Each time Iâve been to this restaurant, itâs been a good experience and the food and drinks are good. They are normally pretty busy, but the wait for two isnât very long. Lastnight we had Kiera as a waitress and she was FANTASTIC! She was very attentive and had good suggestions. The food and my drink were great and my bc enjoyed his as well. This is my goto place and I always want to be in Kieraâs section if she is working!

Stopped in on a Saturday night, after getting back from Lincoln, for some post-game grub. They have a pretty great food allergen menu that breaks down all of the different foods available, based on allergy (nuts, wheat, diary, etc). I had a steak to share with my son, and they assured me that no soy or any other wheat-containing product would come into contact with my dish, which it did not. The girl working was super-friendly, the food was on time and as-ordered, and they got us in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend for a quick, chain-restaurant meal to people with food allergies.

I am a craft beer fan and when a bar is called "Hophouse" i believe that i should be expecting a decent selection of craft beers. Hopshouse failed on many issues during a recent visit. There were only a few "craft" beers on tap and in the cooler, but plenty of domestics. I watched as the bartender poured our tap order and noticed that the beer was excessively foamy and she had trouble getting our two beers poured. The beer itself was very warm and that probably was what was causing the foam problem. We noticed a large trash can behind the bar filled with iced beers. I asked if those were on special and was told that they were in there because the cooler wasn't working. BINGO, that's also why the tap beer was warm. There was also items that the cook appeared to be using from the cooler that wasn't working. The interior was dirty, bar stools were ripped, the bar counter was sticky, and the Jager machine was broken with its shot tray tapped shut. There really isn't a bar back and premium liquor bottles not in the wells were on a piece of plywood above a rack of glasses. They were busy, but I don't know why. There are so many better places around this town to have a decent drink in a nice atmosphere. I'm sure they'll get the cooler fixed, but we won't be back.

My husband stopped by for lunch. Shared one order of boneless wings (7.49). I had a Hook and Ladder chicken salad (9.49). My husband had a chicken wrap and fries (9.49). Everything tasted great. The servings were large. Our waiter was friendly but not overbearing.

We always felt the food was very tasty at Applebee's. Now, it's pretty average. Nothing really stands out.

Had a great light microbrew tacoveza! Perfect. If you like brewed tea, go elsewhere! Lots of windows and good lighting. Portions are very large. I had a Cuban sandwich with sweet potato. Fries and she had the Reuben. The Reuben had tons of meat but too much mustard. Reuben was ok, very filling. Portions are big, food was good but not great. We sat by the kitchen and had a long cold draft coming through.
Perhaps I'm getting too used to visiting local establishments rather than large chain restaurants, but the atmosphere just feels kind of generic and unoriginal. The food is just ok, sort of tailored to anyone and everyone, but nothing special. Sure, they have a lot of different wing sauces/dry rub options, but there are only a few that are decent. The beer choices are common, some crafts, but again ones that are tailored to everyone. It's ok for the occasional wing craving, but like so many corporate restaurants they don't offer great value for their mass produced food. We went on a Thursday to get the boneless deal, but if you want any dipping sauce you will be charged extra. Wonder what they would do if I brought my own sauce next time? Kind of lame to charge for that to be honest. This location is loud when busy, hard to carry on a conversation. Again, good for a wing craving, but not rushing back.
