Looking for a later afternoon refresher, we happened upon JJâs. What a cute place. Nicely decorated but not too much. Comfortable chairs, good wine, great service and for our visit, a great charcuterie tray. Oh my. Really good with nice variety of meats and cheeses and olives and almonds, bread, crackers, jam, mustard and even a dried apricot to go along with some grapes. Really nice and highly recommended.

A restaurant that loves beer and a bar that loves food. Over 20 craft beers on tap, big burgers and the freshest sushi in town. Your go-to for lunch, dinner and late-night, Drake's is a free-wheeling, fun-loving kind of joint. A place to hang out and let
This was one of the few places with food still open at 10:45p so had low expectations of what we'd find but was pleasantly surprised with the wide variety of appetizer and entree choices and expansive sushi menu we found at Drakes. We order five different sushi rolls and they didn't disappoint. They were fresh, flavorful and well presented. We also had a chicken wrap and fish sliders which were also excellent. The bar and separate music areas were lively and the selection of beers on tap looked to be quite large. All in all, a place I'd go back to again, just earlier in the day!

A family-style neighborhood pub serving pizza, brats, fish and chips, and craft beer in Franklin, TN. Sports on TV and a full bar too!
Since the lights were out in the sign, we hard a hard time finding this place. I'm sorry we did. the food was mediocre with small portion and way overpriced. We had the pretzel for $5. It was almost tiny. We had the Mac and Cheese with blackened chicken and broccoli Lots of Mac, little broccoli and very little chicken was to be seen. What was there was certainly not blackened. Don't bother with this place.Hi John,Sorry to hear about your experience. I was unfortunately not able to be there last night, but I did talk to your server as well as my manager on staff and neither reported that you mentioned anything subpar to them. We would have certainly appreciated the chance to correct whatever issues that came about!1. We understand the "Quinn's" part of the light is out. We've brought it up to our landlord, but our hand are tied. Sorry about that.2. We rarely have reports of small portions, usually the other way. You would not believe the amount of to-go boxes we go through!3. Our pretzels are imported from Germany, and sold through a vendor local to Franklin (we love supporting small business!) We have looked into a larger size from that distributor, but the price would have to rise along with it. It's certainly not a pretzel you'll find at most small neighbourhood bars. Definitely not what you buy at the mall kiosk. Sorry for the confusion there.4. I took a look at your ticket and noticed you split the mac and cheese dish (we recommend this if you are terribly hungry because it's a big portion!) Since we split these for our customers, at times one of the splits ends up with more toppings than the other. Totally possible that in the course of making the dish our cook might have accidentally gone light on it. We would have loved to remake this for you with extra blackened seasoning (we dialed it back earlier this year after complaints it was too salty.)5. You did happen to find us on our live trivia night, so admittedly it might have been a little louder than normal. If you would like, I'll be happy to refund your ticket. No customer should have to pay for a service they are unhappy with. We have a rule of always making it right! Thanks for giving us a shot!

I reserved a table to take our out of town guests to watch a Preds game. We got a great table but had to request several times for them to turn one of the TV's to the Preds game. We ordered SW Eggrolls, quesadillas, and, at our server's recommendation, a pan of nachos. OMG! It took over 30 minutes to get our apps and then the nachos arrived. The chips were so stale we could hardly bite them and most of the chips were glued to the bottom of the pan and we couldn't pry them up. Obviously they had been sitting around a while. Not much on the chips either, just some gloppy canned cheese sauce, a few diced tomatoes and two blobs of sour cream. We finally got the attention of our server and had her take them back. She did offer to make them again but we said no. Then the eggrolls arrived and again it's as if they had been sitting around. They were gooey inside, not done, and soggy on the outside. While we were trying to eat those (we were starving!), the quesadillas came. What a disaster! Little dried up tortillas that were not even grilled enough to hold them together. When the server put them on the table the top tortillas flew off the bottom. We told her right then to take them back. I also had a beet/farro salad that was so dry and tasteless. The beet slice on the top was so dry it had started to curl up on the edges. Needless to say, we got out of there as soon as we could and went home and ordered pizza. What a horrible experience!Hello Karen,I want to personally apologize for your dining experience with us here in The Draft Room at Kings. What to do and see in Franklin, United States: The Best Places and Tips

The torn booth seats and disgusting carpet were my first "bad" impression. Then the food was just boring. Shepherd's pie had no flavor or seasoning. It was just ground beef and mashed potatoes. With broccoli and carrot on the side. Lettuce was old and limp. Don't know why there were people in this place but someone must like it, just not us.

Stopped in for lunch when visiting Franklin when the place was not very busy. I ordered the Corned Beef and Cabbage and my wife ordered the Pot Pie. While edible, neither were as good as traditional Irish fare. The cabbage was under cooked, the Corned Beef the consistency of Spam, the mashed potatoes unremarkable and the Pot Pie was bland. Pricing reflected location, not quality. They really could step up their game.Very sorry you weren't impressed with your meal. All of what you ordered is made from scratch here in our kitchen. Our corned beef is slowed cooked all day for tenderness and our cabbage is intentionally cooked slightly al dente since cabbage tends to turn to mush if over cooked. While you may not perhaps enjoy the flavor profile of our food it is indeed ordered and made with quality in mind but sorry if you feel we failed in this manor. Perhaps you may consider trying us again with a few different menu items that may be more to your liking. Thanks again for your feedback.

First time at this location. We had a group of 6 on a Friday night. Appeared to be very crowded but we did not have to wait for table. I had the Bison Burger and it was delicious. Our server did a great job of getting appetizers out and refilling drinks. The only negative is that it was a little louder inside than expected. But, it is to be expected as it is part âsports barâ. Many televisions throughout.
