Called here for coffees only. In a great position overlooking the beach and sea. Its a typical english bar, massive menu. service was good but the coffee was horrible and was tastless.

From the seafront, we are on the side road facing the lifeguard tower. From the main shopping walkway, we are the road at the side of the Santander Bank.

What a great little place this is and a right gem! Went in here every day for lunch and a few beers on a night. The owners are great, food was top notch. Sky sports on the tv's and great music in the background. Hope to be back again very soon. Thanks and Phill and Dave.

We called in for lunch here recently , and ordered ham & cheese toasty with chips and salad as I was eating it I noticed a large piece of plastic bag in the salad, I mentioned this to the server who said " oh I will tell chef" he returned to say "sorry about that" can I get you another salad I said no as I had by this time eaten the rest of it, there was no offer of any other form of compensation i.e. a free drink or removing the cost of the meal just sorry. This could have been serious had any one swallowed it as it was clear plastic in among the lettuce and not easy to see. A child could easily have missed it and swallowed it. Won't be returning.

What a little gem this bar is, superb staff, Dodge, Miquel and dj Pete make you feel welcome and a part of everything. A real good night starts with the good old pub games like pop bingo and open the box then finishes with Karaoke with a few dodgy singers but an excellent night overall. Only had on meal in afternoon which was ok.

Lovely little bar but Iâm not sure where they get the âIrishâ bit from!! Spacious venue with plenty for kids to do (slot machines, teddy grabbers etc) and the staff really were very chatty and friendly. There was an Irish map mural on the wall but thatâs where the Irishness ends Iâm afraid! We actively tracked this place down (boyfriend northern Irish,) and have to say itâs the least Irish bar we have ever visited! One in every four/five songs playing were actually Irish, and not a leprechaun in sight If youâre after a competitively priced bar, staffed by lovely, friendly people then you really canât go wrong. If youâre looking for something resembling your typical Irish watering hole then I wouldnât recommend

We were told this was a lovely restaurant how wrong could we have been I have never in my life been to a restaurant that is so bad for service. We arrived to a quite empty restaurant to be told that we would have to wait at least an hour for a meal and would not have our order taken for at least half an hour. We sat at a table where we were given menus, after 20 minutes of waiting for a drinks order to be taken my husband decided to go inside to the bar where we asked if we were already sat at a table they would take our order but we said we had been waiting 20 minutes and decided to get our own. We then said about the happy hour but apparently didnât include the beers that we were drinking even though it said outside happy hour all beers â¬1. The waitress then came to take our order and informed us that if we wanted steak it would be another hour as they have to keep cleaning the grill. I was gobsmacked and we decided as a group to leaveA SIMPLE REPLY...PLEASE TRY COMING IN WHEN WE ARE OPEN and you will get served promptly.( you will not get any food if you visit when the kitchen is closed ) See opening hours on top of this TripAdvisor page.. also with respect please try reading our signs and listening to what our staff inform you before posting false reviews and making things up ;1) Our kitchen is closed every day between 3pm and 6pm. this is clearly advertised on our web pages, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and all over our premises. Our cooks can legally only work 8 hours per day ( 12-3 and 6-11pm ) and they rest at home between 3-6pm You obviously confirm that you came in during happy hour 2-4pm as you moaned about this also ( see 3 )2) when the kitchen is closed there are huge 6ft signs on our terrace saying "no waiter service in garden please go to bar" these are in 3 different languages. ( photo above in gallery ) 3) We very clearly advertise on 8 boards outside the bar and 4 posters inside the bar...''SAN MIGUEL 1 EURO A PINT 2-4PM . a fantastic genuine offer whilst the kitchen is closed! There is no mention of 'ALL BEERS' or any other beer at this price. this is false what you say... To prove this look on the Gallery of photos on Tripadvisor above. where happy customers have posted photos of this brilliant offerYou can also see photographic proof on the following link https://m.facebook.com/groups/1061970777169bar on 57?view=permalink&id=2795520993814218My daughter was working when you arrived late afternoon and explained politely to you why you would have to wait for food.... sorry but ..'WE DO NOT SERVE AGAIN TILL 6pm' ... Please try and visit when we advertised as being OPENhelping yourself to menus will not help if we are closed for food and no cooks are available. We have many hundreds of excellent reviews on Tripadvisor and advise people to read up on our fantastic genuine posts and disregard this silly one.THANK YOU
