We have ordered takeaway pizza 3 or 4 times over the last 6 months and while the pizza is really nice, the wait time is usually overly long. Quite frustrating especially when calling to order in advance and still having to wait 20 to 30mins extra after the indicated time. Very nice gluten free bases however.

The Beach House Eatery is a coastal themed casual dining experience located metres from the waters edge. We cater for all tastes, we specialise in chargrilled fare such as Steaks, Barbecue Pork Ribs & Burgers. We have an extensive menu that includes all o
Many places say they are a beach front restaurant. Orewa Surf Club is on the beach; water side and has breathtaking views of the surf rolling in.There is indoor and outdoor seating. My recommendation would be try and get a table on the second floor outside. Plenty of parking in the lot in front of the restaurant.Orewa Surf Club is a place you can take the whole family. The menu is not just burgers and chips. There are items for little hands and items to order for more hearty appetites. The wait staff was attentive and quite busy moving between the two floors and inside and outside tables. There is a nice assortment of libations and snacking items too. Get a few items like the wings and nachos and share with a group. The great thing about this location is you canât get much closer to the water, so nibble on a few things and go walk on the beach or play in the surf. Enjoy!

Relaxed beachside Cafe where we do Simple food done well, chill out have a burger and a beer and try our wood fired pizzas and enjoy the view
We had dinner here with 4 of our friends and it was soooooooo good. The atmosphere, food, service and location (directly across the Road from the Orewa Beach) Seating is not too close either. Nothing worse than feeling like your imposing on the table next to you when they are so close. Half price Cocktails on Friday night from 5-7pm. I had a Strawberry Dacquiri for $6.00 and it was delish. The burgers are mouth watering, all served with French fries. Price ranges from $17.00 through to $19.00 and I guarantee you wont walk away hungry. They also have starters and dessert just in case you want more. It was so good I went back the following night with my 2 daughters who are very fussy and they raved about the food and service. Don't wait any longer book your burger night now!

An enjoyable place to catch up with friends and family. The decor is unlike anywhere else on the shore, many choices for seating. Service is good and ambiance is up-beat. Shame about only one choice of Sport to watch on the many t.v.'s.Pizzas are good, calamari too. Menu works well

Deep Creek Brewing Co. is a throw back to the days when you could head down to your local village, hang out with great friends, drink exciting brews, and eat fantastic food. All in an environment which exuded the timeless value of fine, hand-crafted quali
Walked from Murrayâs bay to brown bay , nice walk with great views .Stopped at this place as it had outside tables overlooking the beach and it was great weather.Greeted by extremely cheerful waitress, showed us to our table. The lunch choice was good, the craft beer list was superb!Great sounding beers, locally brewed.I chose the Sour Ale , brewed with lime and extremely refreshing!Next I had a IPA, âenglishâ style and really tasty Next.... oh my wife made me leave as it was only 1pm and we needed the bus back!Truly recommended for the person who appreciates good beer and good food!!!

The serving staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The beer selection was not great. Only pilsners and lagers on tap. Or little creatures pale ale, the only interesting beer on tap. The bottled beer was even worse. At $12/pint for a pilsner this was far too expensive for this part of town.We ordered a panhead burger (their most expensive burger at $22), and the pork belly. The burger patty had WAY too much mustard seed in it, I couldn't taste the rest of the burger. It's a shame, it looked like it had some interesting ingredients in it. The fries on the side were mushy and lukewarm when they arrived. The pork belly was soft mushy, not crispy on top. It tasted ok.When we asked for a feedback form the staff admitted they didn't have one. They gave us a piece of paper and a pen so we wrote up our own feedback form for them. 24 hours later and not even a thank-you email from the manager. Seems a little rude when customers have gone out of their way to give you feedback. It's easy to understand why this place gets bashed online if this is the attitude of their manager.

Came here for a tribute band. It was completely disorganised and we were treated like 18 year old club goers. My friend and I bought a bottle of bubbles and half way through was made to tip it into two plastic containers!!!! Absolutely disgusting!

We had a wonderful dinner, service was efficient with smiles and relaxed manner. The 3 of us ordered the lamb shoulder with fries on the side. we ordered a couple of house wines which arrived promptly. When the food arrived it was presented tastefully and the fries came with a garlic aioli delicious. The whole meal was perfect the lamb, melt in your mouth and a taste sensation, absolutely wonderful. Our guest from Belguim was very impressed. Thank you Luke, chef and wait staff for making our night out perfect.I had the chicken sri lankan pizza last week and it was delicious .We will be back.
We have been living on the coast for six months and we hadnât found this little gem until recently. Situated in the Hobbs Wharf Market, Yogiâs is a pub, restaurant and cafe channeling the energy of a coastal English pub but highlighting the best parts of living in NZ.We took the kids down there and the first thing you receive when you walk in the door is a smile and a welcome from the wonderful staff. The menu offers all day breakfast along with pub grub for the afternoons and evenings. This morning we ordered the Yogiâs big breakfast which was so big, my wife shared it with the two kids. I had the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon which was absolutely delicious. The plates were nearly clean when we were finished as the food tasted so good. The atmosphere this morning was light and easy, couples and families enjoyed their breakfast with views and even dogs are allowed to be in the seated area.Talking with the staff, we saw where the TV was and told that they would be playing the international rugby tonight when the pub opened up with special of Hot Pot Pies + Chips. We will definitely be back, so awesome to find such a nice relaxed place so close to home.I am keen to try out their quiz night on Thursday nights.Well done Yogis team, see you soon.
