This restaurant is unique, friendly atmosphere, nice selection of beer and full bar. The food was excellent. Donât expect huge portions but all I have tried have been tasty and filling. I love how they prepare their steaks and the opportunity to try something new if you choose.

No surprises here. The rather spendy menu items are just average, typical bar food. Did like the âgreensâ offering as a side for sandwiches...spinach greens with a light vinaigrette....tasty. Tvâs everywhere if youâre looking for a sports venue. Nothing much else to say about The Tavern on Main.

We went here at 5 PM on a Saturday and the place was packed! It was difficult to find parking, let alone a place to sit down! Itâs open concept with large first-come-first-sit 6-person tables. Our party of 4 joined another party of 2. There were people holding their food with no place to sit. The food is delicious!

Came here at late in the evening with a very large party. The staff handled the party very well. I didn't hear anyone complain about service except one person who it took a while to get his drink. Food was excellent and prices were very fair as well. If I'm ever back in this part of the country I'll definitely stop by again.
We have eaten here several times on Monday just for the burger. They are fresh and the selections are even better. You get fries, salad, or coleslaw for no extra upgrade. Plus itâs 2 for 1 On the drinks. Service can be slow depending on who you get but that is anywhere. Will keep coming back on Monday as it is a good deal. They really mark them down.

A locally owned establishment that offers traditional American dining and bar! Open 365 days a year until 2am!
A 10:00am Sunday brunch date with friends found the restaurant super crowded with a wait for seating in the dining room. Making our way past the crowd at the door, we squeezed through the extremely closely placed tables to a postage stamp sized 4 top where our friends were waiting. Our server arrived fairly quickly and got our drink orders. Bloody Marys and a snit. We opted for NOT a Coors for the chasers and upon seeing the Finnegans tap handle requested one of those, instead. Oh, and BTW, it's a $1 upcharge for a shorter pour. Now, a good server would have, 1)known that a Bloody chaser is usually a lager/ale type of beer, 2) that the Finnegans on tap was actually their stout, and 3) informed us of of this situation. None of these conditions were met. Now we like a good stout, and even this particular stout, but that is not what we had expected as a Bloody Mary chaser. When we asked the server about it, she didn't know for sure what was poured, just that she had typed in "Finnegans". The Bloody Mary bar was awkwardly placed so that it interrupted service to tables around it as well as caused disruption at the front door. However, the variety of mixers was rather impressive, no fewer than 25, as well as a host of pickles, olives, cheese, etc. The shrimp was large but tasted as though it had been defrosted in a bucket of water because it lacked any flavor at all.The food came out in about the expected time frame. It was hot and well plated. The hashbrowns were golden and crispy (although the cheese was not melted for those that had it). The queso Benedict sounded like a good idea but the execution left me uninspired. The muffin was burnt to blackened on 1 part, the pico on top consisted of 6 tomato pieces and 4 red onion chunks (yes, I could count them) and I bit into the stem end of the avocado but the avocado itself was firm and fresh, the egg properly cooked and the queso was warm and creamy. All in all it wasn't a bad experience but there was nothing about it that will have us going back again.

I don't go too often, since it is pretty expensive for a family of 6, but we do love this place. The large pub pretzels are a family favorite, but they also have a nice choice of 2 for $20 or 2 for $25 entrees. Sometimes the service is better, sometimes not as good - like anyplace, it depends on the current employees. But we've never had very bad service here. When my daughter told our waiter that she was going to be auditioning for American Idol, he got several other employees to come out and they asked the current customers if they'd mind if she sang to everyone. It was a great time and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

From our menu to our genuine service, everything we do at Green Mill Restaurant & Bar in Blaine, Minnesota is focused on one thing - providing our guests the best restaurant experience possible. Our menu features legendary pizza, including our famous deep
Understaffed, uninterested staff, and service and food shows. It's not that is was bad, but it was sub-par given the competition that's out there. Happy hour menu was pretty good value-wise. We tried 3 apps and they were all pretty bland. Server was pretty clueless as was the extra staff who I'm not sure what they were supposed to be doing - mostly aimlessly wandering. And we weren't even in a hurry. Sad. Very poor management.Hi - Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear about the outcome of your visit. First visit to this restaurant for a fundraiser for a local animal rescue. The place is very similar to Cowboy Jacks, just a smaller version. Our server Haley was very attentive and friendly as well. We both tried the Montana burger and it was very good. Love the interior design and the old west feeling. Great place for happy hour as well!

Had breakfast at Trappers for the first time and it was very disappointing. I ordered the skillet and the portion only took up half the skillet. It also took a long time and was cold by the time it made it to our table. I'm eating them a three because I've had other non-breakfast meals that were fine.
