At World of Beer, we've got 50 craft beers on tap, over 500 in the cooler and a menu of tasty tavern fare that's crafted to go perfectly with beer. And whether you're a beer master or just beer curious, our insanely knowledgeable staff is here to guide yo
The World Of Beer is exactly as advertised, a mecca for beer lovers. Loud rock music assails you as you enter, obviously tailored for the younger set. The food menu is tiny. Four sandwiches, some salads, and some hummus dishes complete the selections. But food is not the draw here, it's the hundreds of different beers lined up like good soldiers in the coolers behind the bar. Beers from around the world is taken seriously here, it's not just a moniker. German beers, Belgium beers, and so on. Local craft brewers are not forgotten. My God, they even offered Old Milwaukee. The food is tasty and the sports bar slash concert hall vibe is fine but the siren call of this place is the beer. This is brewski heaven.

I live in the city so I never would have found Mapo on my own. But my Chinese family likes to go here on New Year's Day, so we headed over here as a group. I did see a comment about it not being "real Chinese", but I can say that my sister-in-law, who was born in Xi'an and lived there until her 30's (her family still lives there--she's the only one who resides in the US) has said this is her favorite Chinese restaurant. It reminds her of food she would have in China. And while there are some great dishes here--the country style beef is my favorite, and I don't usually like beef dishes--I was not about to try the pig intestine that even the other Americans said was not bad.

Restaurant and bar in Naperville with one of the Western Suburbs' largest beer lists. Old Town Pour House is a brand new restaurant and bar featuring 90 craft beers on tap and classic American food with a twist. With a mouthwatering menu and energetic atm
Great beer selection. Service was sophomoric. The food, unfortunately is marginal at best. The highlight was the fruit side that came with the kids menu items. It is Naperville and it is chain-like. So buyer beware. But just opt for the beer. The selection is solid and on draught. Or go to a bar.Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience at Old Town Pour House. Thank you for providing your feedback. I will relay your comments to the management team so that we can offer extra support and training to our team wherever they may need it. We hope that we can show you our ability to improve based on guest feedback. - Lee

Due to a last-minute change, three groups of approximately 10 people per group ascended on to the Empire rooftop bar for cocktails. Ashley B did a great job of taking care of our group. All staff were friendly.

Chef-Owned, Farm-to-Table, Modern American Comfort Fare. Scratch Kitchen. Locally Sourced. It's better here - better food, better service, better beverages because the entire Allegory team actually loves what we do (no, really) - and you can tell. Come by
Went for the first time yesterday. Very casual atmosphere. Menu is small but varied. It does change frequently. The restaurant uses previous versions of the menu as coasters. A lot if not most of the food is local and was very fresh. We all had different entrees and were all excellent. Service was excellent as well. Christian was a very attentive server. Fantastic job in seeing that we were not in a hurry to order. I would definitely go back. Hopefully, the walleye that I had last night stays on the menu.

Recently returned home from the UK, still craving the tastes from across the Pond. ... Hadn't been to Quigley's in a long time. Now I remember why. They're serving "Shepherd's Pie" with beef instead of ground lamb. That makes it English Cottage Pie.The bland, watery soup they call "Irish Lamb Stew" needs work. And again, some lamb. I could be wrong, but I swear that was braised beef.Let's just say I'm terrified to try the fish & chips. If I ever go back.

One of Chicago's best places for German dining, coupled with a beer selection that is truly second to none. Rated one of the fifty best "Beer Restaurants" in the world by RateBeer and "Best Beer Bar in America" by USAToday's 10Best for 2017. We feature 39
I get back to Lisle frequently and head here for a good meal without stress. The menu is easy to read and the entrees provide good variety. The sides are tasty and serve well to complement the main course. I never quite leave enough for dessert, but a great beer always slakes my appettite.

The food was fantastic! Itâs a made from scratch kitchen from what i was told and it shows in the quality and presentaion of the food. The staff is super friendly and attentive, our drinks never went empty! They have a fairly extensive bourbon/whiskey list, they were even able to make my iceball infront of me which was cool because iâve never seen that before. They even told me they could smoke my old fashioned for me. (Iâll definatley be giving that a try the next time iâm in the area. ) Overall a great expirience.

Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery is a welcoming and engaging craft beer experience with a variety of unique craft beer freshly brewed on-site to pair with our popular American crave-able food like our Brewery Nachos and Ballpark Pretzel, as well as comfor
Iâve eaten at Rock Bottom several times while in the area for business. Itâs often difficult to find healthy options or even a decent glass of wine at casual brewery restaurants, but this one delivers on both fronts. The menu is unusually varied and the staff is friendly and attentive. I always feel comfortable here. Prices are terrific for good quality food and service. I look forward to visiting again.

Word of mouth brought us to this little dive bar. Not a place I'd normally frequent. However, the burgers in here are unusual and also are 1/2lb! It's rather loud in this little place. However, the burgers were just off the wall great! Thick, juicy burgers. And not your typical. These are their own versions including Buffalo Bleu...a includes blue cheese crumbles, bacon, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing...to the Drunken Pear, which includes goat cheese, bourbon poaches pear and a balsamic glaze....sounds funky, but it was excellent! You can't go wrong here...even if it's just for a basic cheese burger! Good prices....burgers come with crispy french fries! Of course, being a bar and grill, they have some pretty good beer selections as well. I highly recommend this place for adults. Kids would likely not like the darkish bar and loud patrons.
