I really enjoy this bar, I go many times with my buddies because is in downtown and is affordable for students. They always have specials like for example a bucket of 5 coronas for only $25. The food is really good specially if you are very hungry (I recommend the Poutine Shakira) with a pitcher of Stella. The environment is really nice and it has good selection of music (most old music in rock, rap or hip hop). It's a pretty chill place and enjoying able

Pub with a lot of Microbrassereie beers and scotch. You can enjoy the food until the nignt Breakfast saturdy and sunday Shows Babyfoot and pool
It's got a complete menu, and I suppose the waiters speak English, though we communicated in French. The food was good â some kind of egg scramble, called a "P'tit Gros," which means "Small large thing." Go figure. I'd recommend it.

Atmosphere is pretty cozy, pub/lodge like feel, funky paintings for sale on the wall. I assume they vary, there were two that I quite liked on this visit. Food was a fairly standard pub assortment with some Quebecois twists I guess, as well as mussels. I had a burger that was tasty but not outstanding. Salads and chicken dishes were enjoyed if not raved about by the rest of my party. Beer was all quite serviceable, with the stout and IPA being the most flavourful. The latter being the one I chose for a pint after finishing off a sampler. Waitress was quite friendly and pretty bilingual. The bartender was belting it out singing along to the music at times. Music might be on the loud side of acceptable under normal circumstances, but it was New Years Eve after all. Music selection was eclectic, ranging from reggae, to Johnny Cash, Bedouin Soundclash, and traditional Quebec folk music, most of which was quite enjoyable. Even my parents were tapping their toes. Would go back if in the neighborhood.

This restaurant is like all the others owned by this Trois-Rivieres's family, nice looking with bad food. They try to catch on the hipster trend, but it looks fake from the beginning to the end. We went there for lunch. I had a cheeseburger, my friend had a mexican salad with roasted turkey. Wouah...the burger was so small I was able to hold it in the palm of ny hands. But the price was not that small around 13$. I have to admit that the fries were very good, fresh and local. The Mexican salad was a joke, a mountain of cheap Boston lettuce soaked in an ocean of a look alike ranch dressing. The turkey? Pieces of industrial sliced turkey, is it a joke? Avocado? Where were they? What was mexican in that bowl? Nothing!! 2 plates, 2 glass of cabernet, 60$ for lunch, a rip off!!!

Avenue des Forges is THE dining avenue in Trois Rivières, and "Les ailes piquantes Buffalo" is in the top five of the avenue. But you're in Trois Rivières... Don't expect extraordinary Chicken Wings, or supernatural Poutines... They're good, that's for sure, you won't be disapointed, but you won't be amazed neither. While you're there, try the Rickard's Red, that's my favorite!

This was a nice restaurant pub in the center of Trois-Rivieres. There was plenty of seating, and several good meal options on their menu. I opted for their quesadillas, and although the tortillas were not served as crispy as we are used to in the Southwestern U.S., they were pretty good. I was with a group of seven and everyone seemed pleased with their meals.

The place to be downtown Trois-Rivières.
Had the mohito and it was totally yummy! Everyoneâs food looked delicious. I ordered the Halloumi and the Beef takini and enjoyed both. The fries were like chip wagon and the salad was yummy. I really enjoyed the atmosphere: patio, music . . . Just be careful when drinking and walking. The floor is uneven in places (which is part of the charm) but it can be dangerous the more alcohol you drink. Service was attentive and friendly.

Quick and easy place to stop between Montreal and Quebec. The menu is 'pub grub' style, with poutine and other quebecois-style eats. The service was fast and friendly.

I came here both nights of my staying in Trois-Rivieres. Sat straight away the first day, waited 20 minutes the second day. Service was pretty quick and very nice, the staff was very friendly. Food is incredibly cheap and yet very good! Quite big menu and very tasty stuff. It is a cool place and has a great atmosphere. Recommended especially if you eat a lot like me, it is really great value!
