I usually donât write reviews for restaurants; although Iâm making an exception this time. My spouse and I visited Edgar's for the first-time last evening and had a fantastic meal. Someone had given us a gift card for the holiday and we made a reservation for this reason only. We are happy that we did; everything from a greeting at the front door, our server, drinks, food and atmosphere were top notch. The chef/owner even came out to welcome us and ask how the food was. The menu has something for everyone; I had the grouper, crab-meat with shrimp & my spouse had the pulled pork. We received a great meal at a reasonable price. Looking forward to returning

It's easy to overlook this little gem alongside the Winking Lizard restaurant since it's through their Lizardville Beer Store which offers an amazing variety of beer. It's an outdoor patio with fireplace that allow you to smoke. They sell decent cigars several patrons were smoking the while enjoying their beer or whiskeys. They offer an large menu with flights of various whiskey/bourbon/scotch which was fun since our server (Robert R) was well-versed in their origins and production. We stayed for several hours trying various whiskeys while smoking cigars, enjoying a nice evening with a fire in their fireplace. You can order food as well which comes from their Winking Lizard adjoining restaurant. We will definitely be back.

I ordered the Club Sandwich for the first time; fandamntastic!! the pic I added is the same sandwich as depicted on Trip Advisor.....if the Club Sandwich you have had recently from another burger and beer joint doesn't look like this.....you are at the wrong joint! my lovely spouse had the Cuban, she loved it! it also was very big......the Grandkids loved their orders also, to be honest, you could throw roadkill on the table and if they were hungry it would disappear!!!! like a bunch of 1/2 wild wolves, they are......back to the review: Ray's Beer selection is one of the best in and around the Fairlawn-Akron area. I had a new selection, the bourbon barrel aged lager....Great!!!! Anyway, Ray's is a great joint!

Granted we were here Saturday before st Patrickâs. We stopped in 5:15 and were told they couldnât give us a time on a table due to people staying and drinking. But really 10 minutes or and hour?! We take a seat at the bar and all have 2 drinks while waiting over 1/2 hr and finally get a table. They again blame it on since they are so busy after the food takes over an hour. All the tables behind us are completely empty and marked reserved so seemed funny and people are mainly here drinking not eating. Reubenâs are decent, tattertots overcooked but the sweet potato fries were well liked. Probably wonât be back .

So my husband and I ordered an $18.00 corned beef sandwich ( Reuben ). The meat was so fatty it was gross, the fries were horrible, like they were cooked in old grease. They were hard and in small pieces. Why would the waitress even server them? We Would have sent it back to the kitchen, but we had no time we were catching a show. When we went to the bathroom before we left, it was so disgusting that my first thought was gosh if the bathrooms are this gross what does the kitchen look like. Will definitely never go back.

Four of us had dinner here on a Saturday night. We asked to be seated in the quietest area of the restaurant which worked out well. We used call ahead seating and that was as good as a reservation. We had two steak/ribs combo, one salmon and one chicken along with 2 drinks for three of us and 1 drink for the fourth. The service was very good and the food was delicious. The tab (including tip) was about $180 which is in line with comparable restaurants in the area.

They boast over 100 beers on tap. I am not a beer drinker but went for the wings. They were average and a little too expensive for what they were.
