Staff were rude when asked to warm up breakfast as it was stone cold. Could see them all poking the fingers in the beans and then disgustingly warmed the same beans and put the back on our plate! Manager came out and shouted being very rude to us! Told we are not in England anymore and if the manager is 70 years of age so if she wants to shout she may...JOKE OF A PLACEYou were our first breakfast serving of the day and I will grant you that the beans may have been a little cold from the fridge, however your breakfasts weren't "stone cold" and the 3 of you finished your plates.Your accusation of staff sticking their fingers in your food and serving it back to you is outright slander and a lie, your breakfast's were transferred to a new clean plate, your cold beans were discarded and we provided 4 separate pots of fresh beans and tomatoes to your table.

Came across this lovely welcoming cafe bar, was lunchtime only had tea and sandwich tea was Tetleyâs sandwich fresh and tasty, hats off to the two guys who were very attentive that run this great little place in the heart of the old charming town of Benidorm. After arriving from the aiirport we started by soaking up the fabulous atmosphere and great food at Tapas Alley then moved on to The Pig just in time for Midnight Motown and again great atmosphere but the complete different end of the spectrum. Good beer, good and friendly staff and excellent live entertainment every Friday, Sunday and Wednesday nights. All other nights great tunes played, music quizzes etc. Only missed one night while we were were in Beni for 10 days.

Very good veggie breakfast for 6 euros. I added an orange juice for an extra 1.5.This was my second visit following an hour here in the previous afternoon soaking up the sun and enjoying a Mahou IPA.The staff here provide great customer service and all seem to be happy at work.Nice view of the harbour

Our annual Benidorm is never complete unless we visit this little gem. Had to postpone our visit as the owners were celebrating their wedding anniversary. Congratulations from all of us. We will be back same time next year. Great food, good measures, good value for money. Make sure you stop by. Everyone needs a break from the all inclusive buffets. Just down the hill from all the RH hotels. Already looking forward to my next lot of chips. Thankyou all so much for such a great review. Really happy you enjoyed your food and drinks. We look forward to seeing you all again next year .

Always worth a visit to this little beach front bar / restaurant located just beside the Old Town on the Poniente side.Two Visits over our break 1st was Lunchtime Brunch - Toasty and Sausage Sandwich - served with a Chilled Beer and a superb much needed Coffee :) :)2nd was Lunchtime Brunch - Toasty and Sausage Sandwich - served with a Chilled Beer and, well, more Chilled Beer :) :)Give it a visit - even just for a beer in a superb location.Thank you so much

We were staying at the Grand Bali hotel fed up with terrible food and service we were out and about looking for somewhere to get a decent meal, we met the owner outside who confirmed he was open and we would not be disappointed with the food. He kept his promise we had a great meal and enjoyed good company, made our last night memorable thanks
