for vegetarians. Rooms do not look like the pictures and do not have balconies as advertised (via Expedia). Stains on the carpets and very run down. It’s a shame as the location is great and you can ski in ski out. The staff in fairness try their best but there are shortages everywhere and they can’t cope. In a nutshell I would advise anyone to stay elsewhere.

We loved this hotel and very sad we only had 1 night. Very friendly helpful staff, speak English. Bar service, pool, outdoor area wonderful for relaxing. No fridge in room. Great breakfast although we weren't keen on the dinner for €20 per person of cold cuts, cheese fondue, lettuce. Fruit supplied was delicious, wine was included in the dinner price. Highly recommend this hotel and would go back as bed was huge and comfortable, room was spacious with great views.

Val Thorens offers its guests the widest and most majestic panoramic view of the Alps. At the foot of the slopes, the Village is the perfect starting point for leisurely, unrestricted snow sports and tempts you to explore the 3 Vallées. This adults-only Village creates an original combination of sport-filled days and a festive atmosphere when you return from skiing. Between fitness, stopping off for a crêpe and dance classes, hedonists can top up their energy levels to enjoy cocktail evenings.
Having read some poor reviews I was concerned, but I had absolutely no reason to be. The hotel delivered much more than expected. The staff we encountered were all helpful, the bar staff are brilliant. Top tip - upgrade to the all inclusive drinks package when you arrive. €109 per person for the week for a large range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks all inclusive. The food was as to be expected, I’m fussy but managed to find something tasty every day. The selection at the salad bar & the meats and cheeses included were a nice surprise. The evening entertainment was exactly that - entertaining. We enjoyed the shows and the atmosphere around the hotel. The rooms were bigger than others I’ve stayed in in Val Thorens and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better. Ski out, with 2 choices of runs down and the lift drops you off about 10steps from the entrance to the ski locker room. Wouldn’t hesitate to book Club Mmv les arolles for our next trip to Val Thorens. Thank you for a memorable holiday.
