We have been here a few times and have had good food and good service. Tonight was a different story. Our server barely checked on us and seemed bothered by bringing refills when we asked, which we only had 2 drinks a piece. When we asked for our check, our server from that point never said a word to us, no thank you, have a good evening, nothing. We were stunned at how poorly we were treated.

Great neighborhood sports bar with an upscale varied menu. This will be a place we will be regulars at. The waitress was super friendly and took great care of us!

Have always liked this place but hadn't been for a few years until last week. Had dinner with a friend, tried the pepperoni rolls for an appetizer and we both had sandwiches ( I had the italian melt) and it was all yummy. Had a couple cocktails and a fun time! Service was good enough.

On my first visit with my son who highly recommended this venue for our breakfast stop on our outing for other shopping, II was really impressed. The service was very good the atmosphere was about what I would expect for a pub & the breakfast was totally a surprise at the quality as well as the quantity for the price. this not only will be a future stop when out for other shopping but will absolutely go out of my way to visit. If you want atmosphere, it ain't there, hey folks it is a pub, but don't even think of selling it short on food quality with GR888 service too.Harold from Grants Pass, OR

They recently closed our local Applebeeâs where weâve always had greT meals. So we tried the next closest one for Fathers Day, since Iâd since signed up for their promotional email program. The place was very busy, but we were immediately seated. After an extended time reviewing the menu (my wife is very careful due to dietary and dental limitations), the waiter, Sean, patiently answered questions and was very obliging and refreshingly affable. We may ask for him the next time we go in. At first I wasnât interested in a drink, but later ordered a beer Iâd never tried. When the dinner came, the girl asked which of us got the rare sirloin and I acknowledged. Not long into the meal I noticed my steak wasnât all that red and the wifeâs was; the server had reversed us. We exchanged steaks. About then itâd been 10 minutes since Iâd ordered the beer and I figured I wasnât getting it. I was 2/3 through my meal when a server showed up with it, apologizing. Sean came by on his rounds and was not happy to discover the oversight, apparently originating at the bar. Both the meal and the Hops beer were superb, and admittedly I was kinda hoping for the beer being cost-free given the bar negligence, but no. In fact, part of the reason I changed my mind and ordered it was discovering the table placard mentioning âHappy Hourâ, which we were there during. But the beer was $6 and not discounted. I didnât gripe, as I figured maybe H.H. didnât apply on Sundays or holidays. One unique thing we like is Applebeeâs use of digital machines at each table that can be used by both waiter and customer for ordering and payment, and entertainment games as well if you or your kids are bored. With so many tables, it helps the staff keep orders straight, although which customer at any table gets what might be an improvement, or in our example which steak among similar plates is cooked to which degree... perhaps more of an oversight of marking at the grillmasterâs end than the waitstaffâs. There were at least 4 different staff members involved in our service, so I reckon confusion during the busiest times can happen.Regardless, the overall experience was good and the meals delicious. Had the steak mixup and latent beer thing not occurred, five stars wouldâve been awarded. Seanâs personality helped me overcome any thoughts of diminished recompense, and our attitude was that he deserved a 20% tip. (I still think the beer shoulda bin discounted if not free ).

We used to enjoy this place but it's gone downhill. The food is bland and not fresh or high quality. Staff is always awesome though, and our cocktails were wonderful!Hubby had rib plate with fries and big piece of grilled cornbread, it was okay but not great. He did enjoy his Irish Coffee, it was better than average. My Caesar salad was pale and bland, barely dressed. It's not their fault it's winter and lettuce is better in season, but the side of veggies, green beans and onions was awful. The beans were watery and barely warm, red onions mixed in were raw and sharp. In the middle of this was a blob of unmelted butter. It was like they were tossed together, plopped in a little dish and microwaved, but not enough to make anything warm. It was very gross and I sent it back. Our waitress was very sweet and apologetic. On a good note, the atomic peach martini was awesome. I really don't think they 'cook' much here, but heat up and prepare food that has been done elsewhere. It tastes full of sodium and not true flavor, and textures are strange and not terribly fresh. Desserts don't taste fresh, like the baked goods are probably brought in frozen and reheated with lots of sauces/whipped cream/ice cream. They're overly sweet and I feel bloated after eating here where I don't at other places. Even if I've just eaten part of a salad and a little dessert. While waiting for our food a fireman came to our table raising money for blood cancer research. We heard his spiel and wished it was to raise money for first responders, that I would give in an instant. But to fund big pharma (which makes trillions) so they can create more drugs? Nah.I hate being a Negative Nancy but we left thinking we'll never be back.

We came into town for a wedding and came here on recommendation. We were not disappointed. The burgers were really good and they brew their own beer and it was tasty. We arrived during happy hour and they server (bartender) was awesome with the suggestions. We recommend this place to all!

The restaurant is casually decorated and has decent chairs. It is very open so it is noisy when lots of people are there. Food was good, nothing special, but nothing to complain about either. Staff was very friendly and attentive without being pushy. Lunch with tip and no alcohol was about $20 per person.
