Hey 19 Public House is a retro pub inspired by those developmental years in life when music, culture and good times reigned. A place where people come to eat, drink, dance and enjoy taking a trip back to PeeChees and Farrah Fawcett. We serve a modern take
Came with my wife & our kids. We were enthused because we'd never been, it's convenient, & we're big fans of their sister restaurant (Ortega 120). Left somewhat disappointed after spending nearly $100 on dinner. On the plus side:*Friendly staff*Really nice ambiance; more of a bar vibe than restaurant *Kid-friendly re: menu selectionOn the minus side:*Took too long to be served when the place wasn't very busy. I know the food is "made to order" but bringing our something for the kids to nibble on shouldn't take 45-50 mins post order (and you know the order isn't taken the moment you first sit down either)*If they're going to take so long to serve the food (and to their credit they do announce this on their menu upfront), they might want to consider have something on the table already (bread, chips, peanuts, anything). *Food was just OK. "The Wally" is the name of the salmon dish if I recall correctly. Came loaded with a cream sauce (probably high fat) that I felt canceled out the health benefits I was seeking when ordering salmon. Didn't care for the taste. *Only 3 beers on tapTakeaway: Probably wouldn't return. Not a "bad" experience...just too much $ to leave feeling underwhelmed.

I found this place by accident, but Iâll be back on purpose! The food was delicious and served quickly with no problems at all ... Flawless and delicious! The atmosphere is amazing! I love the music and the big screen showing me music titles and artists. The beer and other alcohol selection is absolutely awesome! You might want to try the pineapple mojito, itâs fantastic!

The Slip is a casual pub located on the International Boardwalk at the Redondo Beach Pier. We believe food at a bar doesn't have to taste like bar food. Our menu is a collection ranging from decadent tasting burgers to vegan salads. You can select from ov
We were really pleased to have chosen this great establishment from the many eateries and pubs around Redondo Beach. It is a gem of a place with brilliant staff, great food and drink at very reasonable prices in a fantastic location. The menu which includes many healthy options, would surely please even the lost selective of diners while there was a wide variety of beers, wines and cocktails to choose from. Looking at the entertainment for the week there appeared to be plenty to please every night and I would hope that this superb pub thrives in the future as I will certainly make an effort to return if I am fortunate to find myself in the area again.

Stopped here while touring the area. Glad we did. Our party of 6 stopped for lunch and everyone enjoyed the experience. Most had burgers, but one of us was on a strict gluten free diet. They were handled extremely well.Go for the burger of your choice, beef and turkey were both well prepared.

A rstaurang environment that feels a bit unclear, spot bar with a variety of television screens or a gastropub with food high ambitions? Fast dining, but there was more staff than guests in the room. Simple classic dishes in all American style.

The Brew wasn't exciting and average at best (suggest the IPA). They only had five different brews. Happy Hour pitcher was $18, pints were around $6 (normally $7). Tried three different items off the happy hour menu: Pizza ($8); Street Tacos ($8); Hummus ($6). All three were overpriced and disappointing. Stay away from the green hummus ... you have been warned. The street tacos, you got three, were very small. Happy Hour prices didn't make me very happy. Had no problem finding parking in front. Loved the feel of the place and location, except streets downtown were somewhat confusing to drive around. Ambience was nice. Old brick building. Service was attentive and personable. No plans on returning.

This review is a little late, but we sneaked in here New Years Eve. No reservation and Hostess found us a very comfortable table on the patio. They had a few different specials for the holiday. Service was great as well as all meals!

Tasty beer, sure! Iâm a fan of the well-balanced Pure Intention; however, the most impressive thing I experienced was the brisket and coleslaw with torn fries. Iâve had my fair share of Austin area BBQ, specifically, brisket. And there HAS to be a native Texan lurking somewhere on staff to prepare such a remarkable smoked meat... seriously, if I just tasted the brisket alone, I would have thought I was in TX. Very impressive and I recommend you having a beet and a brisket, even if youâre a vegetarian!
