I've had several meals here - my only regret is they're not closer to my home!I'm not a fan of more than a touch of "heat", so I can't comment on the hot glazes, but those I've tried - Honey BBQ, Honey Mustard and Toasted Garlic Parm - all get a "two thumbs up" from me. The "#2 combo" is more than enough food for me to take another meal home - and I'm a big guy with a healthy appetite. I've never had a bad experience with the staff - the owner obviously seeks out persons with a sense of courtesy and friendliness for employees. Needless to say - I plan on going back!Thank you for taking the time out to write a review! You are correct, we do seek out great people. Thanks for noticing.. See ya soon!

I was a little disappointed. Got homemade chips with cheese dip. Decided ketchup on table and ranch on salad was better to dip chips in. Cheese was cold and not very tasty. I had the Swiss mushroom burger. It was good, but just average good. Serving portions were large. Wait staff was attentive and nice.

Just a fun, friendly joint with way above average bar food, friendly staff and a comfortable camaraderie among the patrons. If you don't enjoy your experience here it is probably your fault.

The atmosphere is excellent, but it needs to be. 3 straight trips for lunch that have lasted well over an hour...and we know what we want to order. The Spring Salad is excellent. Buffalo Chicken sandwich and flatbread are both great. Need sides. Patio seating of weather is nice.

We love Greek food and eat it often in a lot of different areas and restaurants. Michael's has outstanding pastitsio, dolmades, spinach pie, chicken kebobs, and Greek salad. We use to head to this area to eat pasta on The Hill.....Michael's is a much better alternative to those places!

Aunt who lives in Webster Groves took us here. First they have a good parking area, and nice on the outside. Our server Ms Adele is fabulous at her job. Had the steak and it was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Others had the chicken and the shrimp. They loved their dishes. The potato casserole just wasnât to my liking. But thatâs my thing, the others really liked it. We sat on the patio, which is perfect. Loved the whole atmosphere of this restaurant. Will be back on our next family visit.

I ordered the wrong thing at this restaurant: sausage risotto. The menu said the dish had Italian sausage, pancetta, cherry tomatoes, peas, shiitate mushrooms, carmelized onion, and shedded Parmesan. It sounded good, but it wasnât. There were mystery pieces of something that looked like raw fatty bacon (It might have been the pancetta; it might have been pieces of mushroom, whatever it was, I did not want to eat it). The sauce was a thick cream sauce with cheese. The dish was basically cooked rice in a cream sauce. I rate my meal a 2.My companions enjoyed their meals. One had soup. My husband had the Smoked Turkey Panini with coleslaw. He thought the coleslaw was great and the panini was good. The ambiance is very nice. It is a comfortable place to converse with friends over a meal.I donât know whether the restaurant has a parking lot.

Located in downtown Maplewood we are a fun, casual restaurant and bar featuring Cuban/Creole/Caribbean cuisine served both as Tapas and Large Plates. We have a fun, eclectic aesthetic with alligator skin wall paper, murals, beautiful mirrors and chandelie
The atmosphere was awesome! I didn't care for any of the food. Too much sauce on eveeything I ordered. The salt was astronomical in every dish I tried. I would recommed more flavor less fillers. Herbs are a great way to cut salt without compromising on taste. I had shrimp with a dangerously hard sweet potato biscuit, the ribs( leave the ribs to the bbq shacks of STL) & a steak taco I believe and it was drowned in sauce and you the steak was still dry! It was very disappointing but the service was excellent. I'd consider trying other dishes based on the service alone.

I really enjoyed having nightcaps with my friends at this place. You definitely feel like you're in a German pub or timber lodge or Masonic gathering or something. The couches are old and rustic, as well as the tables and the setting. The walls are adorned with "olde" stuff. It's my kind of place! The people there seem to be mostly of the more chilled out persuasion. Bartenders seem pretty chill and friendly. I had a cocktail that I think was called Aztec Gold, which was basically like a dessert drink, very tasty. Perfect end to the night! For a brief period of time, there was a live pianist and bassist playing some jazzy tones. A wee bit pricey if you're just getting basic drinks.. so go for an interesting cocktail or unique brew.
