Had dinner here with family and friends. This is a good place to get a burger and a beer and other comfort food. Service was good. Food was good, especially the wings. Nice atmosphere and would be a good spot to sit at bar and watch sports. Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear about your recent experience with us. It was a pleasure serving you and we hope to serve you again soon!
Decided to give Retro 67 a try after a recommendation from a friend. It is not so easy to find. The atmosphere was really laid back and nice. The service and food were excellent. All four of us enjoyed our meal and drinks. I will definitely return.

Had never eaten at Ziggy's until today, and was impressed by the quality of the food and service. I had the Haddock, my husband had the strip sirloin. His meat was tender, if under seasoned. My Haddock was very tasty and properly prepared. If you are in the mood for a quiet sit down meal mid-day, this is the place to go,

We came here for dinner on our last night in Sydney. It was during happy hour and we got to enjoy live entertainment while dining. I ordered one of the Greek specialties on the menu and was pleased. The entree came with a salad and flat bread as well as lemon potatoes. It was quite good and filling.

Came here for dinner while staying in Sydney. It was a Sunday night and the place was pretty busy. One of the first thing I noticed was that the -za on the sign over the door were out so it was just Boston Piz. The service was good, better than several other Boston Pizzas that I have visited, my server was friendly and chatty in a good way. The food was good, would definitely recommend.Hi, there! We are glad to see that you enjoyed the food and the service! We'll be sure to share your feedback about the Boston Pizza sign with our team. Hopefully, we can make your next visit a 5-star visit! See you again soon!

We were staying a couple of doors down at the Travelodge and spotted this place in the Hearthstone Inn. My husband is in a wheelchair so we're always checking out the main entrance of places to make sure we can get in. The place looked nice so we had the seafood chowder and veggie burger. Everything was delicious and hit the spot after a long day of travelling.

Typical pub fare. The food was good. Hubby's steak sandwich was as was my club house. Not very busy early in the evening.

Quickly taken to our table with the menus coming right behind!Drink order was given and promptly brought to the table. We placed our food orders and the meals came very quickly. The fish and chips were great as was the clubhouse sandwich! The chicken curry was curry only in colour! The meal looked and tasted like SOUP! The waitress told me it would have a sharp curry taste. There was NO curry taste! I had to use a soup spoon to try and eat some of the meal. It was not enjoyable to eat that way! I should have complained about the worst curry I have ever eaten in a restaurant or anywhere!! I took the majority of the meal home. Much later in the evening, the liquid was absorbed by the rice and made it more pliable! So two people really enjoyed their meals while I lucked out at the restaurant food wise!!!

We stopped in here during a walk around the downtown area in Sydney. We split a plate of Nachos (there was soooo much melted cheese -yum!) and each had a draft.Staff was friendly and chatty and the food (nachos) was served hot and was a large portion full of toppings. Very large building with seating both inside and outside on a patio deck.5/5

I made a reservation on open table for 2 at 1130 and arrived 10 minutes later but was told that our table was given away! Adam, the host/server offered us a free drink while we waited for a table to become available, but that, too, never came. When I mentioned it to him, he said he came by where we were standing but I was looking on my phone. I guess he could have tried to get my attention but apparently he really wasn't interested in giving away a free drink so didn't bother to say anything and walked away. Adam was not a gracious host and made a poor impression for me regarding the service in Sydney, Canada.I believe Governor's Pub gets many reviews and a high ranking because of their close proximity to the cruise port. If this restaurant had a different location, I highly doubt it can attain its high ranking on TripAdvisor.
