Zirahuen Forest & Resort is a touristic complex of cabins, located in the astounding forests that surround the majestic Lake Zirahuen. The resort offers a breath taking view of the lake, which is a 40 minute drive from Morelia by highway. The services that Zirahuen Forest & Resort includes are: Lodging, Restaurants, Adventure Park, Conventions and Social Events.• Lodging: different types of cabins distributed in 3 zones: Zirahuen, Alpinas and Orquideas. All the cabins have a living room with chimney, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, stove and cookware. The bathrooms are private and include soap, towels and 24hrs hot water.•Restaurants: “La Troje de Ala” and “Señora Mar” at the lake shore and Zirah-Bar in the pier.•Adventure Park: canopy, playing gotcha, riding horses, cycling, kayaking and water sports. •Conventions and Social Events: equipped with a multipurpose room located in Alpina’s Zone, ideal for small and medium groups, less than 300 people. It also has a garden event at Zirahuen section with capacity of 600 people.
This place has 3 locations: one hotel and bungalow site in the village center of Zirahuén, another one 20 min out of the village, and a restaurant in the middle. All 3 locations are on the shore of the Zirahuen lake. We stayed in one of the wooden bungalow huts at the “Alpina” site 20 minutes from the village and had a wonderful relaxing time. Service is friendly, the wooden bungalow huts are simple but have all the amenities you need for a stay in nature, and are very charming. The site offers all kinds of activities, including horseback riding, a zipline, and rents out kayaks and rowing boats. The views of the lake are wonderful.

What an enchanting getaway set amongst banana and citrus groves. The service, food, pools, and room were beyond expectations. We have stayed at multiple Hábita properties and this property is the best by a long shot. The property is very intimate and the perfect place to spend a couple of days lazing by the 2 pools and swinging in the hammock on your balcony. The only negative to watch out for are the events that can quickly quash any sense of intimacy. On a recent Saturday, we had an amazing day until the afternoon when a group of families (all non-guests) had their event on the property. While the event is away from the main facilities, the noise and groups of wandering event guests overwhelmed the property until the evening. The staff mentioned that (outside of the pandemic) August-December is event season with Thurs-Sun often booked with events. Finally, this is a great place for families. If you're looking for a kid-free or minimal kid experience, you might be out of luck. On our recent stay, there were several families with kids of all ages and the accompanying noises/disruptions.

Lovely quiet beautiful place( i don't want to call it a hotel, more like a retreat). Large beautiful grounds with some sheep and dear, very nice swimming pool, and it is nestled away from any busy roads or traffic. Recommend ubee into town, the hotel restaurant did not have very good food- in this small town probably best not to try to go to any fancy restaurants, but just try to find a local popular place.

Rancho Las Cascadas Mexico’s most natural, all inclusive wellness, yoga and horseback riding vacation destination. Located conveniently to both the airports of Mexico City or Queretaro, we’re easy to reach and hard to leave. Re-boot, recharge and relax in this pristine resort that’s embedded deeply in the open-sky country with distant mountains, wide open plains and natural features enriched by a river that carves the cascades, las cascadas, for which we are named.
Words cannot describe what a special place the Rancho is to my daughter and I. I also hesitate to write yet another 5 star review for purely selfish reasons…I want to keep this special slice of heaven a secret. If I could give 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. We weep tears each time we leave, but know our next visit is already on the books. It started several years ago, when my daughter was interested in going to a horse ranch to learn how to ride. It has now come to mean so much more each time we visit. It is the most special bonding experience I have experienced with my youngest daughter. Hence, why we keep coming back year after year. Thank you Jenny, Max, house staff, and all the talented wranglers for another amazing riding experience. It’s the only place where I can truly unwind. The grounds, the amenities, the food, and especially the horses are truly magical. We are always part of a small and intimate gathering of guests from all over the world. It’s no wonder that each time we visit, we meet other repeat guests as well. We are so glad we did not go to one of the many commercially advertised ranches in the US. Hasta la vista Ranch Las Cascadas!

Nice decorations in each room. Makes you feel like you are saying at a friend's house from about a 100 years ago. One block away from downtown makes it easy to stay up late without the sound of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and warm where, in November was cool outside.

It is a small but beautiful Hotel Campestre located east of Uruapan, Mich. just 8 minutes from the city, surrounded by avocado orchards and pine trees. It is excellent for rest from the noise and wake up watching the surrounding nature. Ideal for family vacation where you can enjoy some delicious roast done in the orchard, and tinkering with the children in the wading pool as well as children's games.
I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, stocked with coffee, coffee machine, water, own bathroom, and tv. Our view of the green mountains and perfect sunset was just magical. I recommend this place!. Free Breakfast!! Estuve aqui 3 noches y me encanto!
