Went to My Friends with another couple on a Saturday evening. They take reservations and try hard to put you where you wish to seat. Like other reviewers said, this is a cozy casual place...nothing fancy. It has a bar, TVs, handful of tables. Waitress was nice, although a bit busy. She was very informative about their specials and gave great advice on what regulars tend to like there. Menu is immense and has a host of interesting dishes. It has a whole page of grilled cheese sandwich options! We found the food and drinks to be good. It was a nice experience, and we will go again

I have been here more than a few times in the past four years. It is not gourmet food, but is reliable and reasonably priced. The dinner has always been very good, and the breakfast is worthy of patronage by visitors and locals alike. I'm usually a diner fan, but I think the weekend breakfast is superior to local choices.I think the room could use an updating, with a very inexpensive uncovering of the carpet and laminate floor in its place. The lounge is welcoming, and attracts business travelers as well as local families. My business associates and I have enjoyed the omelette station especially on Sundays. All in all, the best choice in an area with not that many choices. And it sure beats the rest of snooty Bucks County, price wise and personality wise.

My wife and I eat out often, however, this was our first time visiting the Porch. Our server, Cheryl was simply amazing. One thing that stands out about her is her beautiful smile, which she had on her face every time she approached our table. Her attention to detail as well as her sense of humor made our experience one that will bring us back again and again.

This two-story gastropub in downtown Lansdale is beautifully built into an historic building with an exposed brick interior and cozy tables and booths. I was in a group of four and we were seated upstairs. Service was attentive and good. The excellent Poor William cocktail made with gin, st. germain, pear and lemon was a great way to start my meal: the catfish po-boy sandwich with fries and a small salad. All were delicious. The other three folks in our group enjoyed their meals too, which included the burger and the smoked chicken pot pie. There were a lot of good-looking local and regional beers on the menu too. We'll be back.

We ate here for a graduation party, but ordered off the menu. Group included teens, boomers and senior citizens. Everyone was able to find something they enjoyed and the selections were diverse - crab cakes, green apple salad, steak, Tex Mex, tilapia. The dishes were nicely presented and the staff was friendly and efficient. Pub ambiance, but we were in a dining area by ourselves. Slight hill to get to restaurant, from parking lot, but if looking for handicapped parking, drive to top of hill in second parking area to look for marked handicapped spaces.Hello! Thank you for the kind review! We hope to see you back soon at Mainland Grille! Cheers

Ok it's just me I guess since most of the reviews are 4 or 5 "stars", but I just hate it when places offer "inspired" dishes by adding blue cheese, guacamole, hoisin sauce, hollandaise (sexy fries) or pickled this and that to food that is perfectly good without the inspiration. It must be a millennial thing and I just don't like it. A steak like Peter Luger prepares is classic, don't mess with it. Classics become classic because they are perfect or near perfect as they are. I hated the French Onion soup, the Vidalia onions may have been the culprit. The filet mignon was spot on. The problem is that filets are among my least favorite cuts of beef, but adding a pat of butter to it made it respectable. It is so easy to prepare a New York strip or a prime sirloin at home, I seldom order a steak out. In this case, it seemed to be the only entrée I knew I could enjoy. To shorten this a bit, of the four of us, the three others graded the evening's experience 3 "stars". So I awarded 3 for both food and value.

There were seven of us all ordering off the main menu. Building has 4.5-star character. Inside was 3-star basic. Food was definitely a solid 4 to 5 stars. Pricing was very reasonable, such as a bottle of Pinot Grigio for $18.00. The staff were very attentive. We were all very satisfied. Highly recommended.

My hubby and I frequent this restaurant in Skippack. The outdoor seating in the spring and summer is lovely. We love the meatball crostini appetizer. Haven't had the crab cakes in a while and I swear they've changed! Lots of crab and great flavor!!They split a plate for us, as we typically share dinners. Desserts here are wonderful! We are here around once a month.

We are a pizza family so we hit as many places as possible when travelling. Met with family here. Not disappointed at all. Fantastic pepperoni, sausage and cheese pizza. Great ice cold beverages for adults. Great setting for food and fun.
