An unforgettable journey through the Alps at the foot of the majestic Jungfrau - culminating at 3454 meters. After a quick stop at Interlaken, board the Jungfrau rack train from Lauterbrunnen. Arriving at the top you are in the highest railway station in Europe (3454m). Enjoy spectacular views from the highest glacier in Europe. The Sphinx observatory offers one of the best views of the peaks and famous peaks of Eiger and Mönch. Wander into the heart of the glacier as you walk through the ice tunnel and experience the “Alpine Sensation” that traces the history of the Jungfrau. Once you get back from the heights, enjoy a free time in Interaken then get on the bus that will take you back through beautiful scenery.
Inclusions: Air-conditioned vehicle, Driver guide, Train to Jungfrau, Alpine sensation, Eismeer ( sea of ice), Ice palace, Sphinx observation deck

People working there are nice but this doesnt mean (unfortunately) tours are good, organisation should be improved. Annecy was a beautiful place but you Can hardly hear the record they play during the tour with historic detaills and once in the city you are alone and free to explore on your own. I was supposed to go on a city tour as well which was cancelled and I got to know this once I was there ready to start... They found a place for me in a cheaper tour... Refunding me the difference and the driver forgot to pick me up to do the third part... Luckily I have a swiss phone so I could call the agency. Also would say they cant speak good English so it makes communication difficult.

A must for a visit in Switzerland is Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe in the Bernese Alps, connecting the two four-thousander peaks Jungfrau and Mönch, at an elevation of 3,466 metres (11,371 ft) above sea level. Since 1912, this fantastic glacier world is accessible by coghwheel train. The tour begins with the travel from your starting point by train to Interlaken in the Bernese Oberland, where the Jungfrau railway line starts. It is a varied tour with a constantly changing landscape up to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe with the highest train station in Europe. At the Top of Europe, your guide will take you on a tour through the attractions like the Sphinx terrace, the viewing platform, the Alpine sensation exhibition and the Ice cave. The building include several panoramic restaurants and shops.

This was absolutely delightful. We couldn't have had a better time, due to our incredible guide,Ulrich. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of our intentions. He made the long ride entertaining as well as educational. We would definitely use his service again. Our only issue was trying to reach your office by phone a couple of days before our trip to confirm and not being able to reach anyone. This created undo stress and it totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Thank you for our great guide. Maurice & Teena Nanoia

I am honestly ashamed and embarrassed that I spent so much money on this tour. The only benefit of having a guide was ensuring we made it on the correct trains during our two transfers from Interlaken Ost. We certainly did not learn anything that we couldn’t have picked up from the free handouts and posted displays. The guide was a nice enough old man, but he was not wearing anything that distinguished him from anyone else at the meet up site. So, when we finally made contact, we had missed the train we should have been on. Additionally, we could have actually departed earlier, but our instructions were to meet at 11:10am. An earlier departure would have allowed us to spend more time at the Jungfraujoch. As a final insult, when trying to catch the train back down the mountain, we were herded into a queue that was behind three giant groups who were part of a “guided tour.” I will think twice before ever signing up for another guided tour again, especially one highly rated by Trip Advisor.

Visited in 2008 and it was great. Went in 2019 and hardly recognise the inside due to Bond world exhibition. I am a big OHMSS fan ,hence why i visited in 2008 but walking round now is hardly recognisable inside apart from staircase and some parts of the restaurant. This is my personal opinion. If you have never visited before then you will not know the difference, It will still be worth a visit. I shall not return.

With its ten glacier waterfalls inside the mountain, made accessible by a tunnel lift, the Trümmelbach Falls are unique in Europe. The Trümmelbach alone drains the huge glacier walls of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau with up to 20,000 liters of water per second. On this group tour, you will travel together by train / bus to the Trümmelbach Falls in a short time and have enough time to visit the 10 waterfalls (partly in the rock, partly outside). You will receive easily understandable information about the surrounding area, the importance of water and the alpine mountains. Our tourguide accompanies you on this tour from the starting point, shows you the changing landscape and answers your questions about the country and its people. The tour guide knows the way and shows you a few places away from the tourist flow.

The Jungfraujoch, at 3454 meters, is Europe’s highest altitude railway station and the most highlight of every Switzerland trip. During a short stay in Zurich we took a two hour city tour with headphone commentary (due to the virus there we no tour guides available). For us, at two hours the tour was just about the right length and the commentary was interesting and informative with a narrative that extended to both the city and national relevance. A word about the driver - he was friendly and just about the best bus/ coach driver I have ever experienced. He navigated the often narrow streets and turnings superbly and was courteous to other drivers and pedestrians. Whilst we thought this was quite an expensive tour, (most things in Zurich are quite expensive), we did very much enjoy it and would certainly recommend it.....
