The Comet is a local pub with a great atmosphere. With Live Music every Saturday night (or Sunday on Bank Holiday weekends), The Comet brings you the best of Live Entertainment. Now serving food from our newly built kitchen - from pizzas, pies and burgers
Enjoyed an early evening supper with my husband and adult son. Quite a nice friendly restaurant with friendly staff. We were too early for the entertainment. My husband enjoyed the Cottage Pie, my son devoured his fish and chips and I had the Chicken Burger.

After reading the reports about Brannigan's we decide to give them a try. It was early evening, we went in a found a table. We were approached immediately asking if we were eating, menus were brought to us straight away.We both decided what we wanted and ordered with a drink. The food arrived after about 10 minutes, it was hot and tasty. I had lamb shank, my wife had soup as she was not that hungry. It was certainly a lively and a traditional pub, it reminded me of pubs in the UK years gone by. Plenty of noise (mostly people talking and laughing) which was nice to hear.Would I go again yes, tried to go on the Saturday night after Dublin boys in blue beat Kerry. Sadly we couldn't get anywhere near it. There were hundreds of people on the street outside, and the pub full to capacity.Maybe next time...Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we are sorry you were disappointed with your meal. We take pride in only serving the highest quality ingredients.Kind regards,

Stopped in after a search for pizza on TripAdvisor. Made a reservation online for 6. Everything was great- great wine, beer and non alcoholic homemade lemon-limeade. Wings were delicious. We each got a different pizza. Gluten free is available. Iâve had much better gluten feee pizza in America, but it was decent and everyone else LOVED their pizzas. There are about 15 different types of pizza to order from. Waiters were very nice! Thanks Erbear289 for joining us here in Boco with your group, it was our pleasure to welcome you all.We are happy you thought your beverages were great (our homemade lemon-limeade is a customer fave) and that your Wood-fired Chicken Wings were delicious! It's also great to hear you liked your Gluten free pizza and that the rest of your group loved their pizzas.Yes, we currently have 15 Pizzas and a Calzone available on the menu along with a Pop Up Pizza, which changes on a regular basis. Thanks for mentioning your waiters as we a really proud of our Team and will certainly pass on your kind words. We hope you have a great week and wish you guys all the best. The BOCO Team

Taking its name from the famous Greenwich Village street, photos of NY decorate the walls. Including one of Joan Baez and Bob Dylan. Speaking of the latter genius, one of the dessert choices is Bob Dylan Blueberry Cheesecake. From the lunch menu we had steak and a fish dish. Following up with dessert, everything delicious.Pleasant décor and ambiance are hallmarks of the space. With lovely staff and good value it was a grand pause.

We always look forward to our visit and enjoy the decor, the food and the excellent staff! Highly recommend! Enjoy
