The love I’ve received here is unparalleled. Starting with a surprise birthday dessert ?, and later greeted with picnic basket by the main pool ?, and the fact that an amazing floating breakfast was served right at our lagoon! Living the wanderlust dream at @mayasanur , who else is set to embark in a pampering experience here? ?? I would highly recommend staying here. Hopefully I'll be back very soon!

Quiet haven tucked away in Seminyak

We usually stay in the Seminyak area and the Oberoi Beach Resort is a luxurious but quiet haven tucked away on one corner (next to Kudeta), facing the beach. Whilst close to the shops and restaurants in the area and Canggu/the airport; but without all the hustle and bustle. As we were there at the end May/early June on a couples trip, it didn't feel crowded ("soft reopening"). Beautiful property, grounds and rooms were well maintained despite Covid (didn't see any mould or cobwebs!), staff were attentive and service was excellent. The daily (free when we were there) afternoon tea for guests was a really nice touch. Will definitely be back!

Reviewed By darylhouston123Love this hotel. Right on the beach. Rooms a good size. Rates include breakfast which are good. Staff very attentive. Pool is great with a swim up bar. Check in staff excellent. Not far from Sanur markets and lots of lovely restaurants. Nice peaceful area

Reviewed By Adrian BEverything about the hotel was good. Great comfortable bed, good airconditioning beautiful gardens and top friendly service. Close to beach and restaurants. The hotel has been well looked after unlike others in bali during covid pandemic. They have bicycles available as well. The pool area was a real treat at the end of the day to relax and cool of.

Reviewed By jec000This was a great family hotel. We loved the pools and kids area and our kids (7, 5 and 2.5) never seemed to be bored. They loved the waterslide in the kids pool. The kids pool was a great set up for all of our kids. It is a good location and it’s only 7-10min walk to cafes, spas, shops. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. It was a great side suite and the kitchen was great. Everything we needed organise food when we didn’t want to go out. We organised a nanny one night and she was awesome! It was just a bummer that it was so quiet still and not everything was functioning as normal.

The best family friendly hotel in Sanur
Reviewed By JBMIL6 day stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Family of 4 (5 year old twins included). We stayed on the suite, which was well kept and 2 additional fold out beds, which meant we didn't have to share a room with the kids! Staff were friendly and accommodating and cared about our comfort and overall stay. Much like all of Bali, there are areas that could be improved, but these are external surfaces to the building and pool & deck area. We let staff know of our thoughts when they asked us about our stay and they actually took an interest in us, as opposed to some other resorts, such as the Dynasty in Kuta who paid no attention to our comfort in the recent past. Breakfast was very good, pool service good. Staff friendly and courteous. Hotel is centrally located on the main road within Sanur, 5 minutes to the beach, this is a great place to stay and relax and with the biggest pool I've ever seen, a must for kids or tired traveller. I will certainly stay here again and feel at home every time I walked through the door to our room. Need I say more.

Magnificent lush gardens and Hotel grounds with ample choice of restaurants & shops in Resort as well as just a stroll away.Suitable for the entire family from kids to grandpa... Just 20 minutes from the International airport. There is so much activity and things to do in lovely Sanur, the preferred address in Bali.
Beautiful views and gardens but worn and badly needing repairs
Reviewed By catherine wThe best location for what has been a wonderful hotel. Spent two days here over Ramadan so it was very busy . The check in process was not good as the door key would not work . The manager had to come up to let us in . It was late at night or i would not have stayed due to so much black mould on the ceiling of the hallway . I am an asthmatic and if the room itself had mould on the ceiling i wouldnt have stayed . We told the night manager who informed us the airconditioners had been leaking above the ceiling along the top of the wing we were staying in . He certainly didnt offer us an alternative. I dont think they should let anyone stay in this wing until it is fixed . I wont put a photo of it on this site but it was really horrific , it looked like big black mushrooms growing out of the ceiling the whole length of the wing . The hotel doesnt look like they have done any renovations at all which is ashame as it has been a very beautiful hotel in its prime . The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast by the sea . Lovely views and very nice to look out at the ocean . The bamboo lounge is also good with happy hour and live music . The new pizza restaurant is an added bonus with the pizzas being very good. The pools are great for kids , just needs some urgent attention to repairs . I would stay again if they repair the mould areas , otherwise i will look elsewhere for some not so toxic to health environments at the hotels i stay at .
