If you are looking for something a bit different then this one is for you. The eclectic almost salvage yard style for the outside, covered seating areas was very interesting and created a great feel.The food was excellent, and dare I say the best burger I have ever had and a good selection of beers.We will defiantly be going back. Well done guys.

It's been a long long time since I've been in this venue, so much so, it was called some thing totally different. In with my friend, whom I haven't seen for some time. It's a cozy little place. We decided on steak, along with chips, salad onion rings, it was most enjoyable and we will return for another meal very soon, you know its good, or you've enjoyed it, when your planning a return.Thank you for your review. My friends and I are lucky enough to have eaten in top quality restaurants around the world and this is a true gem... itâs a small cosy restaurant with one very talented chef so donât come here in a big group would be my thought - but if you want a real treat for family or couples at brilliant value then definitely come along.. the servers were very attentive and the food was real top end quality - both in terms of flavour and presentation... itâs Michelin level food...

Pop in every couple of weeks and called in midweek for a meal, three mains ordered, came quickly and enjoyed. Ordered three deserts, jam sponge, treacle sponge and the passion fruit cheesecake off the specials board. Cheesecake came out first and soon as the wife dug in with her spoon it was evident that it was frozen. When the other two deserts came out we politely told the waitress of the problem, she apologised and removed the cheesecake only to bring it back moments later with the answer "he says that's how it comes".Cheesecake should not be served frozen so was very disappointed.They are freezer to table desserts for convenience, the girl was right. Everyone who has had them lives them. But Clearly they are not for everyone.Glad you enjoyed everything else, but because of a dessert that wasnât to your taste you only think we deserve a 3.

The food and service in this place is brilliant, we have been twice in 2 weeks itâs so reasonably priced, never large ques like other carverys. Service is awesome too staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful! Really great place for familyâs! Thank you for finding time to review your recent visit to The Red Sails. Visited here with friends. The b the order was given at the bar we waited and waited again. The girl behind the bar arranged the drinks nicely on trays, then just kept re-positioning the full trays on the bar top? It was so strange. Why not just take them out to the tables? Anyway the food was good, the staff were really nice, just slow. We will return as we had a good night. Oh but they need to speed up a bit!

Perhaps understaffed with just one waitress, very efficiently I must add, dashing around serving drinks and food on our fairly busy teatime visit, but the food was exceptionally good, both the menu meat pie and the special board beef stew.Visited this venue many times over the years under various different ownership, but undoubtedly this was the best overall experience. Aimlessly driving looking for somewhere for lunch we happened upon The Camerton. Really glad we did. A lovely meal and they went above and beyond to sort us out with a Gluten Free Option for the Mrs. I had the Barbeque pork. Very Very Tasty. We have been here several times and will come again and again. The food is beautiful all home made . Cant fault a thing. The staff are so friendly and helpful . The pub itself is a really nice pub and very central.The prices are fantastic for the quality of food and the location. You will not eat better in the town centre for this price. So we have been to this restaurant 10 times now- weâve seen the photos of the fab desserts but, sadly, havenât been able to fit them in. Weâve had everything on the menu between our family. Itâs all been consistent standard and beautiful. The white thick haddock, the gorgeous gammon, the lasagne, garlic bread and our favourite steaks with a side of generous scampi and home cooked chips. We brought extended family on visit 7 and we canât get rid of them!! They love your food and we love their company. Thankyou Stewart and Lisa for making this place the best ever. Your staff are superb and your chefs very talented. We travel 10 miles every time to visit you and itâs worth it every single time!Oh, and the Sauvignon Blanca is gorgeous
