On the fringe of Cave Creek and Carefree. States it's the only Micro Brewery in Cave Creek. Sat outdoors on the L-shaped deck. Food was flavorful an filling. Prices were somewhat high but comparable to other restaurants in the area. Services was a little slow but restaurant was busy.

We just made reservations for our 4th dinner in the 6 weeks we've been back in Desert Mountain for this winter season. What a delight every visit has been. Corrado himself is a hands-on chef-owner was a great pedigree from many fine restaurants, including one we loved on Central Park South, during our NYC residency days. His dishes are varied, authentic and very well prepared. HIs selection of pasta extensive. Sauces....superb!! Prices are very favorable as compared to others in the high-end Italian market. The wine list is excellent at favorable prices. Ask Corrado for help with an Italian wine selection and you'll be quite happy with both quality and value.One notable like for us is the low noise level. We can hear everyone at our table. It's a treat to invite friends for their first time and have them become instant disciples.Service can be a little slow, but if the speed for the evening is important, you probably won't appreciate what this unique restaurant offers. I read with interest a terrible review from someone who did not get served appetizers to his satisfaction at the bar and left without eating. His rating may have been accurate for a particular night at the bar, but he missed the bonanza food. All I can say is if you have just a little patience and love great food....give this place a chance to delight you.Thank you, Corrado, for what you have brought to Carefree. We look forward to this Thursday when we bring yet another couple friend for their first visit to your restaurant.Thank you for understanding what i am trying to accomplish. Great scenery on weekends when bikers from all over gather to admire bikes, women and one another. Food is average but that's not what the Roadhouse is all about.

I just read where on NOv 8 someone wrote "Not just great food, great food PERIOD! Our favorite place in Cave Creek!" Good god.I feel soooo sorry for someone who finds what they they serve here "great food". How does a place like this stay in business?

Stopped in for lunch and was seated right away, immediately took our drink orders, as soon as we had all the drinks they took our food order. It was a short wait and they served the food. The nacho's ere huge and delicious (loved the 3 cheeses). Recommend the Pub Club with house made potato chips. Burger was fantastic. View from outside patios new to die for. I will be a customer now.

If you are going for drinks it is a perfectly acceptable bar, lots of TV's plenty of seating and if you drink enough you probably wont mind the food if you get hungry. If you are going there for dinner just save yourself some money and drive through wendys across the street. You will have better meal.

We went here on a recommendation of a friend and were disappointed. The atmosphere is rustic and inviting. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was disappointing. We may have ordered the wrong thing, but the Fish and Chips were doughy and over cooked at the same time. If we go back we would never order that again.

Came here during the 2018 Arizona Bike Week. This is a place to visit while riding through Phoenix/Scottsdale AZ. A fun place during bike week as there where tons of bikers and people everywhere. Don't know what the setup is during the other 51 weeks, but I had fun with all my riding buddies.

Stopped for lunch based on a recommendation. This place seems like an outpost in the desert but the food and service were perfect. Had the chop salad with chicken-recommend. Our waitress Lacey also provided very helpful info about the area.

Can't wait to go back and try breakfast...especially their pastries. Our cilantro salad and burger were immensely satisfying.
