Our 1st experience with this chain was earlier in the week at Reno, NV. This location did not disappoint! Had great good and outstanding service once again! Pricing was very good and they were willing to substitute the fries for fruit. Why eat anywhere else? Thanks to the Boulder team for the great experience.

Staying in downtown Boulder and both were hungry so we walked a couple blocks to the Lazy Dog. Had a couple of mountain lagers which is an excellent local beer. Wife had a mushroom burger and I had a blackened chicken sandwich. Service was spot on and will definitely be back.

Stopped here for burgers (under 21 have to be out by 9:45). Order food and pick it up yourself from kitchen window, have to go to bar separately for drinks. Very crowded, but worth it for great burgers at average price for Boulder area. We had Asian wings (bit oversauced) & rocky mountain oysters. Burgers were VERY VERY good (we each got a different type and we were all thrilled with them & would recommend and go back because of the burgers).

We arrived here late from the airport. We had appetizers and drinks. Their service was very friendly and attentive. Cocktails were great. The cauliflower/Brussels sprouts was amazing. The chicken nachos with Queso cheese was delicious. The pulled chicken was very high quality and not like the crap chicken you often get elsewhere. I highly recommend it!

A locally owned Brewpub bringing you our passion driven beer and food experience. Bold flavorful beers and thoughtful cuisine back our motto "Passion Well Served".
I had a great salad here after enduring some poor service. The waitstaff wasn't interested in seating us, so after being bypassed for several minutes my friend and I thought we were supposed to seat ourselves. We did . . . and then endured the staff looking at us and clearly talking about us. Finally our server came over and while he wasn't rude, he wasn't interested in being friendly. I only took one star off for this, since the location and food were good, but it definitely left kind of a bad impression.

Since 1993 our brewery has been committed to producing eccentric ales and lagers that defy styles or categories. We have 30 Avery beers on draft and a craft dining menu with a Southern flair.
I was disappointed on our second trip to Avery. It has been about a year since our last stop which was quite memorable. This dinner experience was quite less so. First off it was super slow. Our table was upstairs and it was a bit hot up there. We left wishing we could have gotten a table outside. The beer was what we remembered it to be, very very good with tons of offerings. Except.... one of their new offerings, a pumpkin beer, ran out right before we tried to order it leaving us scratching our heads since it was only 7:00 on a midweek night. Disappointing. The apps came fairly quickly and were solid if not hot. Nachos were room temp. After quite a bit we finally got our dinners which also turned out to be just lukewarm. Service was also lukewarm. The server was snippy when we had to ask for something twice and it just wasnât that busy to deserve the rebuke. It was just not that great as we remembered from our past meal. The first time we couldnât wait to come back. It is a cool place. The second time we arenât feeling the need to return.

Met some friends for a quick bite before a concert. Ordered up tea, and was surprise to find it was a flavored tea. Immediately, I realized, "you're in a college town, a area of those that like to bike, ski, and do outdoor activities". I was quickly reminded that Boulder and its surroundings were a bit "out there".The menu offers some alternative traditional means, as well as great burgers and sides of fries, salads and other goodies. Specialty beers are available. Check 'em out! It was good.
