Stopped by this brew pub restaurant after visiting the nearby Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum and before returning on a late afternoon Amtrak train. Despite our group having reservations, we were elate seated, and the food we order was late being delivered. We had to hastily repack everything to go to catch our ride to the train station, so most of our food was cold by the time we opened it up on the train. I gather the food is tasty when still served hot, but not a good experience overall.

Our group started with pretzels and variety of wheat beers, IPA, homemade sodas & Kambucha "Peachmint". Lobster rolls were excellent, high praise for the mushroom toast, fries & flavorful double burger. Recommended when in Portland, Maine

Destination Fries, Great Food
Awesome menu with interesting burgers, poutine, apps and a good beer selection (macro as well as craft). High end burgers with great taste. The meat is extraordinary. Worth any wait and worth every penny. We were a party of 4 and went to Nosh on a busy Saturday night. There was the usual wait youâd see at a popular restaurant on weekend night.What was unusual was the high level of professionalism from the host and our server.The host was very good. Organized. Razor sharp. On top of the hubbub. His name was Kenneth. He had complete control over the waiting list and the tables. He checked in with us at one point during our wait, thanked us for being patient, and said weâd be seated soon. The man was hustlinââbuzzing all around the restaurant keeping things going, keeping things moving. Very professional and with it.When we were seated, our server was Nicholas. This guy! Great knowledge of the beer menu. Great beer recommendations based on things I said. This guy was efficient to the max, and let me tell you, the restaurant was insanely busy. Our order came out perfectly, including the annoying little change requests weâd made (âpate on the side, no tomatoes, say nice things to the poutine as you prepare it, etc.â) Nicholas was pleasant and affable. Just a nice guy doing a great job.Nicholas was friendly, knowledgeable, obviously experienced in his work. I saw him operate in this manner with all his tables.At one point Host Kenneth saw me looking over at the bar, and he came over to make sure someone had taken care of us. We had and I was just looking to see what sodas were on tap, but I appreciated this professional attention of a host keeping his room moving and taken care of. I saw him bussing a couple tables here and there, just keeping the glow going and getting people into seats.We had beers, apps, burgers, desserts. Everything was perfect. Soooooooo good!The food was worth the wait and out-of-control delicious. Serviceâexcellent. Great food is awesome, but itâs the people that really make an experience worth it. This place is run by true professionals. Next time we are in Portland, we are making this our go-to spot.

Just stopped in for a quick beer. Was a Monday night, so not very busy. The ambience of the place was great, classic/traditional bar feeling, cool copper top bar. Nice location, nice selection of on site brewery beers. The bartender, Jeffrey, was super nice and attentive with good descriptions and suggestions on beer. Would suggest this stop for a beer anyway, and would return.

We are a small brewpub located in a repurposed South Portland auto garage. Our goal at Foulmouthed is to carefully break the rules of brewing. By pushing boundaries and reinterpreting styles, we create unique, beautiful and ever-changing brews. Make yours
We've hit just about every brewery tasting room/cafe in Portland and surrounding cities, and Foulmouthed is a great one. I had a flight of the coconut cream stout, the French-style amber saison with rhubarb, and the I Think We're Alone Meow, which is a barrel-aged wild ale with cherries and boysenberries. All three were delicious. I was impressed with their food menu -- everything is made in-house and sounded so good that it was hard to choose. I had the house-smoked pulled pork sandwich with Al Pastor barbecue sauce, pickled pineapple, avocado mayo, cotija cheese, and cilantro on a brioche bun. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. They even serve craft cocktails and beer cocktails. LOVE this place!

We ate here recently for lunch having been there several years ago. I ordered the scallop special on the board for $23 which was only 6 scallops fried and tasteless! I took off the batter to make it a little healthier, although the board did say fried. the french fries were fried in something that was not tasty and I only ate a few. For the price and only 6 scallops it was a real disappointment! My husband had the full bellied clams and he said they were okay. His clam dish was $20. Also included was a small bowl of clam chowder which was just okay. Won 't be eating here again.

Serving Outstanding Pub Fare from 11AM â 10:30PM Daily Andyâs Old Port Pub is a waterfront watering hole frequented by tourists, islanders, fishermen, music lovers and locals. A tricky little Pub to find. Andyâs menu includes the freshest of fish & chips;
Their sign out front says they have the best lobster rolls. I disagree with that statement but they were pretty good. I have had much better but they were decent. A little tough and not all that tasty but ok. A little better than just average but a little less than very good. Sorry we tried! Thank you for trying Andy's Old Port Pub. And thank you for the four stars even though we didn't live up to your expectations. Andy's uses only the most tender knuckle and claw meat - and only Maine lobster - on real butter-grilled rolls. Ours are traditional Maine lobster rolls - so don't compare us to the restaurants using fancy buns and herbs. The fancy buns and herbs are lobster creations - and the are also delicious - but they're not the traditional Maine lobster roll. Thank you again for stopping in.

If you want to try different beers, especially German, with a huge selection, you need to stop by. It is off the beaten path and has mostly picnic tables for seating inside as well as outside when the weather is nice. The food menu is limited but the pretzels were delicious as was the grilled cheese. The banh mi sandwich was just OK as was their bratwurst. It has a cellar vibe and great local place to stop in for a drink.

Beer and Sausage. The two things we do best. Paring our house-made sausages with the best Maine-made beer we can find.
Went on a busy Saturday lunch time, simple ordering system, delicious hot dogs and great beers. Couldn't be better!

Just got a spicy Bloody Mary and no food, since I didn't feel like having brunch. The drink was very good. I looked over the menu and saw that their house burger is $17, with $1.00 extra for cheese, and no sides except for housemade 'chips' -- that's the most expensive burger I've seen yet, at least in the Portsmouth to Portland corridor. Maybe it's worth it. They have a really nice selection of Maine craft drafts and some nice cocktails. Cozy and classy atmosphere, good service.
