Extremely disappointed in the way we were treated at King Neptuneâs. The owner was rude and disrespectful. The musician was doing an amazing job, when the owner decided that he didnât like something with the mix as it was being heard inside (we were outside). He stormed out, got in the musicians face, and screamed âfix it or Iâm pulling the plugâ. I am appalled that a person would treat another person this way, especially when that person is working so hard and doing so great. Anything you need to say can be said respectfully. You wonât being seeing me here again.

Large menu and friendly service. Stopped in midweek for a quick bite and ordered a small chef salad. All ingredients were fresh and tasty and it was far from "small". Great atmosphere and affordable prices. Definitely added this place to a place to go back to.

We weren't sure where to dine...read some reviews on Google, and called another [competing] restaurant, who stated, even late in the season, that we couldn't have a table for several hours. We called up RainTree and she said, I'll hold a table for you right now! Everyone was so friendly and inviting, and the food was delicious! Our server Jana was really nice as well, and she was working hard that night!

Sumptuous meals and cozy fireside dining await you at TRâs Restaurant and Lounge, located at the Lake George Holiday Inn Resort.
Been going to this Holiday Inn and this restaurant for years and so expectations are reasonable but this time was a real disappointment!Deciding to go with the buffet for breakfast instead of picking from the menu I carefully selected items from a decently diverse offering of breakfast foods. I picked the scrambled eggs (ugh..tasteless and almost bounced when dropped), potatoes (tasted like cardboard - seemingly overcooked - could not eat any of them), bacon (burnt to black and horrible tasting), and fruit (cantaloupe and melon were near spoiled condition with sections that were dark in color and rancid tasting.Because of this experience, I was concerned bout dining here during my 4 day hotel stay, however, this might have been just an off day - we can only hope.

Brewpub located in the heart of Lake George, NY since 1999. Focused on producing great craft beer and delivering a great experience! OFFICIAL DOG POLICY While we love our four-legged family members, due to NYS Health Code Mandates, dogs are not allowed in
We stopped here first for a late afternoon lunch and were immediately seated. The burgers were excellent!!! And the clam chowder was very good. We decided to try it again for dinner the following night (Saturday). We called ahead to make reservations and were told that if we called again 30 minutes before we arrive it would lessen the wait. Well that didn't work, we called continuously and when we didn't get a busy signal we got a message that said the hostess was busy and to call back later. Abandoning that approach, we set off for the Pub and when we arrived after 8PM we were told that there is an hour forty minute wait. We decided to wait but saw many who went elsewhere, After a little over an hour we were seated. The food was as good as before, but our server, Tim, came off as a little snarky. Now remember, this was in October in the off-season and there still were a lot of patrons on the waiting list. Maybe there are few good restaurants available in the off season which increases the demand for the venue. The one suggestion I would make is to just say "no reservations" instead of the call 30 minutes ahead instructions because it is very frustrating when it doesn't work!Thank you for your feedback and we're glad that you enjoyed your visit so much, you decided to come back. This past Saturday was our busiest Oktoberfest celebration to date, and that could have been the culprit for the very long wait and busy signal. However, that is the reason that we have our call-ahead seating option and we will share your comments with our management to see how we might be able to handle that better. We do hope that you'll give us another try down the road.

Enjoyed a lovely birthday meal here, great choice of food even for my daughter who is a vegan. Equally the food was very tasty for meat eaters and the portion sizes were large. Service and booking was great too. Would definitely recommend.
