Needed a Friday dinner spot that wasn't crazy busy out by the mall. Had never tried DD and the reviews were a bit erratic, but on the plus side, the beer list was consistently mentioned in positive terms. So, we gave it a try. I'd say the pizza was pretty good -- like the combinations, although most of us (vegetarians) made our own. The prices were pretty high in my opinion, but again, the pizza was pretty good. As advertised, the beer list was very good -- and that may sell it for most. The other nice attribute was that they had board games that you could play while you waited. Now, I only noticed this on the way out. That's too bad because our waits were LONG. Not just for the food, but between every step of the process. I know it isn't the wait staff's fault in those cases (the one server was working hard) -- so, management, listen up: get some more staff scheduled, ok?Good afternoon Russell :)I appreciate your review of us, we are in the process of training a few new team members as the school year tends to create turnover and even though we staff based off of projected average number of guests unforeseen things sometimes happen and slow down the process which is our responsibility to plan better. In spite of the hour drive from our home, we would definitely go back. We met friends there for lunch and all of us were impressed with the quality of the food. The wait staff is very accommodating and the restaurant was reminded of a very cozy European venue. I had the Ruben sandwich...the best ever! The difference is, they make their corned beef from scratch. Others in our ordered different entree's and all were extremely satisfied. We didn't have room for dessert, but I'm sure they are exceptional as well.

We were in the mood for a good burger and thought would give this place a try. Unfortunately cannot recommend it. Ordered our burgers med. Rare and they came out well done. The fries were so salty that we could not eat them . They forgot the avocado . Lettuce looked like it was days old and tasted about the same .I will say that management did right by us and ended not charging us for our meal. Service was friendly. Although the food came out very slow. Not sure will go back . We are so sorry that your experience did not live up to our standards, katfish219! 5 of us went for lunch there during a recent convention. All 5 of us agreed just how terrible the food was and service quite clueless. I ordered a short rib chicken fried with green chili on top, sounded interesting enough, it sounded better than it was for sure. Also the food came out less than warm. No surprise there since the kitchen for this place is not in the space but across the lobby. All weekend long we saw food being run to the Tao Room, uncovered, so at least 3-4 minutes per order with no warmer or lights as it got carried to the tap room patron.Our server did not know the menu, could not answer basic questions and could not really operate the POS machine. Plus he had no sense of urgency at all. Not trained right perhaps.I would avoid this place completely. Not recommended.

We stopped in to 12Degree when we visited CO in June, and they continue to make great beer. I loved the Blood Orange Express, plus we shared samples of their saisons, strong ale, and Abbey ale. Yum! Plus good snacks too, including a great salad for me. A local group plays bluegrass on Monday nights.

Large busy brewpub restaurant with a little bit of everything on the menu, and family friendly. Close to the movie theater. We made an Opentable reservation on the phone app before heading over, which made it easy. Waitress and service was fine, no complaints. Would eat here again.

We've gone to the Superior Old Chicago since it opened and the service has gone downhill to the point that after we sat and waited for our dinner for an hour, we got up and left and vowed we will never eat there again. Unfortunately their slow and inattentive service has become the norm there over the past few years. We eat out frequently but enough is enough. Way to many options to get mad waiting for food.

Cameron was our waiter and made life exciting for the two and a half hours we were there. The menu was exceptionally good although simple, and the food choices were Exquisite! We had real beef jerky, and followed up by a couple of beers and some burgers, with live entertainment from many mountains, we had an excellent experience. The staff is extremely friendly, atmosphere vibrant and the outside deck area is fun for a late evening Cool Breeze :-) definitely coming back next time in town. Oh, and try the super Brownie dessert it's the size of a brick of your fireplace but it's a brownie with ice cream and whipped cream all over it.! Holy buckets :-)

We had a nice and relaxing evening in the lounge part of this motel. To start, Henry Y. greeting us warmly to the restaurant and provided outstanding customer service the whole time we were there. His personality and concerns for the customer speaks well for this place. I loved the Salmon BLTA . My husband had the spaghetti and he too enjoyed his meal. If we ever come back to Louisville again, this will definitely be a restaurant that we will return to in the future.
