My husband asked me if I wanted yo grey don't out with our children and of course, I said yes. He wanted to try something different in our area but, didn't want to spend a lot of money. I looked for specials on a Monday night and remembered this place always had a flashing sign with a special listed. We arrived around 6 p.m., the sign said to seat yourself. I eyed the place up real quick and since my children were with me, I chose the seat right by the door, away from the bar. The hardwood floors, wooden chairs were comfy to sit in. We all ordered the special half price taco meal. Our food came out relatively quick and of good temperature. The three tacos I chose were brisket, I had the southwest sauce put on the side. The sides I chose were fries and baked beans, to which I must say were very good. My husband and daughter chose potato salad to which they asked me to taste at least three times...... it was that good. We have decided it would be in our best interest to go back on a Wednesday and try their half price burgers. The tacos were very good and, we do like a bargain.

Backfin Blues is an American steak and seafood restaurant. Our Chef and Owner, Chef Bob Steele, will cater to any request and is the creme de la creme when it comes to professional chefs. Crab cakes, Filet au Poivre, and so many others have become staples
Perfect. Started with fire and ice appetizer, which was Ahi, wasabi, and sauce... the sweet sauce with the kick of the wasabi was the perfect balance. The fillet mignon was medium rare, and was cooked evenly, the peppercorn added great flavor without taking away from the natural flavor of the steak itself. Mashed potatoes with caramelized onion.. need I say more, nope. Best potatoes this belly ever had. The rib eye steak with blue cheese butter; melt in your mouth delicious. As for the dessert, I have never tried creme brulee, and decided to give it a go here.. it was a great dessert to top off the amazing dinner. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I'm glad we decided to have our date night here, and would definitely be back. Our server Kaitlin was awesome, she understood this girls need for the tasty rolls and dessert. If you're looking for a spectacular meal, this is the place. We can't fully express how happy this makes us! Thank you for the wonderful 5 star review! Our party of five was quickly seated, a Monday night so not busy. Waitress quickly brought water and drinks. Shrimp appetizer, excellent. Highly recommend. We each got different meals. I had grilled chicken salad. Large portion and nice salad but chicken pieces were small and not that great. My husband had crab cake sandwich. Very good. Said he would have liked on a different bread. The others enjoyed their meals. Our waitress was excellent. Prices were reasonable and I would return.

Bushmill Tavern was bustling on a mid-afternoon lunch visit. Volume was up on music and talking patrons, but everyone seemed happy. The menu is extensive, and there were additional specials. The seared ahi tuna appetizer was the highlight on the meal. It sat on a bed of sriracha slaw and was drizzled with a wasabi dressing and came with a small side of a salsa-like cucumber mix. All dishes had great presentation, and the house salad was nicely arranged. There are 4 mac and cheese dishes, and I chose the Maryland crab mac. The crabmeat, some additional cheese and just the slightest dusting of Old Bay seasoning were baked on top of a rich cheesy pasta. I would have enjoyed more Old Bay zing. The Blue Moon draft beer was the perfect accompaniment and contrast to the rich cheese dish. Service was prompt and friendly. The main dish came out before I finished the appetizer, which is a pet peeve I have with many restaurants these days. Definitely worth a return try the other enticing menu items.

Our food and service were great. We started with the crabby fries and they were crispy and hot and the crab dip on top was so yummy. I had chicken pot pie with salad and vegetables and couldn't eat it all. Salad was very good on a large plate. Pot pie was double crusted and in a skillet. My husband had salmon special with mashes potatoes and vegetables. My son had chicken Chesapeake sandwich. There are many choices on the menu and the prices very reasonable. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We'll be back.

The atmosphere was light. Lots of TV's around. They have bar seating and outdoor seating. We will return when in the area.

A restaurant in a bar in a Travelodge. Not as bad as it sounds. The regulars and staff were friendly, the service was good, it has a homey corner tavern atmosphere. The food was average; not bad, not great. The prices were very reasonable, as was the beer selection. I'm not in a huge rush to go back and explore the menu but its a good place for a drink and dinner.

Quick convenient dinner near our hotel off I95. Average applebee's fare. The mozz sticks were only lukewarm, my oriental grilled chicken salad very good but my husbands bacon cheeseburger extremely salty.Service was good but the servers were a bit distracted by friends in a nearby booth

Iconic Maryland bar and restaurant serving famous crab dip, fresh & never frozen 100% beef burgers, fan-favorite wings, a $7.99 lunch menu, and a wide selection of local, craft, and specialty beers. Always a good game on TV, and every seat has a good view
I stayed at a hotel nearby and walked over. I had a steak dinner and a beer. The steak was awesome and not very expensive. I had a local beer, which was pretty good. Service was great!!!
