"We're a family owned, family oriented brewery, serving up English-style cask ale in NE Redmond. Our ales naturally carbonate in their casks and are served at cellar temp, around 50 degrees. Come down for a pint and a chat, and watch as we pull your ale w
We stopped by Porter Brewing to try their beers and have lunch from Bad Boys BBQ. We wanted to celebrate the spring equinox, we have had a very long, and very rough winter. My husband I like Sinistor Black (10 Barrel) and Black Butte Porter (Deschutes Brewing). We have lived in Redmond for about 16 years, tried all the new breweries over that time, we are always sadly disappointed. We have not found beers that can replace our 2 favorites. We have now! The Porter is low hops, low IBU, naturally carbonated, with a subtle smoky taste, wonderful. The Irish Redmond Ale is low hops, low IBU, with a smooth finish, wow! To us, the beer is the most important thing, and we love their beer, but having a food truck nearby is an awesome bonus. The young couple that own Porter Brewing (named after their son) are easy to talk to, such a welcoming, friendly place. Go to their website for the full explanation of naturally cask conditioned ales, the hand-pulled beer pulls, and the beers at cellar temperatures (not too warm, just perfect temperature for all the flavor to come through). For the first time, in a long time, we are excited about a new brewery in town! Right next to a cidery for your gluten intolerant friends.

This pub is alright to go in for a few beers after work. The waitress is friendly and pretty quick. I think she could use a little help after 6 pm but she still did a great job w/the amount of people there. It has Oregon Lottery in the back and a game room in another part of the pub. All in all I would probably stop by again.

Stopped in for a couple Sunday cocktails. The blood mary was perfect. Just the right amount of horseradish. Very heavy on the garnish which is nice. The blackberry infused brandy with hot chocolate was great too. Our new Sunday hangout.

Timbers has a special nearly every night... burgers, tacos, prime rib, etc.. It is quite popular as the food, though average, is inexpensive. Drinks are inexpensive as well. Very crowded from 4 on.
My family and I greatly enjoyed our time at the vintage Odem Theater Pub. There are two theaters that seat approx 35 people. We ordered our tickets online in advanced and pleasantly surprised by assigned seating. We ordered food and it was delicious! The seats are comfortable and we had a great time.

Waitress was friendly, took our order and that was the last time we saw her. We ordered 2 burgers and a salad and an order of garlic fried. 45 minutes later, half our order arrived by different waitress. We asked were our garlic fries were at, and see said she would put in the order again, she didn't know who it went too. The food was tasteless and bland, no flavor at all. Fries were cold, and soggy. It definitely wasn't worth the price we paid. We will not be back.

Easy access for long vehicles for parking on side streets. Great food. Loved the strawberry and bleu cheese and almond salad! Hamburger and waffle puppies and cubano was very good too. Great wine by Lexeme and great margarita! Outdoor seating and air conditioning indoors. Waitresses were awesome! Visiting for family reunion. Kids are welcome!

Went out for a late dinner and found this sorta off the beaten bath little spot. It was later so there was no crowd and we were greeted immediately. They have a changing selection of craft beers in this smaller bar. The few tables are spaced out around the dark bar and thereâs a game on the tv. In keeping with the English theme there were several English dishes with their own spin. I ordered the buffalo Shepardâs pie and my friend ordered the stroganoff. We both ordered a scotch egg to start which was good. I like a crispier crust than oven baking achieves but the flavors where there. Dinner came out pipping hot and looked great. For me the flavors were spot on. I thoroughly enjoyed my pie with the home style potatoes and minced meat and vegetables carrying the freshness and seasoning to a wonderful taste. The stroganoff has cut cubed meat not the usually ground with a interesting flavor that was delicious. The sour cream not mixed in, which I prefer, and sat on top for the diner to add as they choose. Great beef, delicious English food and a nice little bar atmosphere. This was a win for sure.

This modern brew pub just a few blocks from downtown Redmond is worth seeking out. The outdoor area is extensive, with fireplace heating to keep the chill off. The place was packed on a Saturday afternoon, with a couple of food trucks parked nearby. Everyone seemed to favor the good looking thin crust pizza. The beers were decent - we had a flight. What I liked the best was the blackberry/pineapple cider which was outstanding.
