Smiling & friendly staff & waitress. Loved the old house's character. Homemade chips were delicious as were the onion rings. Turkey sandwich, burger, & French onion soup were good but just average.

We loved the pizza here! And I could get a great gluten free pizza, which is hard to find. The kids loved the chicken nuggets too. The atmosphere needs a little updating, bu the food makes it a great place!

Opening in December 2013, we have climbed from number 68 of 68 restaurants to number 16 in 2 years! Now at number 3, we try hard to please, and if we did, we thank you, and if we didn't, call owner operator Danielle Jones at the restaurant and she will he
We had dinner there tonight while on vacation with our kids. Service was great! Food was great! They had some blocks the kids could play with to keep them busy while we waited for our food which came out very promptly. I would highly recommend for familyâs.

The menu is small but the specials hit the spot. The chicken pot pie was one of the best I've had. The meatloaf tasted great also. Everything else going to other tables smelled wonderful. It was a nice spot after a long day at Story Land.

Found this on trip advisor and were lucky enough to be there on a Wednesday when they do 2 entrees for the price of one. Prime slow roasted steak and mixed grill with local draft beer in a packed bar listening to a ceilidh band - what more could you want? Apple and raspberry pie great too.Main surprise to us as English visitors was that the band packed up at 8.30 and the place was empty by 9.Wow - really psyched you had such a great time with us on Wednesday - very happy you loved the food and The White Mountain Ceili Band!!! They are awesome. They play every other Wednesday with us....lol.....an empty American bar at 8:30 - yes Wednesday nights are usually slow - usually we're rocking much later but not on Wednesdays. Safe travels home and come visit again!!!! Did you see the English Rugby Jersey???

We stopped here on a busy Columbus Day evening and were unexpectedly pleased by the good food and service. We did wait a bit but not surprised on a holiday at the prime of leaf season. Our server, Bailey, was quite professional, friendly and efficient! I normally expect much different service in an area like N. Conway. Our party had the Greek and Thai salads which were abundant and excellent. I tried the Sicilian Saute while a bit on the zesty side was excellent! I wish I could find restaurants like these all the way down to Florida. Was worth the wait. Thanks you!

I gave this place an average rating, but that is because I can be a tough when rating restaurants. First the positives. This is a fun place. It is comfortable. The tables are not crammed on top of each other, even though there are plenty of customers. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The draft beer is delicious. I will return. Now the negatives. The barbecue was nothing special. I ordered the brisket, which was average. The portion size is too generous. Bigger is not always better.

Any time we are in the area we make sure to do a meal at May's! It is home comfort food for us and we are never disappointed with the food or service. We do find their portions to be large so we go more for lunch time as we eat smaller meals for dinner. In fact sometimes after having lunch at May's we only 'snack' for dinner! If you go when it is warm enough to sit out on the back patio it is a breathtaking spot to sit and eat especially in the early fall with the colors in the mountains. I usually go back and forth between the Sampler App and the Meatloaf dinner - both are very very good. There are other things on the menu I keep telling myself I should try but when it comes time to order I always go back to one of these two.

Party of 5 adults and two kids under 7, we were seated quickly for an evening meal. Food was great, reasonably priced and we had good craic with our server, Adam, who I think thought we were crazy. (By the way, craic is an Irish way of saying great fun). Would certainly recommend it.Thank you for your review! And we love craic! Come back again soon.

We were staying at the New England Inn and Lodge and Tuckermanâs was a walk away so we decided to give it a try. We were seated promptly in a booth and our phenomenal waitress Niki came right over to take our drink order. Niki was the most pleasant and attentive waitress we have ever encountered anywhere. We ordered the potato skins for an appetizer based on Nikiâs recommendation. Large portion of nicely thin hand cut potato covered in bacon bits, cheddar cheese and scallions. Needless to say after a day canoeing on the Saco those disappeared quick. The menu is quite extensive from sandwiches, burgers, pizza and entrees I could not decide. I asked Niki what she recommended and once again it was on point. I ordered the Short Ribs Marsala, and my husband ordered the mountain man meatloaf. The short ribs were tender and had so much flavor, accompanied by a cheese filled pasta. I let my husband try some and he already decided that we are going back tomorrow to get the ribs for himself. We took home doggie bags as the portions were large. There are so many choices in North Conway put this as a must try on your next trip. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Tuckermanâs and Niki for giving us a perfect dinner. We will be back.
