The smell of the flower fields, the skin carefully placed on the old and heavy cherry bank, the flame crackling inside a flashlight on the table, dancing to fiddles, lutes and bagpipes played by lively musicians who perform at small stage. Salamis, hams,
My son in law took us here on a Saturday night. Great theme. Don't expect anything Brazilian. Mainly the food is European. The Turkey legs are great value at only 22 Reals! The staff speak good English. The cost was not too bad. The good quality overall was good. They really thought of everything and they really care about your experience. Would come back for the Turkey legsMilord , we appreciate your comments and we are delighted that we are pleasing in other countries, lol . For us it is very important to know the views of customers so that we can work more and better. We love and we are very happy you enjoyed , we await your return soon! Team Milord Taverna

I've been at the Emporio a few times and was just not lucky at all with the food. Last try (and I can really tell it was the last) was the Bacalhau Gratinado. Unfortunately I can't even think about the taste of the dish. It was a really bad mix. Anyway, to shop I totally recommend! Great stuff! I can find my favorite food from a lot of countries I've been and lived! Happy about it!!!

Romantic candle light bar with live music (on request). Good dishes too. The cold picanha rolls filled with gorgonzola cheese was amazing.

Campinas has a restaurant district, in the Cambuà area in the middle of town - follow the signs to the Centro de Convivência. On one corner of the central praça, City Bar customers spill onto the pavement, drinking, eating and talking. It's the liveliest spot we saw, and seems to run through that dead time when everything else is closed, from the end of lunch between 3 and 4 to about 7 in the evening. It serves 'sanduiches', filled baguette-style bread rolls also known as 'lanches', from 6 in the morning "until the last customer leaves". And they are good! Toasted or fresh, with every kind of filling, they boast more than 80 from which to choose. The pork with onion and black olive was excellent. And they serve a good Brazilian beer - Brahma Extra. The hard-pressed waiters do a good job, and the customers are an entertaining crowd. Don't fail to go if you're in Campinas - it's an award-winning local institution.

Family restaurant for lunch and dinner with typical Brazilian food, cold beer, wine and chopp. Live music every Monday and Thursday as 20h. Traditional Chorinho for almost 20 years every Monday.
Emporio do Nono has several seating sections which makes it easy to find a good spot for your date or group. Great atmosphere for families or a casual business meal. The lunch menu was small. I ordered the filet mignon with rice and potatoes. It was excellent. Others in our party ordered the shrimp which was attractively presented in a small pumpkin. Unique! The beef ribs were tasty but had a lot of fat along with the meat. Service was excellent.

We went to this bar 'cause a friend told me a lot of good things. The place is beautiful and have a clean decoration. We ordered a "Bolinho de Beringela" (eggplant roll)... Not good and the cheese inside was cold... but we also ordered one sandwich with roasted beef and cheese, that was very good!
