I had bought a voucher from Localflavor so my husband and I stopped in for lunch. What a great find! I ordered the salmon sandwich and my husband had a burger. Both were delicious. If you have the salmon I would recommend the honey vanilla dressing. It complements it well. They also have gluten free rolls. We enjoyed being able to sit in the inviting outdoor area. We will definitely be back.
Loved this place. Best fish fry around, best wine, and most awesome salads. Unfortunately they closed. They were leasing and the business agreement wasn't so agreeable.

We had tried to get into the Sobelman's on St. Paul several years ago, and the line for seating was out the door. A good sign! Although I'd heard Sobelman's was noted for it's great burgers, it wasn't until a friend told me they served a veggie burger that I suggested to my husband that we try the newer venue in Richfield. We used to dine frequently at the former Italian restaurant in this location, and the decor didn't seem to have changed much. In fact, there was a burger listed on the menu that commemorated the former establishment. My husband ordered The Loser, which besides the burger included cheese, bacon, and fried onions. He ordered fries as his side. The Loser didn't quite meet my husband's anticipation: he said the burger patty was not thick. It was dry, overdone, nothing special. I ordered the Veggie burger (of course) which was a black bean version served with tomato, lettuce, and onion. It was somewhat dry and really needed some kind of sauce. I had a side salad with Balsamic as my accompaniment. All in all, our experience was not what it was hyped to be. I'm not sure we'd return unless we had visitors whose fondest culinary wish was to eat at Sobelman's. Let me finish, however, with a compliment: Sobelman's serves an excellent jalapeno ketchup which appears to be their own brand. We both enjoyed that experience.

Richfield Roadhouse, in Richfield, WI, is the area's leading restaurant serving Richfield, Hartford, Menomonee Falls, Germantown and surrounding areas since 2016. We specialize in casual dining, homemade food, steaks, burgers, seasonal football and much m
Five of us went to a Friday afternoon movie in the 'Falls and we drove out to the Roadhouse for a Fish Fry. We got there about 4:30 so the dining room was almost empty. Our drink order was taken quickly and we then ordered food. One soup was Curried Chicken. Excellent. But I will admit that I like curries. The fish was good of course. I had the tots. Loved them. The place was getting crowded by 5:30 so we were moved along. No big deal, we were done eating and had a good visit with each other.

We were going to go to the Sawmill in RIchfield for its Friday night fish fry. As we drove to the place, however ,it was so crowded, cars were parked down the driveway. We decided to head to Hartford instead. On our way, we passed Kenicky's. Since we had never eaten there before, we turned around and pulled into the driveway to check it out. We walked in and saw that there were several tables of people and some people sitting at the bar. There was no check-in stand, and no one said, "hello," "be right with you," "have a seat anywhere," -- the usual greeting one would expect when there is not obvious place to check in and find out what the seating routine is. We walked in a bit further and people stared at us, but said nothing. There appeared to be a pool table in the back room. And, the restaurant doesn't have a conventional dining area where one might gravitate to. There were tables around the bar. We didn't see anyone eating (remember, this was a FRIDAY evening in Wisconsin during Lent!). We noticed a chalk board which indicated several meals available, including a fish fry. My husband and I chatted for a minute, and since no one appeared interested in seating us (or greeting us!), and since for some reason it smelled like cigarette smoke (restaurants in Wisconsin are non-smoking), we decided to head over to Hartford. On the way out, someone sarcastically yelled at possibly the owner, "see, they're walking out on you!" Another voice shouted, "have a nice evening, come again." I shouted back, so they knew we heard their remarks, "You, too!" So, we were noticed enough to be yelled at, but not good enough to be seated. If you are thinking of stopping at Kenicky's, well, maybe this review will get you at least a friendly "hello," and you might decide to try whatever it is they serve.

Historic building. Former mob hangout / bordello. Still a bullet hole in the wall purported to be from Frank Capone (Al's brother). Good food. Good service. Local charm. Daily specials...taco Thursdays. Incredible place to catch a Packers game...free shots after Packers TDs... a drinking game involving a rubber chicken. Good times.

Looked for a place to eat after trip to Holy Hill after craft show. So happy we went a little bit away from all the traffic. What a wonderful brunch menu. Had a hard time deciding. Had a vege scramble super good. I do want to try the Potine. It sounded wonderful but sounded like it would be great chased with a beer but I was driving. Highly recommend, take the very easy exit from highway and try this place out. We are so glad we found it and would be a good planned stop on way to Milwaukee or Chicago. Thanks so much for your kind words. We hope to serve you again soon!
Travelers Tale has a really neat story, our waitress shared with us how it started, you can read it on the wall in the bar portion of the restaurant. The atmosphere was very pretty, exposed brick walls and old tile floors. The bar has wonderful Sand Creek beer on tap, it's a local brewery that we go to every Friday night when we're in town. We had very friendly, prompt service and delicious food. I plan to go back whenever I'm in town. There are two sides to the restaurant, the bar side where there is seating at the bar or at tall tables and then there is the sit-down side. The décor is very interesting also, reflecting on the owners' roots. There are sandwiches and dinners on the menu. I tried the Rueben, it was delicious!
Small town pub with lots of locals patronizing the establishment that greet out of towner's and make them feel welcome. Awesome place to meet new friends or catch up with old ones in their very clean, friendly and fun environment. Outstanding staff with the best cocktail hour ever. 2-4-1 on ALL drinks Monday - Friday till 6pm! There are a number of big screen tvs, juke box, pool, darts and electronic games. We had a blast there and will definitely go back!

Went to a dog show at the Washington County Fair grounds, and decided to take back roads home, we were hungry and spotted a roadside bar and grill and decided to stop. Doman"s busy, the Bar was almost full, the seating area was 3/4 full, and their banquet area also had something going on. Service was fast and excellent, we had or beverages with in 5 minutes, and or burgers shortly after, the food was fantastic, the employees were friendly, and the service was fast, I would definitely recommend Doman's for a great place for Pub Food
